    Cosmo and dirty martini

This has been on my radar.... Finally got there! My cosmo was excellent! We had the arancini, which was very good. The margarita pizza was cooked to perfection!! We then split the Rigatoni. Which had great flavor, just a little al dente for me. Didn't stop me from eating it!! I know the restaurant was very busy, and service was great, just the acoustics were very loud! Will return!

    Cheesecake. So light and fluffy.

This is my second time visiting Bar Rosinas and I am just so impressed with the food! The quality and taste is amazing and not to mention the portions are huge! My first visit we ordered a bunch of appetizers and each were so good! The chicken cutlet and the burrata are my favorites. We also split the rigatoni and a pizza. YUM! The second visit we had our Christmas party for the company. Made reservations since it was holiday season. We started again with appetizers, the burrata is still amazing and the meatballs were so full of flavor. The eggplant rollatini was good but not mind blowing. I got the rigatoni again. The service was great and attentive. Highly recommend this spot! Great parking in the back of the restaurant so you don't have to fight for street parking.

So good - very authentic pasta and I'd like to correct my prior review. The pizza with sweet onion had sweetness to it but today's pizza margarita had an authentic tasty tomato sauce. The pasta with prawn is my new favorite dish and crave-worthy. Squid ink pasta with prawns and a delicious garlic sauce and finished with bread crumbs in the Sicilian style. Compliments to the chef.

Cute restaurant with nice outdoor patio area. Menu had lots of good choices, making it very hard to pick just a few things. The Mona Lisa drink was amazing and had all the flavors I love. ARANCINI was slightly spicy and very tasty. Crispy potatoes were cooked to perfection. The rigatoni tastes very fresh, and while it wasn't very spicy, it had great flavors. Prices were a little high, but I feel like the quality matched. Service was really good as well, and checked in frequently. Really enjoyed my experience here and want to come back to check out some more menu items!

This is my second time at Rosina's- the first time was my anniversary which was a pretty late dinner, a lot of the things that we wanted they were out of so we got other food items- we decided to come back again since the food was good the first time at a somewhat earlier time. As soon as we walked in- we were greeted by someone (not sure if manager?) regardless very attentive staff even on a busy Friday night. We decided to sit outside- such a great vibe. Our waitress was very attentive, food came out at great times. The drinks were strong as well!! Which i am very passionate about haha I don't really understand the rating they have? But Rosina's is fireee!

Spectacular place. Food and service incredible. Pictures say it all. Margaritas pie was fantastic. Pepperonii pie the same. The burger was the best.

    Ballin' out of control. Arancini.

A fantastic restaurant where you walk in and immediately feel at home. The attention to detail is everywhere, from the precisely prepared food to the attentive service. Bar Rosina's is a place I dream about now. Our go to restaurant and first recomdation for a date night, family outing, or getting together with friends. You have to try it for yourself!

TOMATO & ONION PIE, CHICKEN CUTLET, RIGATONI

Awesome ambience. Yummy food! Great service! Cute place, excited to come back Focaccia was a favorite, delicious. Rigatoni and chicken cutlet were both great and even better when paired together. I didn't love the tomato & onion pie but my boyfriend did, so I think that was just a personal take. 5 stars! woo

Very highly recommend! 4.5/5 We moved to Connecticut 6 weeks ago from Manhattan and have been searching for our new go-to restaurant. There seems to have been a bit of a buzz about Rosinas so we were excited to go and we're not disappointed. Food 4.5/5 We ordered the house salad, rigatoni, spicy shrimp pasta and the Chicken Scarp. The house salad was simple..but so much flavor. The shrimp pasta was great...but is definitely spicy so choose only if you love the burn like we do. The chicken scarp I had never heard of...but as we learned is also called "shoemakers chicken" think of the best roast chicken punctuated with spicy sausage, potato and peppers. I took a chance and LOVED IT. Again simple ingredients treated with respect. Service 5/5 our server was great, Carlos behind the bar made a great cocktail and provided even better advice on what to get and even the chef, owner both came over to check in. Experience 5/5 Rosinas is a cool space that felt like a combination of NYC Dante and your favorite local. Seating was comfortable and well spaced. We will definitely be back, are excited to try new things...and looking forward to what else Carlos, Coby and Jared recommend.

