If I could give negative stars I would!!!! I hired this company and paid in advance for an SUV limo for a couple hours for my 40th birthday. Everything seemed fine until I opened my door and outside was some party van that looked like an Amazon truck. NO LIMO!!!! When I asked what the hell was going on I was informed that the limo was broken. So instead of sending me another stretch limo or a Hummer limo or truck limo they sent me a van!! I called the woman (apparently the daughter of the owner) and got told to basically pound sand. Sorry never even left her lips. I got attitude and was told it's my fault because I never checked my messages from a few hours ago when she was giving me the heads up!!! Say what!!?? Even if I had checked how the heck could I get another limo in only a couple hours. I also work nights and had very little time to do anything besides get ready before they arrived. But that's not her problem she said. And when I checked my missed calls there was none from this company. Only ProCom Cleaning Services. Well I didn't order cleaning services so even had they called and I seen it I wouldn't of answered a number I don't know. Maybe if this company was more legit they'd have their business attached to their number. I was told I would get no money back and was told I was lucky to get that or I could have gotten nothing and could drive myself!! I have never been more furious at the disgusting customer service. I basically had my money stolen to ride some lame van to my party with my friends. I was told by the driver the owner was in Florida and would contact me and most likely do something for me but that never happened either. For the record this company is the most expensive of all the companies I called! They just had a promo on so I went with them. So please dear lord do yourself a favor and go with another company. And here's just a stating list to help: A-1, AM/PM, Paramount, Ambassador, Quest, Thrive....any of these would be better!!!!! Don't make the same mistake I did!!!!!!! read more

Company needs a more professional person when answering the phone. Called to inquire about pricing and availability and I was questioned as to why I am booking early. Heads up this is not a good thing to say to your potential customer. Also maybe whoever answers the phone shouldn't sound half asleep. After doing my research about different limo companies throughout the city, I had quite a bit of anxiety based on the different horror stories I was hearing. The limo booking was for our wedding and there was no way we could afford any delays and/or mishaps (i.e. air conditioning units that werent working-our makeup would melt haha). After contacting Nasser, he was very professional and confident about being able to deliver the best service for us. We agreed to go with him. On the day of our wedding he sent Carole. She was very sweet, and accommodating. She was always early for pickup and always willing to help bring in all our things for us. I highly recommend this company. They allowed for us to come by and check out the vehicle we would be in the day of services. They've got a wide collection of limos. Our limo particularly was perfect for us, the black excursion stretch limo. It really saved us on our wedding day. We didnt have to worry about transporting our wedding party which consisted of 10 people. I will be perfectly honest, they aren't the absolute cheapest in Calgary. If anything they are the second cheapest in town. There definitely is one other company that is cheaper than them, not even by much. BUT.... please be mindful when you are booking with that company that happens to cost less. Do your research, check the reviews. Think about what you're paying for. Will you have peace of mind knowing that you won't be let down? Or will you be double booked on your wedding day and left to be calling around the day of, trying to find someone to save your a**?? Be smart about it people. Trust me on this one. Also, they were very accommodating and split our time on the time purchased. We paid for 3 hours, they allowed us to use 1 hour before the ceremony and the remaining 2 hours after our ceremony to take pictures and drop us off at our reception.
