My dog always looks awesome. I'm so happy with his grooming. And for a $20 fee for express service he can be in and out I. Two hours.

Bark Avenue employees are the best, caring and professional. Our dogs are well pampered there.

My mom uses this business for dog sitting, and we have always had such amazing service and results! We board our two dogs here and they always come back clean and happy! I also plan on boarding my cat with them while on vacation, super excited to see how it goes! read more

Bark Avenue - Pet Groomers Near Me - Cedar Park, Texas

After our second experience with Bark Avenue, I feel confident in saying this is not a trustworthy place to take your dog. In our last and final visit, our dog received several cuts from the clippers and our agreed upon instructions for our visit were not followed. During our first visit, we were told our dog had a hard time in the crate. It was weird because he'd been going to a different groomer in Austin with zero issues. So for our second visit, the staff agreed that they would not crate him, but instead just complete his haircut right away and call me to pick him up. That did not happen. Around 1:30pm, I became very nervous because I had not heard from them so I called, only for my call to go straight to voicemail. I called several more times and again no answer. Eventually I just went up there to see what was going on. The staff told me that my dog wasn't letting them blow dry him, which I thought was very odd because he has visited the groomers many times before with no issue. So he had been sitting in a crate for, who knows how long, air drying. When they brought him out to me he was covered in short little fur because they hadn't even blown off the newly cut hair. It wasn't until I got home that I saw the cuts. The rest of the day and night, my dog acted like he was traumatized, and rightfully so. I wish I had seen some of the other reviews stating similar issues. I would have never left my dog with them. read more

Always a great grooming experience. The pup is well groomed and is happy to be a short hair again!!

Always pleased and lucky loves it there didn't catch name of groomer but she did excellent job

Easy to schedule. Dropped off my girl at about 8:15 in the morning and got her back by 11:30. She came home fresh as a daisy and with her nails done to perfection. read more

First time working with bark avenue and definitely will be returning. We reached out to bark avenue Thursday and was able to schedule a mobile visit the following afternoon. Bentley is usually traumatized after our previous groomer so we decided to try a new one. Crystal came to pick up Bentley with a warm smile and she made sure he was comfortable. After he returned, his tail was wagging and he looked happier than ever. He had a great cut, bath and nail trimming.. this was the first time his hair did not come back "choppy" and still matted. read more

Scheduled a drop off time by 9am hoping my dog would be done by noon. When I hadn't heard anything by 3:30 pm I called. They told me they were busy and they hadn't started cutting yet because they had another dog with diabetes that took priority, and they hope to be done in two to three hours. My jaw hit the floor. They should have handled the whole situation differently. Why have scheduling options if those aren't met with self compliance? Why not call after two hours and apologize, and offer to reschedule? Why keep my dog all day long?! read more

They have been doing my baby grooming since we moved to Texas. No problem with any of them. Highly recommend them.

We have been taking our Golden-doodle for a while and have loved picking him up every time. We took him to a different place for a few cuts and were never satisfied. They continue to nail it every time. read more

Crystal did a fabulous job. My 13 year old Toby shows a lot less fear and anxiety with her in the van. The price is a little steep but it's worth it to know he won't spend any time in a cage. read more

They are always so sweet and helpful! They do a great job on our labradoodle and really helped her not to be nervous when she first started coming! read more

By far the best group of people to care for your pet! I've been coming here for years since my last place decided to stop grooming & wish I would have found it sooner! At the end of the day your biggest concern is that they treat your pet with care & that they do a good job with the service. They check both boxes & are always friendly! Thanks for making it easy! read more

Easy to book and super nice staff. Dog really enjoyed it. "Shoot em in the face" black knights.

The staff are so friendly and clearly like your dogs - easy to work with and provide recommendations for your dog. I have a very old senior and they take amazing care of her, even cutting her early so she doesn't have to stay there all day. Repeat clients, highly recommend and will continue to return. read more

Amazing service! Friendly staff. Love this place. My baby looks awesome. Thank you guys

We brought our big Irish wolfhound mix dog in today for his very first real haircut. The folks here went out of their way to set a special appointment time for us so that it would be quiet and less intimidating for our dog. In all they spent over an hour and a half grooming and bathing our dog. It was the best experience we could've hoped for! If you bring food or things for dogs impacted by the Houston flooding they will trim your dogs nails for free. This is pretty much the gold standard for great service for pet grooming!! Update **4/29/2018 Brought our Irish Wolfhound for complete grooming. He is still nervous when we get there, but by the time he is done, he is super happy. Absolutely love the service we get from Robin and team. read more

Crystal was great! my dog hates getting her nails done, but she made it quick and easy! Thanks for the great service!

Just completed our second appointment and we couldn't be happier. The whole process is very easy. The website is self explanatory to set up an appointment and if you have any questions they will respond promptly and answer all of your questions. All the prices are listed on the website so there are no surprises. For our grooming appointments the drop off is between 730-930 (dont quote me on this) and both times we have gotten a call for pick up around 330-4. We will continue to come here for the quality of cut, value and overall friendliness of all the staff. read more

Crystal is great with our little nervous Dachsund. Fast and thorough! Wouldn't do it any other way than Bark Avenue.

We tried this groomer out for the first time this past week and had a lovely experience. We communicated what we didn't like with our previous groomer and they did a great job of listening. Maya looks absolutely adorable with her much needed groom and looks her age (2 years old)! They also filed her nails down perfectly. :) Definitely will be going back. read more

Bark avenue is the one place I take my dog for bath. Highly recommend. I am very happy with their care.

They always make my little girl look amazing (Bichon frisée) and she loves to visit.

Holly, our 16yr old Coton de Tulear, requires a special touch because she is very nervous and can be difficult to groom. The groomers at Bark Ave were great with her since Holly can be like trying to wash and dry a wildcat in a phonebooth. Holly always looks great and takes a well deserved nap for the rest of the day. Job very well done! read more
