My first time using this Dentist/Dental Care. It's a little far for me but it comes highly recommended. They are on a Main Street so there's metered parking and then alternate side on the side streets. I was there late afternoon and I didn't have a problem finding a parking place but it looked like it spaces were at a premium. You can't miss the building. Large glass building. I think the kid's dental stuff is downstairs, you can see the play area, and the adults were upstairs. Decent sized waiting area with comfortable couches. TV and magazines as well. Everyone was very polite and nice. My first visit so you have to fill out paperwork which took about 15 minutes. Cleaning and initial exam took about two hours. Not bad as they seem very busy. None of my wait times were bad at all. They call you and text you to remind you of your appointment the day before. Definitely worth the trip. read more

I wake up 4 am to be in time to this appointment, I recommend to be really aware and take pictures of any paper or record the conversation, and to the manager if you look into my eyes and said I'm sorry I made a mistake, you have to pay the $750 I will be no happy but pay and move on read more

Dmitry Epelboym is the BEST dentist I have ever had, for 30 years. All of his equipment is state of the art - futuristic almost. Very cool technology. Do not do business with this dental office. I have had several problems with inferior dental work and fraudulent insurance claims with this office. Every major dental work had to be redone and still trying to correct their last miscoding. Bay Ridge Management Corp., Cosmetic & Implant center, Dmitry Epelboym located at 7708nFourth Ave., Brooklyn NY 11209 sent Delta Denta Insurancel a claim using code D5213 Maxillary partial denture- cast metal framework with resin denture bases (including any conventional clasps, rests and teeth) for service date 9/08/2014. Dritry Epelboym knows that this does not describe my partial. Mine has no metal and seems to be made entirely of nylon or acrylic-vinyl material made for only one side of the arch. The partial Dmitry Epelboym made for teeth 3,4,5 is a Nesbit. The correct code for the Nesbit provided me by Cosmetic & Implant Center is D1520 (space maintainer- removable - unilateral) only on one side of the arch. Delta Dental states that they already paid Dmitry Epelboym of Bay Ridge Management Corporation $750. I had to ask the dentist to correct the code. I did but have not heard from them. I was not aware of the problem until November 2017, when I received a pretreatment denial Claim for my damaged bridge teeth on the opposite side of the arch. Which says I am responsible for the entire $2250 instead of %50 or $1125. This misinformation of code D5213 has prevented me from filing a claim on any work on the same arch. Although my Nesbit is only on one side of the arch. DELTA DENTAL DENTIST HANDBOOK states under Prosthodontics- Removable codes (D5000-D5899) 19: Placement of a removable partial denture and a fixed bridge for the same arch will not be considered for benefit allowance. Use of a code using these numbers is the problem. Maybe this office and Dr. Dmitry Epelboym has a high rating is because this office does not charge airline employees a co-pay for their dental services. Their office is always packed with airline employees from Atlanta, Detroit and other areas. Do not do business with this dental office. Will not come to this dental office anymore after a mistreatment, actually, it's second time since I have been this office. NOT ANYMORE!!! A dentist assistance carelessly and harshly put a metal tray filled with special gel into my mouth to get shapes of my teeth and prepare for my night guard. The edges of the metal tray were pushed against my gum. I told her it hurts the way she pushed, and used my finger pointing at the hurting spots - that's exactly the same spots I have wounds, then turned into swallow wounds, and couple days later I have dental abscess and lymphatic gland. Hurts pretty bad when I talked/ate and bothers me when I slept for a week and a half. Sent an email to office and filed a complaint, nobody ever replied to it. "Great"!!! I called and asked for an appointment to check the wounds. I had to visited the office 3 times in a day and wasted few hours because they are so BS busy to spend 5 minutes to check my wounds. If you're ok with waiting 3-4 hours for check up and cleaning, this is your place to go. I came in for 1pm appointment for cleaning and check up. The receptionists kept telling me it'll be another 40minutes wait. I waiting 2 hours each for cleaning and checkup procedure. If you can't handle your patients in a reasonable amount of time, be honest and tell them. I'd rather take the train back to the city to get my errands done during the day and return to the clinic. Is it so difficult for them to be honest? Making someone wait AND informing it's 40 minute wait is unethical. If it'll be a 3hour wait, just tell me so. We all hate going to the dentist but this place is incredible. First off: they have all of the latest technology!!! Around the head X-rays, they made half of my tooth right there in the office! AND THEY HAVE TVs ON THE CEILING!! I got a root canal today and I expected to be laying in bed reeling in pain but I'm not. I'm eating pizza with my friends and I almost forgot I had a root canal done. I honestly cannot say how happy I am and my fear of the dentist is almost gone. The most terrible place, do not waste your time and money. Having been there many times in anticipation, I spent 2-3 hours. Because of the enormous witchcraft of the people, the doctor dodges the service and tries to reassign for the next time. Having visited the office for the last time, I was finally disappointed. With two children I spent 3 hours in a queue after which I was refused treatment, the doctor really wanted to go home, the accountant insisted on serving me after which I waited another 40 minutes. Walk away. Do not go here. If I could put a negative star for this office, I would. I traveled all the way from Atlanta for an appointment here in July and when I arrived none of the dental machines were working. While I was there I was informed that the office would also have to submit my services to my insurance company for verification of what I was covered for. They said it would take at least two weeks. Now mind you, I paid to fly to NY for an appointment where no dental work could be performed. The office contacted me two weeks later to discuss the work that would be covered by my insurance (Delta Dental). So I returned today for my appointment with the understanding that my insurance would cover my exam and cleaning. In addition there was an inlay that Dr. Dimitri put in my mouth in 2017 that needed repair. (When I spoke to the financial director while I was still in Atlanta, she informed me that any work that needed to be done to repair what they had already done would be be taken care or at no charge to me.) When I arrived at the office, they sent me straight down to the hygienist for a cleaning. Then they put me in a chair in a room upstairs and prepared me for the dental work. When I asked about the services they were going to provide, they denied that they had ever done the inlay that needed repair in my mouth (I had three done by then in 2017). Furthermore, they informed me that the cleaning they had already completed was not covered by my insurance company because all of their dentists are out of my network. WTW!!!! Then they wanted me to pay out of pocket for an exam that I never received today plus the cleaning that I was under the impression was being covered by my insurance. The final straw was when the finance director told me that if I paid them for the cleaning, that I would get all my money back from my insurance company. When I told her I was not prepared to pay for the cleaning she told me that their office will bill Delta Dental and I should just send them the check that Delta Dental gives me. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a dental office. WTW!!! There is something totally illegitimate about this place. Faulty dental work, shady insurance practices, and you get a different story each time you try to get to the truth about what is actually transpiring. read more