If you've read any of my reviews you already know that one of the greatest sleeper food battles in the country is Grigg Street vs Luca's in Greenwich. The most underrated Cheeseteak battle in the world, right here under your nostrils. And you don't even know about it. Do yourself a favor, and educate yourself. I've gone back and forth. Most the time I have Grigg Street a .1 grade higher GASP. But other times I think they are even. I think I need more trials. Oh No! I must go again! - This is me being playful. Imagine the cruelty that the love(s) of my life most go through. Duller than a dump truck that's not street safe. - Anyways. Let me orchestrate a symphony for ya. Beautiful day. Little chilly actually if you ask me. Throw on a way too deeply opened quarter zip - no Nike tech - so that you can get a glimpse of a chain grazing the corner of my pectoral "muscle". I drive my motor vehicle across state lines to end up in the highfalutin Greenwich. Gorgeousness all over the place, my eyes hurt from gazing through exteriors and into souls. Out of place? No. I looked rather handsome this day, or said the chimpanzee that's befriended my pet mule Paco. But was I a foreigner? At the moment, yes. Yet not for long. So all delulu, I stumbled into a side block down a flight of stairs and into a straight up dungeon with a dragon spitting absolute fire in many forms at the open-faced visible ovens. I walked up to the counter and attempted to rizz up the cashier. She did a good job at resisting my aura. Marginally completely ignored me but that negative energy has no impact on a Sigma such as myself. Couldn't even tell if she had the gyatt or if she were mid, but it doesn't matter. Whatever. I'm not mad. That's not even what I was here for. I was here for a slice and a Cheeseteak. Whatever. I ghosted her first. Just PUT THE FRIES IN THE BAG! Anyways. Behind the counter the chef runs a tight ship. Would call him a pirate, first word that came to mind. He crashed out about five times and mogged roughly five unassuming customers and I absolutely loved it. That's how cocky pizza makers should be. No skibidi. No 6-7. All action, no BS. LET HIM COOK. You can only order in 15 min increments on the website. This, again, is a tight ship. So I ordered the cheesesteak and then added a slice to my purchase when I got there. Genius, I know. Why don't you tell huzz behind the counter who thinks that because she ate that she don't have to lock into to the gracefully aging unc who graced her presence. No glaze ofc. ANYWAYS. The cheesesteak is simply one of the best in the world. Straight chungus... this thing is structurally sound at an absurd diameter and circumference. Theres really not an argument to its greatness. The bread is filthy good. The cheese/sauce has some type of extra tang/spice that raises it another level. The meat is just wonderful. I mean this thing is so delicious that it's 9:30AM and I'm contemplating ordering one right now. JUST LOOK AT IT. And the pizza? Mid 8s. That's a nice score. Sourdough crust that dominates a bit because of its charred taste and texture. A good sauce almost wish there were more. Really aromatic, really fresh cheese. Super super deceptively light I could've polished a pie and I probably will at some point. Really liked it, need to try more slices. This place, across all metrics, passed the vibe check. Hits all the KPIs. Love the downstairs dark vibe. And call me Frankenstein but they hit the nail on the head with their two specialties: Pizza and Cheesesteak. Who doesn't love that combo? I know they have more to offer. I know I'll try those offerings. And you should too. Like. Comment. Subscribe. LB out.

The cheesesteak was a bit of a let down. I really didn't love the bread and it needed more cheese. Compared to your average cheesesteak this was great but I am comparing this to Angelo's in Philly and it's just not in that league. We pre ordered our pizza and cheesesteak. When we walked in there was no sign as to where to wait if you had ordered ahead of time. We stood to the side for a few minutes until we were yelled at by the cashier for taking up space. Luckily the owner saw this and quickly interjected. After that poor start everything else went well. The owner let us change our order to sit down and they made space at a table for us. Someone even nicely boxed our leftovers for us.

White Clam Pizza -- A Must-Try Legend Many reviews…read moreconsistently rave that Frank Pepe's clam pie lives up to its reputation. The white clam pizza delivers a punch of clams, garlic, and cheese on that signature thin, char-charred New Haven-style crust -- garlicky, salty, and utterly memorable. It's the pie people seek out when they make a pilgrimage to Frank Pepe's, and some say it's the best pizza they've had in years. The clams are generous and fresh-tasting, the crust is crisp yet chewy, and every bite feels like a perfect balance of sea and oven fire. For seafood lovers and adventurous eaters, this is the pie to order -- bold, classic, and worth the hype. Margherita Pizza -- Simple, Fresh, and my son loved it. While the clam pizza steals a lot of the spotlight, the margherita and original tomato pies are also beloved. The margherita is beautifully simple: ripe tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil with that same irresistible coal-oven char on the crust. It's not as brash as the clam pie, but it's an excellent showcase of quality ingredients done right. Red-sauce traditionalists especially appreciate how Pepe's tomato-forward pies complement the zingier clam slice, making them great to share with a group

**Mangement should take note**…read more I have been to the New Haven (original) and the Fairfield location many times.... The pizzas that I had in those locations have always been consistently excellent! BUT this Stamford location has never produced a good pizza for me. The tomato sauce is always very tart/bitter and the cook on the pie is not the same. I have never had a tasty pie at this location. Management definitely needs to do some Quality Control at this location!
