I didn't really go inside of here but some drunk dude said this place had the best drinks to really f you up so obviously we had to check it out. The Lobe Blaster was soooooooooooooo freaking good. Plus it was so pretty. I loved the green. It was also refreshing. I did not taste the alcohol in it so I def could've drank it all on my own and gotten tipsy quickly lol. Good thing hubby and I split it. I'd def try more things from here. Loved: - Lobe Blaster

Expensive but strong cocktails located in the Harry Potter portal. It was nice to walk around and explore the world with a cocktail in hand. We also brought it to the Arcanus circus show which improved the experience!

Entering the Ministry of Magic portal at Epic Universe is very cool. It's like you've stepped back in time and into Paris. One of our favorite stops here was Bar Moonshine. It's a to-go style bar, so there are no seats inside...but it's very quaint and lovely. The bartenders are quite amusing, telling you things like "no flying" after drinking a Lobe Blaster, and they have great recommendations if you aren't sure what you'll like. My husband was partial to the non-alcoholic drinks like the Lavender Lemonade and Beau The Bleu D'Occamy - I did try them and they were wonderful. My favorite was the Lobe Blaster, which is quite potent, yet absolutely delicious. Definitely smart not to "fly" after that one, but it's so light and refreshing on a hot day. We loved the drinks so much that we are trying to make them at home. It's also fun that when you get a Lobe Blaster, they serve it in a plastic souvenir cup. We have two of them! They will look lovely on our bar.

Ordered two non alcoholic drinks, Limonade à la Lavande: Lavender Lemonade and Beau Thé Bleu d'Occamy: Occamy Tea - $13 for both. The Occamy drink is fun but very sweet. Lavender lemonade is also refreshing. There was only one table near by, and the Bar Moonshine is small just includes the bar and two locations to order from. Drinks were made quickly.

The aesthetics of the drinks are great. They really tried, but the $18 Lobe Blaster just isn't it. I'm always weary of any bar that serves their drinks in plastic cups. The drink looked cool, but it was pretty meh tasting. Bar Moonshine is a little hidden and way back inside of Harry Potter world. Super tiny inside. Limit 1 drink per ID. After trying nearly every bar here, I think your best bet is once again to go to The Atlantic and order off of their full bar. They make legit espresso martinis over there.

A moonshine bar in the new Harry Potter Ministry of Magic world in Epic Universe? Yes, my curiosity was peaked and I had to try it out. First of all, I'm very concerned for how this spot will hold up once the parks get really busy. Coming on a passholder preview day there was a constant like out the door the whole time. When I got in line there were probably a dozen people or so. But the line moved SO slowly. They only let 2-3 people inside at a time, which is why it was so slow. We probably waited almost 15 minutes to finally order, and it just seemed like such an inefficient process. The drinks were also quite expensive, which is to be expected at a theme park but still outrageous. My drink was $17-$18, and I can't even remember if that was before or after my passholder discount so it may actually be more. Definitely not something I'd do often at all. I tried the Lobe Blaster drink- a bright green drink I saw several people sipping on outside that I wanted to know about. It was super unique- with a mix of moonshine, limoncello, and absynthe it couldn't be any other way. Honestly, the overall take reminded me of those old necco candies, if you know what those are. I did enjoy it though. And, I actually thought the drink was better once it was watered down a little, the flavors became more pronounced. I'd also recommend grabbing a few macarons from K.Ramelle down the street to go with your drink. It was a lovely palette cleanser and complimented the drink surprisingly well. Oh and don't worry- they have a short alcoholic menu but non-alcoholic options as well like a lavender lemonade. And OF COURSE they have butterbeer on tap, as well as a frozen option! The bar tenders were also super cool and made the experience better, but again the whole process seemed so unnecessarily slow I'm not sure how that will fare as time goes on.

Classic regular and frozen butterbeer options are always a hit but the craft cocktails are a huge hit. The Lobe blaster was fun in presentation and tasty!

