We could not be more pleased with our experience with Diamond Pools. Our goal was to work with a…read moresmaller, locally owned business who would stay involved during the entire project. From initial site visit, to design, construction, and completion, Robert and his crew did an excellent job. Les took the initiative to visit the county office, ensuring our property lines were accurate, before creating the design and pool footprint. He spent time asking us about our motivation and plans for a pool, and his idea about placement and direction in our limited usable space surpassed our own ideas. Like many construction jobs, ours hit an unforeseen snag with rock formations under the surface area. Robert and Les kept us updated on the challenge, the solution, and the process. Diamond brought in excellent sub contractors for the cement patio, stucco facing, and perimeter fencing. Everything turned out great. The final result was a project completed on time, in budget, and better than we imagined. Robert and team made it a simple experience with minimal stress. I highly recommend Diamond Pools.

The craftsmanship is top-notch, and every detail, from the tile work to the lighting, exceeded our expectations. We had low expeditions after our first pool build experience with another company. Les, Rob and team were fantastic to work with. Special thanks to Les and Rob for going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I was a client of Bishop Pool Service for about five years. I inherited them from the previous…read moreowner, so they're well aware of my pool being a saltwater pool. That said, it was always a challenge to get them to use salt instead of chlorine when they would adjust chemicals and clean my pool. No matter how many times I asked, they would forget and continue to use chlorine, which unfortunately was too harsh on my toddler's skin. I made multiple calls about this and reminded the technicians multiple times about this, but I would still get a new technician every six to nine months, and I had to start all over again. The two straws that broke the camel's back were: 1. A 30% increase in monthly pricing 2. A new technician explaining that the reason they can't add salt is because it slows down his route I switched over to Ralphie's Pool Service and am already much, much happier. Ralphie's pricing is significantly less expensive, they bring their own pool salt, and they don't even charge you for the salt. Bishop also charges $300 to clean pool filters compared to $100 with Ralphies. Joel (my technician for the past year at Bishop) was awesome btw.

I agree Alex was very kind and spent his time attempting to fix the issue. For that reason you can…read morekeep the diagnostic fee to cover his time and effort. However your excuse of being unable to fix the issue is insufficient. On the initial service it was clearly stated which parts were replaced and the reasoning was communicated to the serviceman. If anything it should've helped the diagnosis as the heater had multiple problems that I replaced. Jandy did not troubleshoot with the technician during the visit. The service call went past 5 and the technician said they were closed. He said he would email them and get back to me which he didn't until I reached out to him. Transformer was melted and shorted the board which was replaced. Igniter and sensor was broken and was replaced. I don't think replacing these obvious issues should throw off your diagnostics. If anything if these things weren't replaced it would've caused a longer diagnostic process, multiple service calls and delay waiting for parts. It got to a point where I ran out of ideas and that's why I relied on your 15 years of expertise and was disappointed with the outcome, especially since the issue was something fixable
