I came to this salon with hopeful expectations with all the great reviews however todays expierence I will not be back and will not recommend. I believe she is the owner, but she is beyond rude! When I sat down on the pedicure chair, a customer was paying and asked to leave tip on the card. The owner began to raise her voice at the customer telling her now she has to pay taxes and pay a fee for using the credit card machine. The customer looked so caught off and was apologizing and the women still had the nerve to continue and tell her if you come here you have to bring cash. I was already in the chair and thought to myself well I don't have cash. The next customer went to pay and she left to the bank and returned with cash after seeing that insane scene. When i went o pay I told her I didn't have cash (because it is 2025) and that I would like to add it. She then slammed both her hands down on the counter and shock her head. I told her that this was unprofessional and she should be more transparent with maybe signage or when making the appt, to ask to bring cash ahead of time. Im sorry but Im not driving to my bank, using my gas, to get cash. I came for a relaxing appt and instead saw ugly behavior and rude customer service. It really took away from the experience and service to be in a hostile environment. read more

Because of COVID (I'm just guessing here), they only have 3 techs available, so I highly recommend scheduling an appointment first! They have taken the proper sanitary precautions in order to ensure their clients are safe & comfortable! I got a basic mani/pedi for $45, which I thought was a really good price. They have other options & add on's which cost a bit more that I may try next time. I haven't gotten my nails done professionally since 2019 (pre-pandemic) so I opted for NO gel this time, hoping that maybe my nails had a long enough time to strengthen over the past year or so. After a wonderful scrub & hand/foot massage, I was brought to the drying table to let my polish dry. The tech said 5 minutes, but I'm always a bit leery so I stayed ~15 minutes. By the time I got to my car, I noticed one of my big toes had a gouge out of it. Knowing that all 3 techs were already seeing clients, I didn't want to bother them & hoped I had the same color at home to fix it. I noted this on the survey they texted me & they were very quick to ask me to come back to get it fixed. I already had left & had other things to do, but I appreciated their understanding. By the end of the day, I noticed 4 of my fingernails had either a gouge or chip on them already I guess I should have opted for gel, but was really looking forward to letting my natural nails do their thing. Overall, the staff is very nice, they do an overall great job, just give yourself WAY more extra time for your nails to dry before doing even the minimum. read more

Walked in and they looked at me like I had no place being in there. I had just stopped in to ask if they had a menu I could look at or take, (and check it out because they claim to be kid friendly). The lady shook her head at me, said "no, we don't have that" and practically shooed me away. Don't know about their work, but their attitude needs a major adjustment. And definitely Not kid friendly. read more

I hate to rate this place so highly as it it will make it difficult to use a future appointment the service and quality received are great values. Today I received a standard pedicure with a callus remover add on. My nails were expertly clipped,including ingrown nails removed, salt scrub, lots of buffing calluses bottoms,massage, hot stone massage to reveal beautiful toes before polish was applied. This place takes time with every customer to provide quality. They are closed on Sunday and I think Monday. Call ahead for an appointment you will not be disappointed. read more

I've officially switched nail shops! My first time in to Barefoot today.. (I used to go when it was Crystal's but it got too expensive). Kimberle was so great and I love her business model! She wants her employees to talk to the customers because she's aware that it can be uncomfortable for the customers if the employees are speaking another language all the time. She was even helping one of the women translate to speak to her customer. Really great. She also really understands business and how to stay ahead of the competition. Other nail shops just do what they do with no consideration of the customer experience. "If you don't like it, leave" tends to be their model. Instead, Kimberle made a point of sharing her business model with me and demonstrating it! She did a phenomenal job on my nails and put in some of the little extras that mean a lot to me but most places don't care enough to include the details- like cuticle cutting and cuticle oil. Had a wonderful experience tonight. Last minute call and they let us come right in. My daughter had a terrible ingrown toenail and they were happy to take care of it. My daughter was uncertain and scared. The gal got right in there and pulled that nail out so quick and efficient. After some soaking and pampering and it looks so much better. Thank you. I called in the morning to see what was available and an afternoon was available. I arrived a few minutes (like 3) late because Starbucks lost my mobile order (or maybe someone walked off with it...it has happened) and had to wait a few more minutes. I wanted to try this place because it is close to home and I was pleasantly surprised! What I liked most (aside from the great pedicure and gel manicure) was that they really take their time with your nails and strive to deliver great customer service. They make it a point to not overbook--- so vital! The place is undergoing an intererior update and when it is it will be so nice! read more

I've been to many different places and it seems like they are always in a hurry, so this was refreshing. Came here with the wife and let me tell you folks!! "Yelpers" this place is amazing! This was my second time ever getting a pedicure! My first time I don't remember getting the treatment we got here! The hot stones to the sandpaper cream " don't know what that cream was called lol" but it felt so goooooooood! The skilled workers new there stuff! Very friendly and welcoming here no doubt. I've been coming to this nail salon on and off for the past few months. I've actually just started coming more frequently because I have a current obsession with dip powder and Anna Kimberle is the best at applying it! She really takes her time shaping your nail and you can tell she really cares about the work she's doing. Everyone at this salon is super sweet! I would suggest calling ahead of time and making an appointment, especially on a Saturday, as those are their busy days. read more

During mandatory closures, this business took Covid seriously and made all the right changes. They're not currently taking walk-ins...you must have an appointment. You have a temp check and self-questionnaire upon entering. There are dividers between manicurists and clients. Each massage pedicure chair is separated on all sides by substantial clear vinyl curtains. Seats are wiped down and the foot bowls have disposable covers for each customer. All staff correctly wear their masks and social distancing is clearly marked for customers. I truly appreciate the hard work they put in for their staff and clients. This is why businesses should be on a case by case basis...they should not be penalized for businesses who have not made such adjustments for this pandemic. I am grateful to have a place for a bit of peace and care during tough times. read more

I love this salon! The girls are so nice! The prices are great and the chairs are full Masage chairs from the bottom of the seat to the head. The basic pedicure included sea salt, massage, nail oils and they really took their time. I have been to a few different places around here and this is my place now. Amazing, amazing nail salon! The staff is so welcoming and open to whatever color or designs you'd like. They made my mother and I, feel very special on just a normal mom and daughter hangout day. The owner Larry was extremely gracious to fit us on when we didn't even have an appointment! Best part is, it's right around the corner from my house! I went here for the first time today and let me tell you i am in love! I found my new permanent nail shop home. I saw a ad for their work on here and went on a limb to see how i would like it. I am very pleased with their craft. Anne Kimberle did my fill and Angie took care of my pedicure. These women truly pay attention to detail. I am deeply satisfied and cant wait for my next visit. I have been coming here for a few years now and always had excellent service with Kimberley, but this last appt was the worst I've had. I don't know if she was in a bad mood or doesn't want my business anymore, but I was in and out in 35 mins and didn't even get the overage wiped off and left with paying $50 incl tip. Don't think so! I'll give my money elsewhere! read more

Kimberlee does great nails and if you don't mind having cuts on your fingers and being obviously talked about and mocked right in front of you because she assumes since you don't speak her language you won't know when you're being talked about to the other stylists than I guess you'd be ok here. But Kimberlee was so insulting and it was so obvious that the other client who was having her nails done at the same time as myself was shocked as well. I'm a hair stylist myself and was shocked at her behavior. So I guess if you don't care if you're being made fun of this is the place to go. I won't be back. And I had given this place a 5 star review at first. So disappointed!!!! read more
