Been with this company for the 3 years weve been stationed in VA since it was Cost Cutters and now…read morechanged to MJ's, and noticed in the very beginning it was hard to get ahold of someone directly in order to request for additional services. Multiple requests for additional services went unanswered so we gave up on that, and settled for the basic services we were already receiving. However, when this company changed to MJ's maybe 1 year and a half ago, We received no notice until they needed to update our card info for payment. Multiple times I reached out utilizing both email and telephone but only received a few emails here and there requesting me to give our card info over an email which I was not going to do. While I couldn't reach anyone our card was still being charged the correct price weekly so I wrote it off and continued with my life. Fast forward to today in 2021, I receive a call from Nikkie who claims we owed around $200 and they will not be coming by to manicure the lawn until it is paid. She told me she needed the card info updated and supposedly has been trying to reach us. I'm curious as to how and when they tried to reach me because they obviously have the number since she called all of a sudden. The big bill was chalked up to them just cutting my lawn without receiving payment which is odd because like I said, no one has ever attempted to reach me until now. Now that money is owed, someone can answer my emails but not calls, hounding me for our card info. But while charges were reoccurring with no payment no one was concerned. Now I am forced to pay this big bill and in the mean time deal with a messy unkept lawn. This has placed me in a inconvenient position and I hate that. As if I'm not stressed enough dealing with a deployed husband ugh!
