My dog and I had a great first time at this dog park. It's clean, organized and has separate areas for small & large dogs to play in. Each area has clean benches to sit on & water hole for thirsty dogs. Most people are respectful and keep to themselves. Occasionally you meet a friendly dog owner to chat with, but most keep to themselves. There are signs posted "Don't feed the coyotes", that you must not ignore, just be alert of. If you'd like to be notified when the park is closed or other Bark park news, there is a notice board in front of small dog area that has a SMS number you can text to sign up to be notified. There is plenty of parking for the park as well. I hope you & your pet visit this park and enjoy it as much as we did. ‍ read more

Nice new dog park that just opened up next to Tustin Legacy! Came by on a weekend afternoon, and parking was a breeze and it wasn't too crowded. There aren't too many trees in the dog park itself, but they have some seating areas with shade cover available. It's separated into two areas - one for large and one for small dogs. I spent my time at the large dog park, and the park was clean and owners seemed to clean after their dogs well. Dogs were friendly and we had a great time here. Nice dog park. A lot of the people here are friendly and so are their dogs. The only thing I have to say is that the small dog park can get muddy and there are people who bring snacks and drinks like Starbucks and Cheetos into the park. That attracts dogs to the smell of food obviously and then the people get annoyed. Common sense ain't so common anymore :) read more

Living in an apartment means my dog doesn't have a lawn to run around often. I heard about this park from a friend who lives nearby it, and they had highlighly recommended it. I have a Shiba Inu, who is about 9 months old, and took him there a few times already in the past two months. This dog park is newly built, and there are two spaces for the dogs based on their size. The dog parks are well maintained, with fun agility obstacles and spacious grass for running. All of the other dogs have been super friendly with our dog. There's also seated areas for you to sit while your dogs are having a blast, along with pooh bags incase they decide to go. I'm already planning my next trip to the dog park after seeing how much fun my dog had there! read more

This is a terrific Dog Park! There are separate parks for big and small dogs. They are well kept, clean, plenty of poop bags and trash barrels. It's not set up like a traditional Dog Park because there are little areas that dogs can wander between; so it's not one big open grassy area. This is not a complaint! Finding the park was challenging and comments on their website mentioned this. There's free parking, but you have to walk a bit to get to the dog park. There is other parking that, I believe, is free for the first hour or 90 minutes. It is much closer. read more

This park in each(big side and small side, has a separate acclimation area for anxious fur babies. Huge open space to run and frolick with their friends. Nice fountain for them to drink from, and plenty of seating for me. Very well lit at night. I have large dogs. If you happen to have smaller dogs, be careful at night walking as there may be coyotes out and about. Maybe walk back to your car with some big pups We will be coming here often! EEEK! My puppy and I love this new dog park! They have two sides - a large dog and a small dog side. There is also really grass, little hills, and dirt. There is also plenty of seating for humans, as well as some shade. Both sides are very spacious. One thing that stands out about this park is the acclimation area! I have never seen one at a dog park before and I think it's a great way for dogs to acclimate and get a feel for what's going on. My mom brought her 4 month old puppy for the first time and it was a great area to let the pup run around for a few minutes before actually going in to the dog park. The fences around the park are big and sturdy. It's clean so far likely to the newness, but hopefully it stays clean and well maintained. There is a memorial area along one of the fences were dog tags from passed dogs can be hung. It's sad but a really nice gesture. We went once on a weekend and it was really packed, but we have gone a few times during the week early morning and mid day and it's a little more mellow. read more

this is a newer place that's pretty cool. It is a bit harder to find the first time because you can't see the park from the main parking lot. There is a set of bathrooms by the main lot but every time we have gone there, they have been out of order. There is also a set of bathrooms outside of the food hall area (halfway between the main lot and the dog park). you have to drive and park in the first LOT if you want to park for free. There is a gated lot where people will park for the food/restaurant area BUT you will have to pay a fee to park there. If you buy anything from the food place, you can validate your parking but it's only for 60 minutes. We tried to do this but unfortunately we went beyond the 60 minutes and I was charged for the parking. This park is a decent size and has sides for both small and large dogs. The few times we've been here, it has been pretty empty and not a lot of other dogs. There are quite a few signs about coyotes being in the area and to ensure your dogs are leashed up - but so far we haven't seen any coyotes. There are a handful of places to sit down while the dogs play but only a couple spots have shade over them. Overall this dog park is nice and in a decent location to us. Hope to revisit again in the near future. read more

I love this park. There's usually plenty of parking, even though it's shared with the Vans skatepark. The location is awesome, especially with the adjacent open park that has a big hill, running water, and a lake--super cool. After taking my dog to the enclosed dog park, I can also take a walk around the massive regular park. The only downside is that it's right next to the 55 freeway, so it can get pretty packed with traffic, especially when people are heading towards the fairgrounds. But overall, it's a great spot. read more

I started taking my dog here since the beginning of June. We have only gone into the small dog area and I really like the area that is primarily grass. There is a water dispenser and also scented poop bag stations so that is very helpful. I noticed that the large dog area has more shades so it would be nice for that to be available for the small dog area too. read more

Great dog park at the grounds of the old Marine base. Separate areas for small and large dogs. There's even a totally separate area to bring your dog if they are anxious and need to adjust before mingling with other dogs. I also like that there is plenty of space for seating for dog owners. There are restaurants nearby but not sure if they are dog friendly. There is a public bathroom but a very loud alarm will sound if the door is closed for over 20 minutes (used to deter negative bx I guess but someone went in in a wheelchair and needed extra time so exceeded the limit and wow that alarm is awful!!). Overall, it's a very nice and well maintained dog park. read more

Our dog had such a lovely experience! Nice and spacious and happy to see the new facilies within a newer park for humans. Parking Info: Nearest parking lot is off Airship way, but might be crowded with "Mess Hall Market" nearby and there's a charge after 60 mins. I would give this park five stars since the place is really nice. However, a lot of illiterate (or maybe they don't care) people who let their giant 80+ lbs dogs in the small dog area when the big sign on the gate says "small dogs area 25 lbs or less". read more
