We have been using this service since 2012 for long stays. There are other places to park, at a higher cost and sure they start the car for you. Just leaving our car keys in the hands of a stranger does not sit well with us. And have heard horror stories. No Thank You!! This Park & Jet has never failed us over the years. They pick you up at your car and bring you to the airport all part of the parking cost. The shuttle drops you off at the gate you need to go. Returning there is a shuttle area where you hop a ride back to your car. Drivers we had are so friendly. Staff are very friendly. With a AMA membership you get an extra 10% off the total cost. It's way cheaper to park your car then taking a taxi to and from the airport for sure. This time we were on a short five day trip upon returning we were unable to start our car. I walked to the entrance and a very nice man came out running to see if I was okay. I explained that our car wouldn't start if I could call a tow. He said let's see what he could do. Well to my surprise he drove to our car and gave us a boost for no extra cost this is all included in there service. We were so impressed with the extra friendly service. Park & Jet - Entrance and exit to Park & Jet. - Parking Near Me - Calgary, Alberta

First time using this company, last time using this company. I regularly use Park 2 Go when traveling but thought I'd try Park N Jet this time, especially since the pricing difference between the two was less than $1. BIG MISTAKE. We landed last night at around midnight. By the time we got through customs and stuff it was about 12:45 am. It was around -10 and snowing. A shuttle did not come to get us (almost 30 people) for HALF AN HOUR. In that time, three different Park 2 Go shuttles came and went for their customers just a few feet away from us. A few of us waiting tried calling the Park N Jet number multiple times but nobody picked up. When we finally did get picked up, the driver closed the door with four people left standing out in the cold and said the shuttle was full. However, there were two open spots plus ALL of the standing room. Secondly, the service itself is absolutely inferior to that of Park 2 Go. With Park 2 Go you simply pull in, stop your car and board the waiting shuttles. Their staff will then actually take your keys and go park your car on their lot. Then upon arrival, you text the Park 2 Go number and they will make sure your vehicle is waiting for you and WARMED UP by the time you get off the shuttle. Not the case with Park N Jet. With these guys you have to go park your vehicle yourself (in my case they wanted me to park literally as far away as possible), then you stand around for a shuttle to make its way to you. Then when you come back, the shuttle drops you off at your car where you parked it. For me last night, that meant another 30 minutes sitting in their lot while my car warmed up to the point I could actually scrape the ice off. Absolutely brutal experience with this company, instant regret for trying them out, will only ever use Park 2 Go. I suggest you do the same. read more

Keeping it factual: Approximately 10:00 pm, yesterday, joined cue for shuttle bus at International Arrivals approximately 10:00 PM. Temperature -13 C light breeze. Line was long, doubling back on itself. Well over 30 people in line, could have been 50, not sure. Bunch of busses come by, seem to have been loading up at Domestic Arrivals. Many already full, and those just drove by. Others were largely full, and took a few people from International Arrivals. Number of phone calls, so they knew situation. They seem to have a policy against stand room only, even if no baggage. 10:56 two busses arrived, as far as i could tell, empty. Perhaps a decision to not stop at Domestic Arrivals first? An additional 10 - 20 people, waiting in building, rushed out and started to jump the cue on both busses. Yelling, swearing, some thought fist fights were about to happen. Competitor busses were more frequent and definitely not full. Suggest you avoid this company. A number of people mentioned their wait was an hour long, and they would never again use this firm. We always used Park and Jet when we leave our car in Calgary. Park and Jet is very dependable and easy to use. You are guaranteed to get a driver who will always do his or her job to the best of their abilities. However, this past week we can back from an 11 day cruise and were picked up by SAYEED! This man should be the poster boy for what every employee should do. He went beyond the call of duty. He greeted us with a "welcome home" and then asked if we enjoyed out holiday. He quickly took our bags and placed them on the bus. Upon arrival at our car, he took our bags and actually placed them in the back of the SUV. This has NEVER been done by any other employee at Park and Jet. He was an absolute joy! I hope he gets recognized for his outstanding work. read more

