I was worried about trying Skyview for the first time but they did not disappoint! Easy signage to find their location (yes, it's a dirt road but you are only on it for a minute or so), shuttle was ready to take us to the airport and our car was kept in the lot (looked safe to me and well secured). Pick up was even more amazing. We texted the number and we had our shuttle at the airport within 5-10 minutes. Our car was running and ready to go as we entered the lot. It felt like we had luxury valet service. Very nice people and well organized. Highly recommend! We will continue to use this service. read more

Two things you need over there. 1: Rubber boots, the parking is dirt, not gravel, dirt. 2 A translator, I don't know what language they speak but it's not English. To find the place, take the dirt road and it's on the right. They don't have a sign so it's a guess as to where it is. Yes it's cheaper but you get what you pay for. Picked us up from the airport in a 1/2 ton crew cab with a shattered windshield that had happened in a storm many months earlier. Driver ran a red light even when advised about it by 2 of the 4 of us in the vehicle. Advised the manager of it when we arrived who then told the driver about it but appeared supportive of the driver. Will never use them again. The risk is not worth saving a few dollars. read more

Won't Park Here Again!! Besides having to acccess this park/fly business by travelling a fair distance from airport on gravel roads, the shuttle bus was in horrible shape! We had the same bus/driver both for departure and return. The bus was not only filthy (could hardly see out of back window which had cardboard stuck along bottom edge), it didn't feel safe to ride in. Pretty sure the shocks were shot. Bus driver drove/stopped fast and hit holes and bumps with no regard for passengers. It about knocked the wind out of us. My husband asked him to take it easy on the bumps but driver didn't acknowledge. Seats were in terrible condition (note one rear seat sitting at angle with torn fabric at base). There was a brace/bar coming away from ceiling of bus, one leg under luggage carrier was bouncing in and out of its hole. Note condition under driver's seat. For safety reasons alone, this particular bus shouldn't be allowed on the road. read more

shuttle was like riding a very (very) old bus. if my wife was pregnant, she would've given birth right there. i was skeptic at first so I recorded fuel range at 470km. I came back a month after and it was at 448km. i lost 22km and made me wonder...are they moving my vehicle everyday around the lot??? what for? if you are parking there I recommend you record your odometer and gas range. read more

Definitely one of the cheapest options for airport parking, but with that being said, you get what you park for. I didn't like the fact that the parking pass states that they are not responsible for damages to your vehicle. That is not right when they are the ones parking it for you and bringing it back when you pick up. I didn't have any problems thankfully. The shuttle is in pretty rough shapes. I thought the drive shaft was going to fall out of it. On the positive side, they have very good communication for when you pick up. They texted me right before my plane took off and then again the minute I landed. Waited maybe 10mins for shuttle, no big deal. I would park there again for sure. read more

Booked online and even got additional discount. For four day parking, it was 50% less than other parking services that were situated closer to the airport. I received a phone call in the morning, confirming what time I would be at the parking lot. Finding the place wasn't too hard as Google Map was accurate. Was shuttled to the airport in about 10 minute ride. Given a bus ticket for the return trip with text number to let them know when we'd return back to Calgary. As soon as I turned the phone back on after landing, text came from Skyview, asking when we'd be ready to be picked up. I replied and after about 5 minutes of waiting, the shuttle bus picked us up and our car was ready to be driven away. I do wish the road leading to the parking lot was paved, instead of pot-holed gravel road. The parking lot was unpaved as well so my car was full of dust when we picked it up. Oh well, being cheap has it's downside. I would use this lot again in the future, though. Staff was pretty friendly. read more

Drive on a dirt Road to The muddy parking area. Picked up the car 10 days later all dusty and dirty after it arrived clean. Never again not worth the price and having taken my keys with me I parked the car and had to clean off my muddy shoes at the airport. Overall service and the people were great. Avoid using if you value your car, car returned dirty and scratched The gravel Skyview parking lot is located in an industrial area, down a gravel potholed road, next to a trucking company, which after 10 days left our car so dirty that we couldn't drive out of the lot without cleaning the windows. We washed our car twice being extra careful because of the excessive amount of dirt and grit. The dirty car wasn't the worst of it, the scratched back bumper was the real surprise, especially after just being detailed. I called, sent a picture and got no response, WOULDN"T recommend this place, they cram cars in so close I wouldn't be surprised if more cars aren't damaged. This wasn't our first experience with Skyview, the first time, two months ago in April, we picked up our car during a snow storm and waited 30 minutes while 4 attendants jimmied our car out of a tight parking spot. We couldn't leave the lot until we dried the interior which was covered in snow since they had to open the windows to pull the car out. We put this down to the bad snow storm but now we aren't so sure, not a quality place for a good car. read more

We travel out of YYC quite often and require medium to long-term parking. We have used many of the various providers over the years. Recently, we have used Skyview and both times we have been very pleased. What initially attracted us was the rate. It is much less than the competition. The offsite location should dictate the lower cost. However, the service more than makes up for the (relatively minor) extra distance over other providers. When you book in advance the Skyview staff keep in touch with reminders to contact them upon arrival. When you do this they will pick you up in a clean and comfortable shuttle bus and will have your car warming up (or cooling off) for you when you arrive at their location! I am happy to recommend Skyview to anyone needing to park their vehicle at YYC. read more

