They were extremely professional, kind and accommodating. Manny was my private tour guide and he was wonderful. Showed up on time and was kind and super informative about the area. Jobo met us at our hotel at 8 o'clock sharp and from there we spent the entire day seeing the wonders of the nearby mountains. We saw more in one day than I could have managed in three days, all without being rushed at all. It pays to have someone who is intimately familiar with the area as your guide. Although the information on the signage was more than sufficient, Jobo provided additional color regarding each of the stops. Jobo was very friendly, courteous, and it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. The vehicle was very clean, stocked with ample water, and very well-maintained. I highly recommend ABest Transport and Tour Services Inc, and their "rider driven" philosophy, which Jobo exemplified. The next time that we are on holiday in Calgary, we know who we will contact for a tour.

The night before our flight, our airline announced that our flight was delayed by 1/2 an hour. We sent a email that night to Banff Explorer requesting that our shuttle be changed from 11 AM to 12:30 PM. Laura M from Customer Service was great! The next morning, she changed our tickets to the requested time. After our flight landed, it looked like we could make the 11 AM shuttle. We requested via email that the shuttle be changed back to the original time. Laura helped us change it back to 11 AM. We were grateful for the excellent level of customer service. Based on the language on the ticket, we weren't sure how flexible they would be. We were happy that they were able to accommodate flight delays. The pickup and shuttle ride all went smoothly. We checked in about 10 minutes prior to the shuttle. It was a comfortable ride, with 9 passengers in a small bus that seated 11 people. We used their services a second time for our return trip from Banff to Calgary Airport. It went very smoothly. The shuttle was there early, left on time and arrived on schedule. We highly recommend their services.

Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately this will be our first and last time using this…read moreservice. When you book your parking, you also book your shuttle seats, so the company knows in advance how many travellers require transportation. Despite this, when we returned home, we were unable to get onto the first shuttle we had booked because there was no room. We then waited a total of 36 minutes for transportation, despite the service advertising approximately 10-minute shuttle service. While the staff were nice, nothing was offered to rectify the situation beyond being told we would have a better experience in the future. There was also no clear explanation of what they would actually change to prevent this from happening again. I understand there is newer ownership and they may still be working through some growing pains, but they need a better system. If customers are required to check in upon their return to Calgary, there should be a proper check-in list so the number of travellers expected for each shuttle is tracked. If people do not check back in or show up for their scheduled return, that should be managed so that those who actually booked and checked in are not left behind. We travel frequently and thought we would try a new service, but we will not be returning. Pay the little extra and use Park 2 Go or another provider in the area. Based on our experience, I would recommend the other providers until a better system is in place.
