While in Sevilla on our honeymoon trip to Spain, we stopped by Bar Manolo on a night out of tapas bar hopping. We grabbed a seat outside on this mild but cool night to sample some of their delicious tapas.
We tried their fried prawns, fried anchovies, olives, and spinach and garbanzo beans. We had discovered espinaca con garbanzos the previous night at El Rinconcillo so we decided to get them again.
While the food itself was pretty simple, as was the outside seating, the dishes were prepared expertly, particularly the fried prawns, which could best be described as awesome little chunks of pleasure from the sea. read more
