My entire family is very happy with Charming Casa, they work quickly and clean everything that I've outlined, and then some. I was hesitant of hiring a house cleaning company as I usually did all the cleaning. However I've had a major decline in my health and needed the assistance. The employees that come to clean are so friendly and easy to chat with. I'd highly recommend this company.

And of course, her prices can't be beat! Roxanne runs an honest family business with Serenity which is so refreshing these days, and I couldn't recommend supporting her enough! A few months ago I hired another service to do a deep clean with the intent of making it a more regular thing if I liked the work. But they were dismal! I ended up spending a few hours cleaning after the two guys they sent out missed a bunch of stuff that was promised. The products they used smelled so strong and lingered for days, giving me a headache for a week afterwards. It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day. I had booked just a general cleaning this time, and Aksana did a better job than the "deep cleaning" the other company provided at 1/4 the price and 1/2 the man-power! She was extremely thorough and meticulous, cleaning things and areas I hadn't even expected her to. She even got stains off my oven that I had long given up on. She was very sweet and professional as well. The products she used did not smell bad and the scent was mostly gone by the end of the day. This will definitely be my go-to from now on when I need a little extra help.

We were moving out of our rental and into a house that we purchased. I needed to get as much of my deposit back as possible. We are a family and also have pets, so although I feel like I keep a clean home, the years of grime had built up and I was too busy getting the new house ready to spend hours and hours cleaning the old place. I contacted Rockstar and got a quote that was less than other companies I had contacted. She had a few good reviews and she was very responsive, so I booked with her. Well cleaning day came, and Candice showed up on time and ready to go. She spent hours cleaning everything from top to bottom to help us get our deposit back. The house looks great. And she didn't bait and switch! She stuck to her original quoted price. So refreshing to be able to count on someone. Thanks, Candi!

I have been working with Rebecca and her team for about 6 months now. Prior to finding Rebecca, I…read morehad used many different companies and found they were great. I was completely satisfied by a few and not so satisfied by others. After time, some of the workers would show up like they didn't really want to be there, felt rushed or unhappy. Once, I even had a worker solicit me as she was starting her own business and felt undervalued by her owner. But enough about the OTHER companies. Let me tell you about this one.... When I first reached out to Rebecca, she came over and inspected my home to give me an estimate. She was extremely personable and kind. We had conversations about business and she said she is picky when hiring for the exact reason above. She wants workers who actually ENJOY cleaning, not just someone who needs a job. As a customer, it is already nerve-racking (at least for me) to make someone else clean up your home (even though you're paying them). I just feel bad, so to have someone who really truly doesn't mind doing it is soooo helpful. I have twin boys that are 4 years old, one of whom is special needs so I don't always have the time to get everything "in shape" for their arrival. They always show up with smiles on their faces and seem GENUINE in their desire to help. With my initial cleaning, it seemed incredibly pricey especially since I had previously had 3 other cleaning companies in my home in the previous months, but I agreed because it seemed like they would be doing more than the typical. Boy was I impressed!!! They even cleaned my fireplace cover! :O My TV.. things you wouldn't typically think about. Every 2 weeks they come back and do an amazing job with a warm smile. They are consistent and dependable. I have always had problems in the past because the employees never stuck around or called out etc for previous companies. Rebecca must be an amazing boss who treats her employees well because I always have the same ladies and they seem genuinely happy to be there. Fran and Millene are two of the girls. They seem to have a system too. Millene is always working the kitchen while Fran is upstairs. They are fantastic! They even empty and load my dishwasher which no other cleaning service I've worked with has done! If you leave random things out that they would have no clue what to do with, they organize them in a cute way to make your home look nice. I am beginning to feel like this company is similar to family to me at this point since it's the same people over and over again. It's good to work with good and nice people and I am excited that I found them. They are more expensive than some of the other companies I've had, but let me tell you right now.. there is absolutely a reason for that. Not having to deal with the headaches of cancellations, new people in your home all the time, attitudes from workers, a half done job etc... I thought the previous companies I worked with did a 5 star job, but then I met Rebecca and her crew. They have set a new bar. In closing, as a busy mom of twin toddlers, a 12 year old and a mom special needs child who, mind you, is also starting a small business, this company has changed my life for the better. They are so much more than just a cleaning crew. :)

They have easily impressed me the most by far. We just had our first cleaning done by them and were floored by how meticulous the team is. What separates them from other companies: - Quotes: Rebecca (owner) was the only company to request meeting in person to see our space and have us walk through our goals. Most companies provide a quote based on hourly rate, square footage, etc. and you can be surprised by your cost exceeding the quote or your house not being as clean as you were hoping because not enough time is budgeted. - Budgeting: Crisp Cleaning provides different packages, as do many companies, but they are *fully* customizable. Rebecca worked with us to figure out how we can stick to our budget but also have everything touched that we needed. - Work: Mentioned above but the team is extremely detailed and leave no corner of your home neglected. My husband made the comment "I wouldn't even think to clean that!" With other companies are home always felt clean afterwards, but with Crisp Cleaning it was a "Whoa!" moment. TLDR: We are so happy we reached out to Crisp Cleaning for a quote because like many of the reviews here - the work, people, and experience have been incredible. Your home is in excellent hands with Rebecca and team!