I've used Park & Jet at least five times by now, this past weekend being the most recent, and I have to say it's a pretty great service. Their rates are extremely reasonable, and you'd have to be out of town for quite a few days before it would end up costing more than the cost of round-trip taxi fare. And until Calgary offers up a decently convenient way of getting to the airport via transit, Park & Jet is definitely the way to go. We've never had any problem getting a parking space, and they tell you exactly which section to park in so there's never any wandering through the lot. Their shuttle comes to get you immediately (seriously, the shuttle is always right there before we've even finished getting our luggage out of the trunk and locking up the car) and the drive to the airport is quick. I don't think it's ever taken us more than ten minutes between entering the Park & Jet parking lot and getting to the airport, even when the shuttle is pretty full. The return trip is also very quick- they run shuttles so frequently that you don't need to call them to get picked up, even if it's 1AM. Either the shuttle is parked outside ready for you to board (exit through the doors near the Tim Horton's in the airport and cross the street), or else one will pull up within 3 or 4 minutes. And of course, they drop you off right at your car. The drivers are very professional and courteous, helping with your bags and taking you exactly where you need to be. All of the ones we've met have been very nice, and some of them really seem to love their jobs and enjoy interacting with the passengers (in particular a cheerful guy who calls himself Mr. Happy and works whatever shift has him driving the shuttle at 5AM). Prices are very reasonable- $11.95 per day (I forget what the weekly rate is) and you can always print a coupon off of their website. It used to be for 15% off, but they've recently upped it to 20% off which is fantastic. As hectic and frustrating as air travel and airports can be, Park & Jet has always been a great experience - totally reliable and they take care of everything, and a good deal on top of that. read more

I recently had to head out of town for work and rather than opting to cab it home after a red-eye flight, I decided to park my car at Park & Jet for three days. I had actually never used our local Park & Jet services before and I am happy to report that I had a very pleasant experience. The Park & Jet lot is easy to get to and as soon as I parked my car, an airport shuttle was there to usher me to the airport. Similarly, after having landed back in Calgary, the minute I stepped out from the airport terminal, a Park & Jet shuttle was waiting to take me back to my car in the lot. To add to the convenience, Park & Jet always has promotions running and I was happy to take advantage of a 20% off promotion. For three full days of parking, I ended up paying around $40. That's less than I would have had to pay for a cab ride back home to downtown Calgary! Park & Jet made my life easy. For that, how can I NOT award a perfect score?!?!?!? read more

This was the second time I've used Park & Jet in the last couple of months. My first visit wasn't that great when leaving the airport. I saw the bus sitting at the stall where it picks up people and began to run towards it, suitcases in tow. However, even my waving arms and jumping up and down didn't cause the driver to stop the bus. So I called the number and they said they would have another shuttle coming. And I waited. More people showed. I called again. They said they would have another shuttle coming. Would that be any time soon? I asked. More people showed up. Finally, the stupid bus arrives and we all pack on to be taken back to the parking lot to pick up our vehicles. This time around, once again, I missed the shuttle. But at least I wasn't running or waving my arms around. And this time another shuttle bus came by fairly quickly. More good news, the driver didn't sit around waiting for more people (like they usually do). There was only one other person on the bus with me. Check out is always quick here. Prices are good and if you have an AMA card, you get a 10% discount. Every little savings helps. Check in is also quick. Once you find you the aisle you are supposed to park in, there's a shuttle bus coming to get you. Park & Jet is probably the same as Park N Go so whichever you choose, I'm sure you'll be just fine. I will most likely use these guys again because it's quick and a bit closer to the airport. read more

For us living out of Calgary, using a parking lot at the airport is the most viable option for us. A cab ride for us simply isn't an option. I've used Park & Jet a few times without incident. I haven't had to wait long for a shuttle, they get there quickly and the price is reasonable. They accept AMA cards at checkout too. The only gripe would be the small parking spaces when trying to sneak a truck into a spot. Make sure you turn in your side view mirrors! read more

Also, you can't beat the vehicle to terminal/terminal to vehicle shuttle service, EXCEPT one thing: we had just returned from a happy family trip to Nashville, one of the most friendly, service oriented cities I've even been to, and we were "greeted" by the grumpiest, old, black shuttle bus driver ever. Arrived at gate 30 to wait in line at about 10:00PM on Saturday, March 31, for a shuttle ride to the lot. There were already several 'reasonably grumpy' people lined up, that had been waiting in the cold for awhile. It was very cold. We waited a full hour for a shuttle, despite many passing us. Finally 2 shuttles arrived at once and it was a fight to get on. People had been waiting inside rather than out, and there was swearing, and things going on. When finally arriving to the lot there were 3 PARKED shuttles sitting there. Not really sure why more were not being used, as this situation could have definitely been avoided. I honestly thought there may be a fist fight between customers over who was going to get onto the shuttle. The driver did not even apologize for the super long waits in the cold. Close enough to walk to the terminal, but the shuttle in the rain was very welcome and timely on my departure last week. My return to the airport after midnight on Sunday was greeted with the shuttle arriving within one minute of me walking to pole 30. What a relief to have no worries after a long day! read more

