She took care of everything and made a very uncomfortable and stressful situation much easier for my mother in law. My mother in law saw Dr Iachmanovski who was so helpful. She explained things clearly, was very thorough, and took care of the emergency issue with ease. My mother in law felt comfortable and cared for. My mom took a day off specifically because of this appointment. I have never heard that someone will be denied access to a doctor and appointment will be canceled because of your lack of language skills. So, this is the ethics of this office.
