But one acquaintance shared with me what he had been getting done with crediting Diamond Hinkley at Iron Key with glowing praise for realizing the vision my friend wanted. No one else had. So I reached out to Diamond and he made time for me quickly -- I finally deciding on my first tattoo at age 60. Diamond was friendly, personable and enthusiastic about what I was wanting to have done in the first minute of meeting with me. He gave great advice to me in finalizing how he would use the image I provided to render the tattoo. Diamond used his artistic talent to elevate the 2-dimensional image I provided to almost a 3-dimensional rendering that is so much more appealing. I really love my tattoo! It's beautiful and precisely placed where I asked for it. He invited me to look in the mirror a few times for my review of what he had applied to the skin before it became permanent as a tattoo. Requesting an adjustment of the imprint was met with understanding from Diamond and he then inked it perfectly to my direction. I am so happy with the result! I can't imagine using anybody else. I wanted a certain orbital but he said not only is my ear not as pronounced there, it's a very complex healing process. Luckily I had already researched Old West & liked another orbital picture they posted to Yelp so that one was my second choice & Torin was all over it! He measured & placed it PERFECTLY. Plus I got a flat piercing & he placed that perfectly as well in comparison to my other piercings. His commitment to health & safety is unmatched & both piercing are healing so well with the saline solution I bought from Old West. I came back exactly a month to get the shorter post needed for my flat and it was just such a pleasure to show Torin how great they both look! I met with Liem at Sun City Tattoo and discussed getting a better deal for us 4 girls as they have a 100 minimum. We did not discuss a place on our bodies, as us girls had not decided where at that time. The handwritten receipt he gave me had 280 and 200 deposit. When we showed up, the "receipt" has X4 next to 280. Our tattoos are 1x2 ish, one girl wanted hers apx 2x3, a little bigger. Who in their right mind is going to agree to 1,120.00 ??????? This guy FORGERED X4. $70.00 sounds very realistic for what we were discussing. Then he proceeded to tell me if we did not go thru with it, we FORFIT my deposit. I have had several small friendship tattoos and never have I ever paid more than 100.00