Bar Moonshine is located in the new Epic Universe park. It is in the Wizarding World portal and is what it's name implies, a bar. It is a very small bar, only a couple of registers, they only serve drinks, no food. There are also no seats inside or places to linger. It is a walk through, get your drink and go place. There are about 3 tables outside but they were always filled with people just sitting looking for shade. When you enter the portal, if you walk back towards the circus tent, make a right and Bar Moonshine is in the back corner. You might miss it if you didn't see people lined up. Since this location is small, there are not many options on the menu. They have some beer and a few cocktails. We had around 4 groups in front of us but it moved very fast, so I would say the line is not terrible. It is mostly outside and again there is very little shade in the area. Their options include a few cocktails as well as a few mocktails and beer. The theme is American quidditch, so there are flags all around with each state on them. Its really cute. We decided to try two different drinks. I went with the Lobe Blaster which was a mix of moonshine, limoncello, absinthe, lemon juice, club soda, and simple syrup garnished with a rosemary sprig and layered with an émulsion verte. The bartender does a little show with this, where the green emulsion comes in a little potion bottle and they add it to your drink at the end. This was delicious. It was strong though, this is definitely a sipping cocktail. I could not really taste the absinthe which was good. I was afraid it would be very licorice flavor since that's what everyone was saying but it was not at all. There was a slight hit of that but it was more lemon than anything. I love a lemon drop martini and this reminded me of that. MY husband ordered one if his favorite, the Philosopher's Old Fashioned which had bourbon, aromatic bitters, simple syrup, orange zest. I don't like these type of drinks, but it was good. I personally could not drink a whole glass but if this is your type of drink then you will enjoy it. He loved it. I will say that for batch made cocktails, these were good. I will for sure make this a stop every time we visit Epic. They also serve the drinks in a plastic cup which has a monogram on it. We kept ours and hand washed it. It was sort of like a souvenir, it is the thicker plastic that can be reused but not put in the dishwasher. Overall, I would add this to your list. This is a must stop for us!

From the moment we walked in, he made sure to ask us questions and give recommendations because it was our first time. He let us know that these were the best burgers in Orlando, and he wasn't lying. The food, although a little pricey, was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Bangin' Shrimp as an appetizer, which blew me away. The shrimp had a tempura fry to it, giving it a perfectly crispy crunch. The sauces that were drizzled on top helped to amplify the flavor of the dish. For my main course, I ordered the Shroom N Swiss burger. I love how thick and juicy the burger patties are. It's hard to find a good burger place that has thick patties, and The Whiskey delivers that meat. Another thing that blew me away was the mushroom that came on top. Only thing I will say is that it may be a little loud for some, making it hard to hear conversations. But if you love a loud atmosphere, then this place is perfect!

The main benefit of sitting outside is you have a gorgeous view of the entire park. Being that we haven't been to the park yet it allowed me to see an aerial view of all the lands. It was also quite entertaining for my kids. I was afraid that this place would be packed but at 5 PM we were the only table outside by the time we left at around 6:30 there were three other tables out there. Inside is beautiful too, but I think outside is where it's at. Our server was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive and checked in the right amount of time. We ended up getting chicken tenders and fries for the kids to share. Pro tip is there is a kids menu. They just don't advertise it. They don't have printed kids menus, but the server was able to tell us what the options for the kids were. Off the top of my head I believe there was chicken tenders, grilled chicken, and pasta with either cream sauce or red sauce. They all came with either fries or a fruit cup. Then my husband and I got a seafood tower to share. It was a good amount of food for two people, we left absolutely stuffed. The oysters were phenomenal. I loved the tuna sashimi, and the crab was great. All in all a fantastic choice. The drinks are also delicious. I tried the feta cheese drink, which lived up to the hype. It's definitely a unique drink, but if you like feta cheese, you'll absolutely love it. My husband got an old-fashioned and enjoyed it. We were celebrating my son's birthday so he got complimentary gelato. I thought the gelato was amazing and would recommend. This place is a must go to if you were staying at the hotel. Everything was great and I definitely want to come back.