The shuttle was fine and the location was easy to find on google maps. But, when I returned from a one month long trip, the weather had turned very cold, my car was pulled up to where the shuttle dropped me off, however, it was not running. There was a battery charger hooked up to it and the block heater was plugged in. They attempted to start my car and when the key turned they only got a beeping noise. I was able to use my DroneMobile app and started my car no problem, right then. They unhooked everything and then my hood wouldn't shut. They sprayed it with WD40 and slammed it shut. On the way out of the city I had to pull over and shut my hood 4 times because it kept popping open. My hood release lever inside my car was broken and now I can't open my hood anymore at all. I wonder how they got my car over to the drop off point and then couldn't start it. I also wonder where they went when they put 10km on my car from when I dropped it off. read more

When traveling northbound on Metis Trail NE the Skyview Parking exit is BEFORE the tracks. There is no sign that it is the exit to Skyview Parking. The road in March was full of potholes. Parking lot is gravel. The time you make a reservation is the time they expect you to show up so they can co-ordinate the shuttle. If you do not show up they will charge you $15. For pick up call them as soon as you land. I got a text informing so. This way they will coordinate a shuttle. Payment is a breeze as they have your credit card on file and you don't have to stop at the entrance for payment. Here is why I won't come back until they get more business to improve shuttle service. The reservation time that I entered is the time they expected you to show up. Skyview tries to coordinate the shuttle that way. I missed my shuttle so I had to wait 15 minutes for another. They did call me and ask me where I was. When I asked if I can cancel my reservation and go to another lot they said no as it was my fault that I did not arrive at the time indicated. When I arrived back to Calgary I called them after I got my luggage. I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. You may get a faster pick up time if you call them as soon as you land. Every other hotel/parking lot shuttles expects you to call after you get your luggage as the time to get the luggage can vary and they don't have to wait for you at pick up. read more

Would not recommend. Due to another large covid outbreak at my destination, I was unable to travel. I had already booked and paid for parking with SkyView. I emailed them immediately as soon as I found out I wasn't able to take my trip and they told me I would receive a refund. It's now been 3 weeks and I have not gotten a refund yet. Thought I would try these guys out when I flew out of YYC. Super simple to pay online in advance, and they are waiting for you when you arrive to take you to the airport. When I returned, there was a message that they would be waiting. When they delivered me to my car, they had me pull up to a pressure wash and sprayed the dust off. Great service. Very friendly and very efficient. Definitely will use these guys again. It is nice to know that if you are running behind or just in a hurry, these guys will get you to the airport and back in a hurry with no long waits or delays. read more

Do NOT trust this company with your car. Our new van was returned to us with damage to the windshield. They will lie about what happened but I have on video what happened and they refused to pay for the replacement of my windshield. But the owner Gary did offer us a whole 20% off our next visit, like I would EVERY trust them with my brand new vehicle again!!!! I am still waiting a refund from this company. I booked online. Online they say that they're a 7-9 minute drive from the airport. When I googled mapped it, it was longer than that. As we were having a very early morning flight and a very late arrival home, I didn't want to spend the extra time going to their location. The price is right, but the hassle is not worth it. The lot is difficult to find (is isolated with poor signage) and quite far away from the airport. As another reviewer mentioned, the dirt road you have to drive down to get to the lot is terrible! As the lot is surrounded by dirt roads and open field, my car was filthy when I picked it up. In the days leading up to my departure they called me repeatedly to find out what time I was leaving, but never left a message. As part of the online reservation I entered the time I would be dropping off my car. (The number is listed under an individual's name, and not the company name).*They also called 3 times in the span of 10 minutes as I was trying to make my way off the plane and into the airport. When I was in the terminal and able to stop to return the call (now recognizing the number), they asked me when the shuttle should pick me up. I hadn't a clue since I hadn't even made it to the luggage carousel to get my bags! Lastly, I was told I could NOT park my vehicle and keep my keys (the website said customers park their own vehicle) I was very uncomfortable leaving my keys but didn't have much choice as there wasn't time to drive back to the airport parking area. I can't imagine a scenario where I would use this company again as it doesn't fit my needs. read more

If you are looking for inexpensive parking with friendly drivers, this is the company to use. We have been using the companies right at the airport for many years, but recently tried Skyview Parking. It had mixed reviews so we were a little hesitant. I am truly happy we took the chance. We will not use the other companies again. Yes, it is a short drive to and from the airport, but soooo worth it. The cost is a fraction of the other companies. They were very accommodating. Some of the reviews said there is a lot of waiting for the driver. We did not experience that. They were there within minutes of our text letting them know we landed. We were looking for affordable parking for a two-week getaway, and found that Skyview Parking worked out very well for us. The cost was very affordable compared to the others, and the service was great. It was a bit far from the airport and a tricky to find because of the remote gravel road, but don't let that deter you. They have a colourful lighted fence that is easy to see. The shuttles were prompt and efficient. Our car was warmed up and ready for us. We'll go there again. read more
