Expensive but strong cocktails located in the Harry Potter portal. It was nice to walk around and explore the world with a cocktail in hand. We also brought it to the Arcanus circus show which improved the experience!

The aesthetics of the drinks are great. They really tried, but the $18 Lobe Blaster just isn't it. I'm always weary of any bar that serves their drinks in plastic cups. The drink looked cool, but it was pretty meh tasting. Bar Moonshine is a little hidden and way back inside of Harry Potter world. Super tiny inside. Limit 1 drink per ID. After trying nearly every bar here, I think your best bet is once again to go to The Atlantic and order off of their full bar. They make legit espresso martinis over there.

A moonshine bar in the new Harry Potter Ministry of Magic world in Epic Universe? Yes, my curiosity was peaked and I had to try it out. First of all, I'm very concerned for how this spot will hold up once the parks get really busy. Coming on a passholder preview day there was a constant like out the door the whole time. When I got in line there were probably a dozen people or so. But the line moved SO slowly. They only let 2-3 people inside at a time, which is why it was so slow. We probably waited almost 15 minutes to finally order, and it just seemed like such an inefficient process. The drinks were also quite expensive, which is to be expected at a theme park but still outrageous. My drink was $17-$18, and I can't even remember if that was before or after my passholder discount so it may actually be more. Definitely not something I'd do often at all. I tried the Lobe Blaster drink- a bright green drink I saw several people sipping on outside that I wanted to know about. It was super unique- with a mix of moonshine, limoncello, and absynthe it couldn't be any other way. Honestly, the overall take reminded me of those old necco candies, if you know what those are. I did enjoy it though. And, I actually thought the drink was better once it was watered down a little, the flavors became more pronounced. I'd also recommend grabbing a few macarons from K.Ramelle down the street to go with your drink. It was a lovely palette cleanser and complimented the drink surprisingly well. Oh and don't worry- they have a short alcoholic menu but non-alcoholic options as well like a lavender lemonade. And OF COURSE they have butterbeer on tap, as well as a frozen option! The bar tenders were also super cool and made the experience better, but again the whole process seemed so unnecessarily slow I'm not sure how that will fare as time goes on.

Classic regular and frozen butterbeer options are always a hit but the craft cocktails are a huge hit. The Lobe blaster was fun in presentation and tasty!

Bar Moonshine is located in the new Epic Universe park. It is in the Wizarding World portal and is what it's name implies, a bar. It is a very small bar, only a couple of registers, they only serve drinks, no food. There are also no seats inside or places to linger. It is a walk through, get your drink and go place. There are about 3 tables outside but they were always filled with people just sitting looking for shade. When you enter the portal, if you walk back towards the circus tent, make a right and Bar Moonshine is in the back corner. You might miss it if you didn't see people lined up. Since this location is small, there are not many options on the menu. They have some beer and a few cocktails. We had around 4 groups in front of us but it moved very fast, so I would say the line is not terrible. It is mostly outside and again there is very little shade in the area. Their options include a few cocktails as well as a few mocktails and beer. The theme is American quidditch, so there are flags all around with each state on them. Its really cute. We decided to try two different drinks. I went with the Lobe Blaster which was a mix of moonshine, limoncello, absinthe, lemon juice, club soda, and simple syrup garnished with a rosemary sprig and layered with an émulsion verte. The bartender does a little show with this, where the green emulsion comes in a little potion bottle and they add it to your drink at the end. This was delicious. It was strong though, this is definitely a sipping cocktail. I could not really taste the absinthe which was good. I was afraid it would be very licorice flavor since that's what everyone was saying but it was not at all. There was a slight hit of that but it was more lemon than anything. I love a lemon drop martini and this reminded me of that. MY husband ordered one if his favorite, the Philosopher's Old Fashioned which had bourbon, aromatic bitters, simple syrup, orange zest. I don't like these type of drinks, but it was good. I personally could not drink a whole glass but if this is your type of drink then you will enjoy it. He loved it. I will say that for batch made cocktails, these were good. I will for sure make this a stop every time we visit Epic. They also serve the drinks in a plastic cup which has a monogram on it. We kept ours and hand washed it. It was sort of like a souvenir, it is the thicker plastic that can be reused but not put in the dishwasher. Overall, I would add this to your list. This is a must stop for us!

