Was craving Thai food and Bangkok Garden really hit the spot! Located in a small shopping center, Bangkok Garden is dishing out your usual Thai dishes and some more unique ones. During my visit, I tried the Tod Mun, which is a fried fish cake. It was quite tasty and I liked the sauce on the side which had a bit of tang and veggies in it. I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu. I adjusted it to be Thai spicy as I like my food spicy. I really liked their tofu because it's a fried tofu that soaks up the sauce well. Not pictured but I also tried the Hoy Todd, which is a mussel pancake. It is a more unique dish that I haven't seen before but it was quite tasty. The dish itself reminded me a bit of Banh Xeo. Service was fast and our server was really helpful. If you're in the area, definitely check it out!

The menu offerings are shorter than I am used to for Thai. Maybe it's because it's outside the city? Probably 3 out of approx 10 times I've been here at night a large party has taken over a big part of the restaurant and are either singing on microphones or entertaining their own group and being inconsiderate of other dining patrons. Mgmt never stops or tries to curtail it. Those few times my dining experience was impacted. So I would suggest if this is going on they put a sign on the door or they let you know before you order. All of that aside, I must say that the food is very well done and tasty and gives me a sense of What Thai St., Food would be like. The people that serve me are always kind and pleasant.

Really good Thai food here. One of the few Thai restaurants in the Pasadena area, but consistently one of the best. I usually order for pick up, but I have dined in a few times. The food is very good, I've had quite a few items here: curry puffs, spring rolls, tom yum soup, fried chive dumplings, drunken wings, pad se ew, drunken noodles, train station fried rice, crispy pork belly, crispy chicken, hot & sour beef, drunken fried rice, thai fried rice, thai iced tea & coffee, homemade coconut custard, sticky rice with mango..most of which I can remember. I do forget to take food pics sometimes. Everything I've had here has been delicious, filled with flavor and cooked well. One of my favorites is the crispy pork belly, so good, crispy and not overdone, flavorful, and pairs well with white rice or fried rice of your choice. Whenever I eat here I leave happy and with a smile. The inside of the restaurant is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip here. Cut place, food was great and very friendly staff. My ba mee hang pu was excellent, and I have been to Thailand several times.

I enjoyed my lunch here. I got the pork drunken noodle. It was flavorful and the noodles had a nice texture. The service was nice, and the place is cute. I would go back again for lunch.

Worth our 30 minute drive! Found this place when I wanted a place to eat after getting a steroid injection. Daughter said any time I need a shot she will gladly come along (lol). Though I hope to not need any more injections, we will add Bangkok Garden to our list of favorites! We started our third visit with Moo Yang - marinated grilled pork skewers. Our three mains were the mussel pancake (served on the most enjoyable bed of bean sprouts!), Yen Ta Fo, and Boat Noodles. We finished with the homemade coconut custard with sweet sticky rice. If you are not looking for it you might miss this gem nestled in a strip set back from the road a bit. This was our third visit in three months and we were welcomed back as we were seated. Nothing beats authentic Thai food in a warm, peaceful, welcoming place,

We ordered several dishes for pick up and all of our food was packaged well and ready for us when we arrived. The person assisting seems very warm and friendly. The aesthetics of the place were very welcoming and pleasant. The quantity of the food was less than I expected, but the flavors of every dish were terrific. My favorite item was the BKG Beef, which was like a beef jerky. It was packed with flavor and it was a good quantity for an appetizer. I ordered the chicken and broccoli and the beef and broccoli. They were very appetizing to my eyes and looked watery, but when i tried them they were very flavorful. I also ordered the green coconut curry and it was very flavorful and had a good amount of chicken and vegetables in it. It was not spicy at all. I like my food very spicy, so I did ask for some spicy pepper with my order and it elevated the flavor quite a bit. The chicken pad thai was a good size and very very good and flavorful with a lot of chicken, some other and other garnishes. We also ordered the Krapaow Kai Dow, and that was a fantastic rice fish with very flavorful ground chicken. Overall everything tasted fresh. Nothing tasted oily. And I was very satiated with the flavor profiles.