We recently used Park & Jet for a trip to San Fran and had an excellent experience. It was easy to reserve a spot on line and the shuttle was right there once we parked and we had ample time to check in once we arrived at the airport. Upon returning a shuttle was there within minutes at the bus bay and our driver was great and extremely helpful and loaded our bags into the car. Usually the pickup van comes to the airport frequently. However, tonight (Sunday at 11:00pm) I and 18 other people waited at the international pickup over 20 minutes. No van. Two full ones drove by. It's Christmas Eve in Calgary and people are anxiously awaiting there loved ones to arrive at the Calgary Airport. Being a busy day as you can imagine, parking is terrible. People are in over flow and parked on side streets. The Park and Jet Shuttle Driver is yelling at the traffic parked even though he is not blocked in. I thought to myself two things, don't be shuttling people around if your grumpy and want to ruin everyone's day on Christmas Eve or put on your Grinch Hat man so we can prepare ourselves! I feel for Park and Jet on a wonderful day like today you have such grumpy people working for you! I won't use you again because of this. read more

I was a keen supporter for Park & Jet for the past 8? Years, telling everybody how prompt and efficient and economical they are. On Dec 26 we arrived in Calgary at 2 am we waited more than 20 minutes in - 30C. 3 Park and Fly busses came by. When I phone the company the second time the operator was quite rude and told me they are busy. OK? We tried them again this weekend. When we arrived around 6 pm I was very happy to see the bus waiting. I ran - fortunately there was not full at all. I loaded the luggage and sat down. When my wife arrived and entered the bus, the driver told her to wait outside. She tried to explain that her luggage and I were on the bus. But was told to wait outside in the cold. I got up and the driver asked me to please sit down which I did against my will without saying anything. I was boiling. The driver came around to ask where we have parked and I asked her: "What is you name please?" She started making a scene telling me that she has done nothing wrong. My response to her was I am not talking to you I just asked for your name. On arrival at the parking lot a supervisor got onto the bus. Our car was parked in row #5. She off loaded all accept for one family and us. The driver parked the bus in row #6 and started an investigation saying that I was rude to her, with the other family joining the discussion. I asked the "lady" is asking someone what her name is, rude? The she told me that I am an "asshole". The supervisor offered to take the "complaint" in his office. I felt that we were held hostage on the bus and humiliated by " Ruwind Gill or Joel". I had to force my way off the bus took my luggage and walk quite a distance to my car in a very icy slippery parking lot. Never will I ever use Park & Jet again. I felt insulted, and the treated my wife like a child. No apology or compensation for this incident will ever get me to use Park & Jet again. read more

Stuck in Park and Jet parking lot for over an hour with no help. Lousy service. Waited for Park and Jet shuttle at 1am 5 flights coming in to YYC at same time long line up. Park and Jet had only 2 shuttles running finally got on 2nd shuttle after first one filled up. Got to car at 1:40am. Snow bank on back of car 3 feet high. Packed snow. Called for help, they said they would send someone out to help. While waiting used windshield brush/blade to remove snow as best I could. Backing car in and out multiple times. Finally got car free at 2:45am. No help had arrived. Drove to clerk who smirked and took his sweet time to process payment. I was in row F in full view of the clerk's window. Terrible read more

I often use Park and Jet when flying out of Calgary and the service is usually pretty good, but on Wed. Sept. 19/18 the service was outstanding. Our flight arrived on schedule at about 9:30 pm. As usual once we arrived at pillar 25, the Park & Jet shuttle was there within moments. This time our driver was Sayeed. He was just amazing....noticed that we were tired from our flight...he not only helped with our luggage at the airport but was very friendly and courteous. Once we arrived at our vehicle, he not only helped us out with our luggage, but put it in the trunk for us. Great job Sayeed...the best service I have ever received at Park & Jet. read more

I've been using this company for years but recently their service levels have dipped considerably. The average age of the drivers has increased significantly where most of them don't even try to assist passengers with luggage. The wait times have increased and the number if passengers per trip are generally now maxed out. I'm happy to hive up my Aeroplan points for better service so giving my business to their competitor Park2Go. read more

We are taking a flight out the morning of December 24, 2015. My husband drops me off at the airport with the luggage and he takes the car to Park and Jet. I waited and waited for him. Thank goodness we gave ourselves a lot of time. He finally gets to the airport and was furious at the bad service and lack of consideration he got at Park and Jet. He is asked if he has a reservation - news to us. Was always drive in and park. He saw cars leaving the lot and he could see no reason why he couldn't park. He tried to talk to the woman manning the gate but she was on a personal phone call and made him wait. She finally assigned him to a row and he waited forever for a bus which didn't show up so he walked a few rows down to catch the bus because it was very cold and the bus driver was very belligerent and told him he was suppose to wait for him. You think he would have been grateful my husband saved him time. We will be parking elsewhere for our next trip. In this tough economy why give business to service providers that gave very little respect for customers. read more
