As if it never happened. Lashes are okay, not great but I can live with them. As for the brows... horrible. I then went in for a micro needling service hours later, it went good & pain was 4/10. Wasn't that red after too. I felt great afterwards. They don't let you choose the serum or ask about your skin concerns. Randomly use whatever they use for everyone. Felt like it was surface level though. Like I could've done the same at home for $230 but do it 40 different times (cause I'd have so much product) I feel like it was sort of a waste of money. Cheap though, you get what you pay for I guess. But as far as the lamination ... horrible. Kind of disappointed.

Before we started, she explained the different types of services she offers and answered all my questions. I ended up getting the microblading combination service. Michelle mentioned that she usually doesn't talk much while working on her clients' eyebrows, which is exactly what I prefer. She also had another lady to help clean up and get everything ready while she worked on my eyebrows. I have scheduled my touch-up appointment for six weeks later. AFTER 6 WEEKS: Came back for touch-up after six weeks. I told Michelle what I didn't like about my eyebrows, especially how uneven they were. She assured me she would fix them. Michelle took her time working on my eyebrows and made some adjustments to the shape and color. When she was done, I could see the shape was better, but OMG, they were so dark! Michelle told me the color would lighten up and the shape would soften a little once everything healed. She also said I could always contact her if I wasn't happy with how they turned out. Well, she was right! I gotta tell you guys, I had my doubts, but sometimes you just have to trust the process. I really like my eyebrows now! Michelle was patient with me and listened to what I wanted. I appreciate that she took the time to fix my concerns. I'm happy with how my eyebrows turned out, and I'm already thinking about going back to get my eyeliner done!

Perhaps they can change out the soothing soundtrack since if you are there for multiple procedures, it is a little repetitive. The walls are a little thin, so if there is a loud or super chatty customer, maybe they can ask them to whisper or move them to another room so tranquility can be preserved. It would also be helpful to have information handy about the products that are used and possibly offer some for sale as well.