If I could give this restaurant 6 stars, I would! Food, prices, service, and ambiance were all great to the point that I am sad we did not discover this place sooner. Once I saw that they had boat noodles on the menu, I knew I had to try it. The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated with Bangkok themed wall murals. There's even a microphone set up in the corner for what looked like live music sometimes. It was fairly quiet at 5:30 on a Friday night, but there was a steady stream of takeout and door dash orders going out the door. Our food came out quickly but we never felt rushed. Both the waitresses that waited on us were attentive and nice. We started with a Thai iced tea and Thai green iced tea to go with our veggie curry puff and chive dumpling appetizers. Each came with 2 pieces for easy sharing. Both were good, though the curry puff was my favorite of the two. If you like green tea and you've never had a Thai green tea, I highly suggest it. Next came entrees- I asked our waitress if the boat noodles were more sweet or savory, as I prefer a savory broth. She said it is a little sweet but mostly savory, and she was spot on. Just a little sweet, a little heat, good portion of meat = good stuff. Boyfriend ordered the crispy duck over white rice with garlic sauce and he said the duck was cooked perfectly. We finished off the meal with a mango sticky rice and that was up to par with the rest of our dinner. We grabbed one of their to go menus on our way out to try some of the other menu items later.

Came here last week and the interior is sooo cute! Restaurant is very clean and decorated fabulously. We ordered: -drunken noodles with beef (7/10) -Thai boat noodles (10/10) -drunken chicken wings (6/10) -chicken larb (6/10) -sticky rice (7/10) If you don't like your food overly spicy, be sure to ask for no spice or for it to be very mild. I didn't necessarily ask for anything spicy but I do love spice and even it was a bit overly spicy for me. The boat noodles are amazing and authentic. The drunken wings weren't any favorite but still good. The chicken larb was a little too sour for me but still good and very pungent. The servers were two women who appeared to be mother and daughter. Their service was great. Very attentive and welcoming. Will definitely try other menu items in the future. The location is tucked in a shopping center near the AMF bowling alley and Dunkin's.

Stumbled upon this place, amazing! Gotta support small business owner. I had the rice noodles with fish sauce soup, love it! However, if you don't like the smell, don't get it cuz you'll want to gag. I loved every bit of it and it was just spicy enough for me. Portion was great! Also got the crispy duck, amazing! can request ginger or spicy chili sauce, so delicious. We also got drinks, definitely on the sweeter side but so good. We'll be back when we're in town! Don't miss out on this cute authentic thai restaurant!!

We entered shortly after 4 PM, which is when they open. There was no one downstairs when we entered, so we walked upstairs. When we walked upstairs, we asked the man at the bar if we could be seated because there was no one downstairs. He looked a bit flustered at first, but still ended up seating us in the same spot. I sat before near the window, which is exactly what I wanted. He immediately brought us ice, water and menus. He pointed to the specials on the menu, and gave us some time to look. We were the only people in the restaurant. Within a few minutes, he came and took our orders. Then, we waited.... For like 25 or so minutes... for the appetizer. And honestly, when they brought the duck rolls out, I was super disappointed. These were not the duck rolls I remember. These were tiny, underfilled, mostly full of the wrapper themselves, and lacking flavor. Additionally, when I placed my initial order, I asked for all of the condiments/sauces to be brought out. I asked the server again when the rolls came out, and he didn't bring them out until I asked a third time when the entrées came out. When the entrées did come out (ga tiem and crab fried rice), they left a lot to be desired. Ga tiem: bland. And to make it so bad, the vegetables served with it, were not cooked in the sauce as they normally are. They were served on the side and we're not cooked all the way. I can't really eat broccoli, so I swapped it for green beans, but I could pretty much snap the green beans in half because they were still so undercooked. Crabmeat fried rice: the fact that they cut up like three full scallion stems, barely cooked them, and tucked them under/at the base of the rice is crazy. They weren't even cooked long enough to release flavor. Also, to be in Baltimore, the amount of crab was a little embarrassing. Definitely should have been more. Overall, the rice wasn't very flavorful. Thai tea: good! Not too sweet, not too milky. You want to know what really made me mad? I asked for soy sauce, and they brought those super cheap packages that just look like black water that the cheap Chinese restaurants provide you when you get carry out. Those packets literally taste like nothing. I have been to very few Asian restaurants in my life that provide that type of soy sauce, especially when you dine in. It doesn't taste like soy sauce at all. I was incredibly disappointed. And considering the fact that I had to ask for these sauces three times, I was even more disappointed. We spent about $62 on the items above. Would I say I got my moneys worth? No would I say that I enjoyed this visit as much as I enjoyed the last? Absolutely not.
