Unfortunately, after a short period of use, the sheets began to pill and form little balls, which made them feel rough and worn much sooner than expected. When I brought them back to the store, I was hoping for a simple exchange for a new set, as this seemed like a quality issue. However, the store refused to exchange them, which was frustrating and disappointing. I feel that a product in this category should hold up better, and customer service should stand behind it. Overall, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase higher-end bedding from Macy's in the future. I expected better quality and more accommodating customer service.

There is also some great places to eat such as The Flying Fish, a coffee shop, and a wine maker or two. In the center of the plaza, there is space to sit and enjoy the environment-just find some shade if it's warm!

I've only encountered 2 well-mannered employees and that's during drive-up orders-- a young man named Diego being one of them. The store itself isn't well organized. It honestly feels like all the Salinas people come here and just terrorize the place. There definitely needs to be more employees on the floor throughout the day to keep things organized. Another thing that doesn't make sense is the dressing rooms not being open until later in the morning; it's really inconvenient if you're an early shopper. I've noticed the same issue at the Sand City location too.
