I recently had my brows done by Kate, and I could not be happier! She is so meticulous, and she explains what she is doing with each step. She takes her time mapping the brows and shows you multiple sample colors to make sure they come out perfect. Just got home from my session with Marinda today for powdered brows and I can't be happier. I had existing microblading done by a gal in Portland and the color was turning from dark brown to reddish brown (it's been about a year). Marinda explained that microblading on top of my existing microbladed brows wouldn't hide the discoloration and suggested powdered brows instead. She was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. My powder brows took about 2.5 hours. Marinda does quality work and I'm so happy to find my eyebrow gal in a new city! read more

I had a great experience working with Kate for nanoblading. She was so friendly and explained every step of the process and aftercare. She's incredibly meticulous with her work and ensures you're comfortable and happy with the shape and color before getting started. Her studio is easy to find with ample parking and is very clean and bright. The initial session is 4 hours long- she spends the first hour studying your face and asking lifestyle questions to determine the best shape and color for you then maps out your new brows. The next 3 hours she spends carefully performing the nanoblading and documenting via photos. She constantly checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable and to ask if I needed any breaks. The first run through is without lidocaine so this can be a little painful but I would rate it at no more than a 4/10 for pain. The rest of the session she uses lidocaine so it just feels like tapping. Once she's done, she explains the importance of aftercare and provides an aftercare kit along with instructions for the first 28 days. She is totally transparent about the different stages your brows will go through in that first month so I was well prepared. I booked a touch up session 6 weeks after my initial session based on her recommendation and I'm looking forward to the final look! read more
