Having reached out to a number of Calgary limo providers, Pearl and her team were a delight to deal with. They responded promptly to us, had very clear quotes, and reasonable rates. Most importantly (to me) the various Paramount drivers we dealt with were punctual and pleasant, and their cars were always very well looked after and clean inside and out (and I've dealt with enough limo companies to know that's not always the case). Based on the excellent service we received, I would not hesitate to call Paramount again the next time we're in the city - nor to recommend them to anyone else looking for limo or sedan rental in the Calgary area. Thanks Pearl and team, you helped make our day!

The limo booking was for our wedding and there was no way we could afford any delays and/or mishaps (i.e. air conditioning units that werent working-our makeup would melt haha). After contacting Nasser, he was very professional and confident about being able to deliver the best service for us. We agreed to go with him. On the day of our wedding he sent Carole. She was very sweet, and accommodating. She was always early for pickup and always willing to help bring in all our things for us. I highly recommend this company. They allowed for us to come by and check out the vehicle we would be in the day of services. They've got a wide collection of limos. Our limo particularly was perfect for us, the black excursion stretch limo. It really saved us on our wedding day. We didnt have to worry about transporting our wedding party which consisted of 10 people. I will be perfectly honest, they aren't the absolute cheapest in Calgary. If anything they are the second cheapest in town. There definitely is one other company that is cheaper than them, not even by much. BUT.... please be mindful when you are booking with that company that happens to cost less. Do your research, check the reviews. Think about what you're paying for. Will you have peace of mind knowing that you won't be let down? Or will you be double booked on your wedding day and left to be calling around the day of, trying to find someone to save your a**?? Be smart about it people. Trust me on this one. Also, they were very accommodating and split our time on the time purchased. We paid for 3 hours, they allowed us to use 1 hour before the ceremony and the remaining 2 hours after our ceremony to take pictures and drop us off at our reception. Not many companies will allow this, especially for a 3 hour booking. Thanks Nasser!! :)

I booked a hummer limo for my son and his friends for grad and the limo pulled up with flashing lights, eye balls in the windscreen and "hummer daddy" across the rear window. The limo was looking quite rough. But initially I thought oh well they'll have fun still. Before my son and his friends were dropped off at BMO Center for their grad banquet, it broke down. The driver then told them to walk. At no point did the company call me to explain, offer an alternative or even tell me what happened. They just told the kids to get out and walk. The company hasn't even had the decency to yet provide me an explanation as to what happened and how they intend to make this situation right.
