For the amount of money involved in completely remodeling a pool, they are sub par and not dependable. Immediately following the remodel, it was discovered that the pool deck was very uneven, making it difficulty to traverse without tripping. The tile was flicking off the pool's interior perimeter within the first few months of completion. Richard did not answer calls for help. The remodeled pool was re-done a year later, which was terribly expensive. At that time it was learned that the plumbing was poorly done with the skimmer not level. And the rebar in the concrete pool deck was to be lifted and placed within the concrete when poured, was not. It lay beneath the concrete, not doing the job that it needed to do. From their actions, I can sincerely say, they do not care about their workmanship or the customer's money being spent.

An area immediately stared having issues after the pool completion and Dan did fix it a couple of times but the area continues to crack even after multiple fixes. All corners are now separating and cracking. Many of our neighbors have had pools completed before and after ours by other contractors and none have these issues. I think that says a lot. If we could do this again we wouldn't have used Aqua Unique Pools. We now have a very big problem on our hands.

I was hesitant at first because working with the prior company was a nightmare and took so much effort to get even blow standard work done. All Pure began their services at my home and within two weeks, my pool has never looked as beautiful as it has in the past. The water is crystal clear and I enjoy sitting outside and admiring it. The pool technician was so kind when I met him the first time and expressed my concerns. The office manager (?) was also pleasant and when I voiced my expectations, she was pretty much like "well yah... that's the bare minimum!" I feel comfortable having them work on my property and now I don't feel like I have to meticulously observe my own pool levels to ensure I'm getting quality care.

She then told me, "It seems you don't listen," and hung up on me. I immediately called back and spoke with another representative named Debbie, who thankfully was more reasonable. She apologized for Matty's behavior and agreed that she should not hang up on customers, but still informed me that they could not send anyone for a follow‑up and that I was stuck waiting until next week. Mind you, I have been with this company for more than six years, never missed a payment, and never made a special request like this. It seems they have too many clients and not enough technicians. I have now cancelled my contract and joined another pool service company that was highly recommended by my neighbors. They need to seriously rethink how they treat their clients. For their own sake, I hope they reprimand Matty for her behavior and hire more technicians--or stop taking on new clients--because their service has declined tremendously.

The technician arrived on time, he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem and suggested that there were two options for us, explained pros and cons of both options, and they would have to spec out the costs and send us a quote. We got a quote for both options in a couple of days. The quotes were fair from the research I'd done. I spoke with Gary who was great and we chose to replace the whole unit with a newer model that integrates with a phone based app. We scheduled for the replacement installation and the technician came back on time again. He got everything installed, everything pre-registered with Jandy for warranty purposes, and then took the time go over how the system works; he also made some recommended adjustments based on our setup. Overall, I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I would highly recommend them. We will definitely be using them again for any future pool issues that we run into.