Three full pages of on tap beers alone, plus wines and cocktails. The bar situation is impressive. Our waiter, Cliff, was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and explained that they're basically an American kitchen with a bit of an Asian twist. That little explanation helped when choosing between their regular Philly and the Korean-style version. My husband went with the Korean twist Philly (on Cliff's recommendation) and ate. every. bite. He genuinely enjoyed it -- always a good sign. I, however, did not listen to Cliff. He suggested the Steak Bowl, and instead I went with the Mac n Cheese. It wasn't bad -- just not my style. The cheese sauce was lighter in flavor, and I personally prefer my mac overly cheesy and bold. I also would've liked the noodles a touch more al dente. If you're someone who enjoys elevated mac (think Lobster Mac vibes), this may be right up your alley. For me? Probably a one-time choice. Next visit, I'm ordering what Cliff suggests. Atmosphere-wise -- 10/10. Open industrial ceilings, cool decor, great music, and just an overall fun vibe. Hubby and I both commented on how much we liked the space. We paid $60 total (including tip) for two meals and a sweet tea. For a sit-down restaurant in Icon Park in Orlando, that honestly feels very reasonable. Would we go back? Yes -- but I'm letting Cliff pick my meal next time.

However, it is quite fun, when we got there on a Saturday night, they were having a Taylor Swift look alike performance. I absolutely loved it. It turned out it was happening every hour so we were able to watch her perform twice. They also had someone selling jewelry and an artist painting, overall it is such a fun vibe. If you want a standard table, you need to make a reservation, I made a reservation like 15 minutes before and they only had outdoor seating and high tops available. We chose a high top and it was fine. They do have a kids menu so my son was able to order a cheese pizza with a side of fries and the other one ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side of fruit. On the kids menu it says cheese quesadilla but he really wanted chicken, I was surprised the chicken was a bit spicy. He ate a couple bites and then asked for his own cheese pizza after seeing his brothers. All the plates are meant to be shared so they come out whenever they're ready. My older son's cheese pizza came out immediately and then my younger son's chicken quesadilla came out after all our food had been delivered. I think this is what made him want a cheese pizza because he didn't have his own meal for majority of the time we were eating. When we finally ordered his cheese pizza it then took a long time to come out. I'm guessing it's because it's woodfired and his pizza was behind a ton of other pizzas whereas with my older son we must've ordered at a good time. My absolute favorite dish was the marinated cucumbers. It was a light and delicious. It reminds me of what I find at a Japanese restaurant. I also got the butter chicken, it was OK. I didn't find the chicken super tender so I would skip it next time. We also got the maple glazed chicken wings. I found the breading to be overly salty. I ended up taking off all of the breading and my younger son ate a ton of the chicken. I would skip it next time. We got the steak skewers, which were pretty delicious. Again didn't love it so probably would get something else next time. My husband did not like his ribs so he definitely should skip that next time. So overall, the food was OK, but my kids absolutely destroyed their pizza and I love the atmosphere, which is why I'm giving this place four stars. I see that it has great potential. If parking is a problem, I recommend parking at icon park and walking because it's about five minutes away. Our server was super nice, she was a bit slow, but she also had a giant table next to us, which could've contributed to that. I would definitely come back. I enjoyed our experience here.

He said beer spa and immediately I said why a beer spa if we don't even drink beer? This experience was such a great experience because you don't even have to drink beer in order to have a great time. They offer wine selections, sangrias and Prosecco etc with an additional up charge. I felt that it was worth it since me and my boyfriend do not drink beer. When we first walked in we had to call for the host to unlock the door for our apartment which makes it more tailored to people who set reservations in advance. You do pay for it advance as well so just be advised when booked. I was charged the add on after the appointment which was the wine. You are provided with towels, glasses , Robes before entering the private room. You have a locker with the key to lock your items like purses, etc. you are allowed to take your phones in the room which was nice if you wanted to capture the experience . They offer two tubs which are both in the room. For a more intimate experience I got the one tub which was nice because the one tub is enough room to fit two people comfortably. When you walk in the room, there's a sauna, tub and a hay bed. It is recommended to use the tub first to bathe in (ingredients to make beer not actual beer) for 30 mins. The sauna for 15 mins and the hay bed for another 15mins: the host explains all of this before your timer starts in the room. There is a cone that turns from green to red to keep track of your time when you are inside the room which I love that so we don't have to keep checking our phone every minute to keep track. You only get 60 mins but tbh it's worth it. We had such a great time doing this and very different from a normal spa but worth every penny. We were able to get as much wine as we wanted with the purchase and we mixed it with the sangria for it be stronger. When the time is up you just come out and there are available items to purchase like soaps, lotions, etc. which was also a nice touch as well. We will definitely be back because this was such a special moment to be able to relax and unwind with how busy our lives has been. Thank you beer spa for the amazing experience.
