I called the woman (apparently the daughter of the owner) and got told to basically pound sand. Sorry never even left her lips. Even if I had checked how the heck could I get another limo in only a couple hours. I also work nights and had very little time to do anything besides get ready before they arrived. But that's not her problem she said. And when I checked my missed calls there was none from this company. Only ProCom Cleaning Services. Well I didn't order cleaning services so even had they called and I seen it I wouldn't of answered a number I don't know. Maybe if this company was more legit they'd have their business attached to their number. I was told I would get no money back and was told I was lucky to get that or I could have gotten nothing and could drive myself!! I have never been more furious at the disgusting customer service. I basically had my money stolen to ride some lame van to my party with my friends. I was told by the driver the owner was in Florida and would contact me and most likely do something for me but that never happened either. For the record this company is the most expensive of all the companies I called! They just had a promo on so I went with them. So please dear lord do yourself a favor and go with another company. Our driver was courteous (helping us all 25 of us in and out of the limo), was super laid back and went along when we changed our minds about photo locations. The limo was looking quite rough. But initially I thought oh well they'll have fun still. Before my son and his friends were dropped off at BMO Center for their grad banquet, it broke down. The driver then told them to walk. At no point did the company call me to explain, offer an alternative or even tell me what happened. They just told the kids to get out and walk. The company hasn't even had the decency to yet provide me an explanation as to what happened and how they intend to make this situation right. Their claims of safety fail every box they claim to check. Unprofessional, unsafe and not worth your business.

Since they decided that it wouldn't be cost effective they decided to completely ditch us during one of the busiest times of the year. We tried to even pay more for the limo to come up but we dropped the call because we were in Banff and when we tried to call back to get this sorted out they ignored my calls and my emails.
