From the moment we arrived, the service and ambiance were warm, welcoming, and where we wanted to be! Large and open, Bow and Arrow is spacious for folks to come for pint, small groups, as well as large groups and company events. We sat at the bar for more face-to-face service and had a great experience. We each got a flight and loved the ability to try four different beverages each since the menu is so extensive, creative, and delicious! I got the "Dos Arrows," "Wildly No. 1," "Bury My Heart," and "Lav Letters to the SW." I listed them in order of my favorites. Each beverage was complex, unique, and delicious! I would have enjoyed a full pint of each drink! Alas, 4 5oz beverages was enough! Prices are reasonable for such high quality beverages! We also loved that the brewery recognizes Indigenous land rights and supports Native American initiatives. Euro-Americans have much to learn from Native peoples, the original stewards of this land. But first, relationships, listening, and reparations are needed! We loved Bow and Arrow Brewing. We look forward to visiting again next time we are in town!

Of course we had to get the green beer! Sitting outside, enjoying the sunshine with a cold drink in hand, it felt like the perfect way to celebrate. But the real highlight? The Highland cows I mean... how often do you get to sip a beer AND pet adorable, fluffy cows wearing little festive hats?! It was such a unique touch that made the whole event stand out from your typical bar scene. Marble always delivers on a great beer selection, but events like this take it to another level. If you're looking for a brewery that goes all out for holidays and creates a fun, memorable experience--this is the spot. Already looking forward to next year!

In the last month, I've been twice - once for a Beetlejuice themed bellydance show, and tonight for the "Before I Die" Death Festival with a panel of Death Doulas. What a fun and eclectic atmosphere!! I love places that not only host fun events but also thought provoking events that stimulate conversation. To top it off, the seasonal margaritas are amazing! The facade is a real liquor store with a good selection of local and unique brews and spirits. We were led through a walk in freezer door and down a dark narrow staircase, which was fun and felt like a true speakeasy. We got to sit in the side room by ourselves the whole time, which was fun and nice and private. It's a small space with an old speakeasy type feel with neat art, wallpaper, ceilings, and such. Most importantly, the drinks are so good! We were enthralled by the fall seasonal cocktail menu, with smoked cinnamon, pumpkin, sweet potato!!, and other delectable fall flavors. The drinks all have a wild and complex combination of flavorings, and they make all their syrups in house. So yummy and such a good experience to sit and sip.
