There were a couple of Shake Shack employees constantly roaming about the premises ready to attend to any customer request. 1 such employee was thoughtful enough to serve me and a group of other customers some water. I have mixed feelings about the bathroom setup. Yes, it is clean and there were a few toilet rooms available, but it requires a code to be entered prior to using. The door screen shows as vacant but an employee still needs to give out the 4 digit code needed to access the toilets. I also found some issues with the water faucet sensors. It is inconsistently picking up my gestures resulting in an unreliable and unsteady flow of running water when I was washing my hands.

It was so flavourful. Juicy beef patty with the perfect charred edges. My boyfriend got the Louisiana burger it was the perfect amount of spicy and a piece of deep fried cheese was so good.
