First, he turned at the exit further than the 1st nearer one for Deerfoot Tr south and then flew past the 64 Ave exit ramp. I alerted him to get in at 64 Ave exit, he told me I was too late to tell him so. Next, I have to direct him to McKnight Blvd to get into 4 St NW in order to go north to 64 Ave. The total cost $38.20 when the usual cab fare I paid from YYC to my house is $26 - 29 max! I told him I take cab from airport to house 4 times a year and that's what I usually pay, so how much he wants me to pay him with the extra mileage he took us around. He said $38. I paid him but decided to lodge a complaint! If you have a phone and keyed in the destination address, why are you going the extra miles? If I didn't ask him to turn into McKnight, he would have take us to 32 Ave or 16 Ave?? I have the cab number and the date and time of using this cab.

I called the woman (apparently the daughter of the owner) and got told to basically pound sand. Sorry never even left her lips. I got attitude and was told it's my fault because I never checked my messages from a few hours ago when she was giving me the heads up!!! Say what!!?? Even if I had checked how the heck could I get another limo in only a couple hours. I also work nights and had very little time to do anything besides get ready before they arrived. But that's not her problem she said. And when I checked my missed calls there was none from this company. Only ProCom Cleaning Services. Well I didn't order cleaning services so even had they called and I seen it I wouldn't of answered a number I don't know. Maybe if this company was more legit they'd have their business attached to their number. I was told I would get no money back and was told I was lucky to get that or I could have gotten nothing and could drive myself!! I have never been more furious at the disgusting customer service. I basically had my money stolen to ride some lame van to my party with my friends. I was told by the driver the owner was in Florida and would contact me and most likely do something for me but that never happened either. For the record this company is the most expensive of all the companies I called! They just had a promo on so I went with them. So please dear lord do yourself a favor and go with another company. Jobo met us at our hotel at 8 o'clock sharp and from there we spent the entire day seeing the wonders of the nearby mountains. We saw more in one day than I could have managed in three days, all without being rushed at all. It pays to have someone who is intimately familiar with the area as your guide. Although the information on the signage was more than sufficient, Jobo provided additional color regarding each of the stops. Jobo was very friendly, courteous, and it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. The vehicle was very clean, stocked with ample water, and very well-maintained. I highly recommend ABest Transport and Tour Services Inc, and their "rider driven" philosophy, which Jobo exemplified. The next time that we are on holiday in Calgary, we know who we will contact for a tour.

There was mud over the floors and seats and all the seat covers were badly ripped and dirty. My driver had issues keeping the van in gear and had to stop on Crowchild to reset the gears. While driving he kept drifting into different lanes. When we got to the airport he started dragging my suitcase off the seat and accidentally dropped it onto the ground. Rather than apologize he got mad at me And wouldn't help me move my suitcase. I do not recommend Mayfair to anyone and will never use them again.

Pick up was even more amazing. We texted the number and we had our shuttle at the airport within 5-10 minutes. Our car was running and ready to go as we entered the lot. It felt like we had luxury valet service. Very nice people and well organized. Highly recommend! We will continue to use this service.

Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately this will be our first and last time using this…read moreservice. When you book your parking, you also book your shuttle seats, so the company knows in advance how many travellers require transportation. Despite this, when we returned home, we were unable to get onto the first shuttle we had booked because there was no room. We then waited a total of 36 minutes for transportation, despite the service advertising approximately 10-minute shuttle service. While the staff were nice, nothing was offered to rectify the situation beyond being told we would have a better experience in the future. There was also no clear explanation of what they would actually change to prevent this from happening again. I understand there is newer ownership and they may still be working through some growing pains, but they need a better system. If customers are required to check in upon their return to Calgary, there should be a proper check-in list so the number of travellers expected for each shuttle is tracked. If people do not check back in or show up for their scheduled return, that should be managed so that those who actually booked and checked in are not left behind. We travel frequently and thought we would try a new service, but we will not be returning. Pay the little extra and use Park 2 Go or another provider in the area. Based on our experience, I would recommend the other providers until a better system is in place.

I booked an airport sedan yesterday for a 5am pick-up the following morning (today). I received a call at 4:58 telling me that the driver got a flat tire and won't be able to make it. He said that a cab was called and that they should be at my place in 5-10 min. First of all, the driver obviously got the flat beforehand, and since you can't change a tire in 10 min in a suit, shouldn't have I received the call from before and not at the time when the driver should have been at my place? The sedan was for my wife so I decided to take her instead since the time was so tight. There is only one major route to our place which I drove for about 10 min. I never saw any driver on the side of the road with a flat tire. Also, when's the last time you heard someone of getting a flat tire. It rarely happens. The driver obviously slept in, and one think I don't like is being lied to. Of course it sounds better saying that the driver got a flat tire over sleeping in. However, these guys need to come up with a better contingency plan for situations like this.
