I rolled up at 10am and there was one guy working the counter. He was clearly overworked because making a bunch of sandwiches takes a very long time. The chicken pho, however does not require much. The stock, noodles and broth were already pre-made. I waited about 20 minutes and asked him what was going on. He said sorry let me get right on it. He then proceeds to scald himself on the hot broth. Clearly lacking prioritization and multi-tasking skills. I cant blame him entirely though. This is a management problem and shortly after 3 more employees showed up to help out. I am so grateful to have found this place at the airport. There's a Mexican restaurant (which was expected, and I just came from MX so no thx), a McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Pinkberry... and a ChickFilet (no thx)... I definitely was not expecting Vietnamese food. We had the Asian Scramble Bowl (pork sausage, wok scrambled eggs, fresh herbs, carrots and cabbage over rice) and the Morning Street Rice Bowl (wok-seared minced pork, sunny side up egg, garlic soy sauce, red onion, cherry tomatoes, Thai basil, cucumber, jalapeno pesto, and green onions).
