They also took the extra time to make sure the stones weren't loose and gave the ring a thorough cleaning. Above and beyond. On top of that, I'm starting to look for new rings for a 10-year vow renewal but I have no clear direction on what to choose. Lynn and Melissa were absolutely wonderful throughout the process. They were personable, kind, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. Honest service, knowledgeable staff, and people who clearly care about their customers. She asked what my phone number was and found my account. She said my warranty was up in 2028 and she'd have my watch with a new battery ready for me in 15 minutes. I shopped around the mall staying in the area and received a text in 15 minutes that my order was ready. I returned and she handed me my watch and a receipt with $0 charge. Great all-around experience here and I will definitely be returning. I love honest and organized businesses. No haggle and very convenient and easy for the customer. Another touch I love about this place is they clean up your watches and jewelry and also set them to the correct time and date.
