Well, that Saturday at 7pm my tooth HURT! I called his after hours service and they gave me his cell number. He was willing to start a root canal but told me that I should wait to see what happens. He could've easily told me a root canal was necessary and charge me up the wazoo ( again, no dental) but he didn't. I am going to wait until my tooth actually hurts for more than an hour and go back. Fast forward I get better insurance but I know better by now so I checked with my insurance he is listed as a dentist in the group and that crowns are covered by insurance 100% So when I called first the receptionist tried to say my insurance doesn't cover it I stopped her and said don't do what I think your about too. Then I informed her about how so many people say the office is a rip off trying to bill insurance companies but ALSO get cash from patients when the services are covered 100% When she heard what I found out and how I wont accept that as an answer she turned her story around and said he isn't accepting new patients....lol I wasn't a new one.
