Jobo met us at our hotel at 8 o'clock sharp and from there we spent the entire day seeing the wonders of the nearby mountains. We saw more in one day than I could have managed in three days, all without being rushed at all. It pays to have someone who is intimately familiar with the area as your guide. Although the information on the signage was more than sufficient, Jobo provided additional color regarding each of the stops. Jobo was very friendly, courteous, and it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. The vehicle was very clean, stocked with ample water, and very well-maintained. I highly recommend ABest Transport and Tour Services Inc, and their "rider driven" philosophy, which Jobo exemplified. The next time that we are on holiday in Calgary, we know who we will contact for a tour.

Used the service November 26 2024 8pm Banff to Calgary airport…read more Problems: Driver was not at the vehicle when we arrived turns out he had been out taking smoke break. He then sat in hotel lobby. We went into lobby to inquire about the driver and he never said a word. The driver never introduced himself. The driver blew through a stop sign. The driver seemed to not have an awareness that people were in the vehicle.