If I could less than one star, I would. A crown had to be redone because the bite was off. There was also metal showing through on the crown. Another time, while working on a difficult root canal, the Dr. went out to take a smoke leaving me in the chair with my mouth open. The last time for me was being accused by the woman manager of 'seeing another dentist' and refusing me service because of it. This, after traveling from BHM by plane, then bus to get there. After telling her the reason I hadn't been there in over a year was because of a death in the family, she told me her sister died that year but life went on..... Stay away!!! Dr. Keda is a great dentist that will always try to get you the best outcome for your problem! He is aware of all the top technology to get you there in no time at all. I had an old crown that was grey at the top and looked bad when i smiled, he fixed it in one appointment, he made sure a tech was there to model my tooth into a computer program with a painless wand just going over my teeth and gum area, then the fancy machine in the back carved the brAnd new crown in the back, it was completed in same day visit and i was a happy camper with a perfect smile. I love this office! From the front desk staff to the dental hygienist, to the dentist and his assistant that replaced my crown, everything was so smooth. Equipment is state of the art. I initially went in for a cleaning and asked about replacing my crown. When the dentist told me he cud replace it in a few hrs and the price I jumped to it since it took me almost 2 hrs to get there from queens. Due to the commute, I was hesitant but this office was highly recommended by a friend. My last dentist office (that I also wrote a review for, please read it) was such a disappointment and it was located in my neighborhood. Sure I could try other dentists near me but I really like to try places referred to me, so I took another chance w Dr, Epelboym's office in Brooklyn. It was very busy when I arrived so I thought it was going to be hectic or a long wait but it wasn't. I wish I knew everyone's names so I could give them credit, one name to know is Kate. She was so professional, courteous, and compassionate. If you need anything, or have a special request, just ask, she will go above and beyond to make it happen. This office also doesn't try to nickel and dime you, my last dentist quoted me $800 (my portion after Insurance) for my crown, tried to push Invisalign, and some filling for my supposed receding gums. None of that happened at Dr.Epelboym's office. There was no pressure to do anything other than what I came in for. While I can say that the work on the tooth it self is well done the rest of my experience here was horrible. I have never had a dentist, particularly when I am a new patient not review over my dental history or explain what plans they had with me prior to starting. The doctor peered in my mouth, informed me of the two cavities that I had already alerted them to when I made the appointment. Then proceeds to tell me it will take 20 minutes to repair and we had time to do it today. Before I could ask or do anything he is jabbing the Novocain in my mouth and injecting it at such speeds that it went from uncomfortable to straight pain. As this isn't my first filling and I have had some dental work done in the past I am quite familiar with how it should have felt. I should have not been screaming from the pain! After his terse manner, he filled the tooth and just simply turned around and went, "You're finished. See the person in the front she will ring you up" No discussion about additional treatments or the reasons I traveled all the way to them. Go to pay for the treatment, the person quotes me one amount and then rings me up for another. When I mention it to her she just waves it off and go oops. Never again. read more

Great personalities. Janice (cleanings) she's very informative, compassionate and thorough. Shanice (dental tech/ asst.) is helpful and compassionate as well. Kate is in charge of the billing and she is down to earth and very informative, most importantly she's honest. Dr. Keba (spellcheck) is awesome! He makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. The worst experience of my life. My appointment was at 11am I get there exactly 10.34 am they call my name at 2.00pm I threw a fit .They are so unprofessional its a mess , although the receptionist was super nice . Everytime I asked how long before they call my name they would tell me they are cleaning a room for u !!!! Another 45 min. Trying to clean a room?!!!!! By far the best dentist you will EVER visit EVER. My first trip to them started out when some bad dental work from another dentist office got even worse. I chipped a tooth, got it filled, and somehow needed a root canal after that. Go figure. Anywho, in steps the professionals here. They were amazing. I came in, had 3 fillings, a cleaning and root canal done and I swear I was only there for a little over an hour. My root canal was completely painless from beginning to end. After my procedures were done, they even bought me lunch, which I was surprisingly able to eat pretty much right away. Words cannot begin to describe how ridiculously impressed and happy I am with this dentistry. All that happened a year ago and still impressed. Today I went in and they put the crown on the tooth with the root canal. Literally in and out. The process took about an hour.