We walked into a space with a modern, upscale design, a glowing ceiling, a sleek circular bar, and a mix of indoor and outdoor seating that creates a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the energy of the theme park below. The design feels polished and intentional, and the transition from the hotel lobby to the rooftop is seamless, with the view becoming the centerpiece as soon as you step outside. The biggest highlight is the view. Sitting above Epic Universe gave the restaurant a unique perspective, especially at night when the park lights and nighttime shows created a completely different atmosphere. The outdoor seating is the ideal spot to take in the surroundings, and we found ourselves lingering at the table long after we finished our meal just to watch the park below. The interior still feels impressive with its polished design and attention to detail, but the outdoor area is where the experience truly comes alive. The food menu leans more toward shareable plates and elevated dishes rather than typical theme park dining. We started with the farmer's cheese with honey and pistachio, which stood out as a memorable starter with a good balance of sweet and savory flavors. Other dishes like the crab cake, calamari, beef skewers, and tomahawk offered a mix of options for sharing, making it a good place to order several plates across the table. The quality of the food was a step above what you might expect from a hotel restaurant, and the portions were well sized for sharing. The drinks are also a major part of the experience, with cocktails that match the setting and the overall style of the restaurant, each one thoughtfully composed and presented. Service plays a big role here, and the experience felt much closer to a hotel restaurant than a park stop. The staff was attentive and the pacing worked well for a longer dinner, especially when we were looking to take a break from walking around Epic Universe. The team guided us through the menu without being pushy, and the pacing of the meal allowed us to enjoy the view and the food without feeling rushed. Reservations are worth considering, especially around peak hours or if you want a specific table with a view. Bar Helios is less about a quick meal and more about the full experience. The combination of rooftop views, creative food, strong drinks, and the atmosphere makes it one of the more memorable dining options connected to Universal Epic Universe. It offers a chance to step back from the intensity of the park and enjoy a meal that feels considered and complete, with a setting that enhances the entire visit.

Our waitress was so nice, whenever she left the table my younger son would ask where she went because he wanted to talk with her again. Almost everything is made in house and it shows. The Steak Frites was also very good. It was topped with chimichurri sauce and the medium rare was cooked to perfection. The fries were the same as my sons fries and everybody loved them. They're skinny and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. After eating at the theme park, it is a joy to have high-quality food at reasonable prices. This restaurant is also beautiful and they have so many different types of wine on top that you can try. I really love this concept. The Gardein wings were surprisingly good. We ordered the Korean chili garlic and Buffalo flavors, and if nobody had told me they were vegan, I probably wouldn't have known. I'd never had a soy-based wing before, but I would definitely order them again. The Parmesan truffle fries were exactly what you want them to be, and the crispy Brussels sprouts disappeared fast. At that point, it seemed like everyone else was tapped out, but somehow we still had room to eat. We ordered the lobster garlic noodles, and they were amazing. They didn't skimp on the lobster either. There were big chunks of real lobster throughout the dish, along with spinach and garlic noodles. Definitely one of my favorite entrées of the night. I also tried the Key Lime Cider, and I liked that they let me sample it before ordering. It ended up being really refreshing and exactly what I was looking for. For dessert, we shared the brownie cookie topped with ice cream. Oh my God. I don't even like chocolate like that, and it was amazing. Yard House has never really disappointed me, but this visit was especially good. I don't know if we were just starving or if the chef was having an exceptional night, but kudos and hats off to the kitchen. Parking was easy too. Levels 3 and 4 of the garage were free, so there was no need to pay or get anything validated. Overall, everything was smooth from start to finish. Great service, great food, easy parking, and a surprisingly short wait despite how busy it was. 10/10, highly recommend.
