Jobo met us at our hotel at 8 o'clock sharp and from there we spent the entire day seeing the wonders of the nearby mountains. We saw more in one day than I could have managed in three days, all without being rushed at all. It pays to have someone who is intimately familiar with the area as your guide. Although the information on the signage was more than sufficient, Jobo provided additional color regarding each of the stops. Jobo was very friendly, courteous, and it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. The vehicle was very clean, stocked with ample water, and very well-maintained. I highly recommend ABest Transport and Tour Services Inc, and their "rider driven" philosophy, which Jobo exemplified. The night before our flight, our airline announced that our flight was delayed by 1/2 an hour. We sent a email that night to Banff Explorer requesting that our shuttle be changed from 11 AM to 12:30 PM. Laura M from Customer Service was great! The next morning, she changed our tickets to the requested time. After our flight landed, it looked like we could make the 11 AM shuttle. We requested via email that the shuttle be changed back to the original time. Laura helped us change it back to 11 AM. We were grateful for the excellent level of customer service. Based on the language on the ticket, we weren't sure how flexible they would be. We were happy that they were able to accommodate flight delays. The pickup and shuttle ride all went smoothly. We checked in about 10 minutes prior to the shuttle. It was a comfortable ride, with 9 passengers in a small bus that seated 11 people. We used their services a second time for our return trip from Banff to Calgary Airport. It went very smoothly. The shuttle was there early, left on time and arrived on schedule. We highly recommend their services.
