I wish I could give this company negative reviews. If you're planning a special event do not include this company in your plans. I booked a hummer limo for my son and his friends for grad and the limo pulled up with flashing lights, eye balls in the windscreen and "hummer daddy" across the rear window. The limo was looking quite rough. But initially I thought oh well they'll have fun still. Before my son and his friends were dropped off at BMO Center for their grad banquet, it broke down. The driver then told them to walk. At no point did the company call me to explain, offer an alternative or even tell me what happened. They just told the kids to get out and walk. The company hasn't even had the decency to yet provide me an explanation as to what happened and how they intend to make this situation right. Their claims of safety fail every box they claim to check. Unprofessional, unsafe and not worth your business. read more

Driver was really nice and waited patiently outside while we organized ourselves to get in the limo. They were busy on the night we booked and had accidentally double booked us, so they offered a complimentary upgrade to their hummer and it came with a bottle of champagne. Took us all over town and to a downtown lookout for awesome photos. We had a great time! read more

We booked Cascade Limo (last minute) for my daughter's graduation. They were very accommodating, helpful and right on time. I was extremely disappointment on the level of customer services I experienced with Cascade Limousine Services. I am a Wedding Planner and had booked a viewing of the limousines for my Bride; I mentioned my bride had appointments that afternoon and was available between 4:30 - 5:30PM. Sam, the gentleman (and owner) I spoke to asked that the bride called an hour prior too. The bride called aprox. an hour and a half before she was on her way and then again, aprox. 15 minutes before her appointment to let Sam know she was in rush hour traffic and may be a few minutes late. My bride felt has if she was an inconvenience and we will no longer be interested in their services. read more

Horrible horrible horrible! If you want bad customer service this is the place for you! Four phone calls, two emails, and last minute the hummer stretch went from available to suddenly unavailable (good thing it was booked under my name) Whoever this man is that answers the phone (I've heard it's the owner) needs to pay someone to do it for him. He hasn't got a clue about customer service or any sort of technology! The worst limo company in Calgary...no make that Alberta, actually quite possibly the world! Two huge thumbs down! read more

We used Cascade Limousine for our High School Graduation and it was one of the best experiences we have had. We rented the black hummer (recommended 22 passenger but we easily fit 25), it was gorgeous on the inside and out! Our driver was courteous (helping us all 25 of us in and out of the limo), was super laid back and went along when we changed our minds about photo locations. The owner was awesome and answered all my questions when I called about once a week for 2 months. Cascade also had the best price for a limo this size, very affordable and amazing service. read more

We used Cascade Limousine to move a large group from out of town around and to the final destination of a fabulous 70's theme party. The car was great fun - stretch hummer , the driver was very patient and professional with us loud and crazy people. Unbelievable! The driver was 40 minutes late picking up the bride and bridal party from our home! He said he got lost...he had already been there that day to drop them off after having their hair done! Later that night When the driver arrived back at the venue to pick up the bride and groom he agreed to take us (Parents and family) home to make up for the fact that he made the bride very late for her own wedding. This was his third trip to our home and guess what! He took a wrong turn again!!. I was not impressed with the company but I thought at least he made an effort to make up for this huge mistake. Well tonight at 11 pm, 10 days after the wedding they sent an email invoice for an extra hr service for driving us home! They tried to charge it to my credit card at 11 pm...i guess they thought i wouldnt see it till the morning. I have called the credit card company and logged a complaint. I had not planned on reviewing this company on line but I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same experience!!! By the way, the wedding was beautiful despite the stress caused by the horrendous service of Cascade Limosine!! read more
