First red flag. $60 of Thai food is NOT cooked fresh in under 10 mins. So we googled. This is a mall kiosk, NOT a restaurant. Worse yet, the mall has been closed for 2 1/2 hours. Second red flag. The food was hot and lots of it, so value wise for the amount was ok. Opened it up, peanut sauce that's commercially made "For Thai Express". How hard is it to make good, fresh peanut sauce? This stuff is peanut-sauce-LIKE at best. A kind-of peanut flavour gelatinous goop. (See pic) Tried to un-wrap a "wrap". I use the term "wrap" loosely. Almost as loosely as the wrap. The rice paper didn't even wrap all the way around, and was stuck to the cling wrap. It tastes ok, but has to be eaten with a fork. (see pic).
