I'll start off by saying that I really loved these groomers. I'm a new dog mom so I'm very protective of my pup, we had previously gone to Petco to get our pup groomed and wasn't very impressed but I'm so glad I found Bark Bath N' Beyond. Not only is their business' name super cute but their customer service was spot on!! My husband called two days before we needed to have our boy groomed and we were surprised they were were able to fit us in first thing in the morning. Usually most places have you schedule appointments few days ahead, so this was very convenient. When we arrived we met with Sandra and she was super friendly. Also they have little dog treats on the counter which is a little detail that really makes a difference. Their service was a lot faster then I thought, which was also a plus. They called me when my pup was ready to be picked up and when I arrived he looked super cute and clean. Sandra chatted with me about my dog and was very relatable as she told me about her own experience with having a husky in the family. The one thing you need to know is to bring cash! I wasn't aware that I wasn't going to be able to tip on my card and didn't have any cash on me. :( Overall, coming here really felt homely, and I'm definitely gonna keep coming back because my boy smells great and was very happy after being groomed. They make sure to be gentle with your pup and as a pet owner they make you feel comfortable with leaving your pup in their hands. Highly recommend! read more

They're great!! I tried pupculture (bc it's 5 mins away + reviews) with my puppy and didn't care for them ($$$$$ and didn't do much, if anything, besides bathing although I had asked for a trim) . I brought my 6 year old cavalier to bark bath n beyond and I was pleasantly surprised. The person checking me in was very nice. She paid very close attention to what I wanted for the groom. I was so pleased with how they took care of my golden retriever! They were so kind to my puppy! My puppy was nervous and jumped up on the girl who was checking her in. Instead of her getting frustrated, the groomer was super patient and talked to my puppy in a very sweet tone. I came here looking for a more 1:1 experience for my Senior dog. He's starting to lose his sight & hearing & PetSmart was getting to be a bit much for him. That's not at all what we got. First, it took 3 voicemails & 1 online request to get a call back. That should've been the 1st flag. They never asked for vaccination paperwork, which i thought odd. Another red flag..Then when we arrived i purposely said this was our 1st time here. But the young lady didn't seem to care. She literally just asked my name & was ready to take him back. She didn't ask me anything about him, not his age, his temperament, if he had anxiety issues. Nothing. It was all business. Third flag. I asked how long, she said they'd call me. An hour & 20 minutes later, i called them. He's a short hair dog - no cut, just bath, nails, glands, that's it. They said it would be another 15 minutes. Yet another flag. My bill was $48. I asked how much more what it would've been if they actually cut his hair. She just looked at me. We are not going back. I don't mind the price - it's not about that. We got better 1:1 service at loud PetSmart than in this small business. What a shame. read more

amazing. they take such good care of my super cute goldendoodle. they also help come up with an ideal schedule based on your time and commitment to brushing your pup. they are honest with you about the maintenance and state of your dogs grooming without shaming you for not brushing everyday. they even gave me some tips on how to brush and best maintain my puppy! my only complaint is how expensive it is, but they do spend alot of time and energy on brushing and bathing. they also take great notes for every appointment so they can adjust as needed and are great with instruction and direction and call/text us everytime something comes up. truly the best groomers in the area especially for doodles!! read more
