This tattoo parlor is unprofessional and uncommunicative. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for my sisters 18th birthday with an artist named Trinity, and she called in sick! Now this wouldn't be a problem, except she DIDNT TELL ME! So I drove all the way from Wickenburg, just to be told that she wasn't there. Completely ruined my sisters birthday plans. IT GETS WORSE! Another artist rescheduled us with Trinity for the following week. I called an hour in advance to make sure she was actually there, nobody answered the phone. Sure enough, we show up and she's not there again. Nobody messaged or called me. So disappointing. Don't come here if you want to actually get a tattoo. And another thing! I got a tattoo here back in January and it's not very well done. Bald spots everywhere. read more

Went in to get a new piece of jewelry for my ear and for my daughter to ask questions about an industrial piercing that she has wanted for a while. The place was clean and the rep Korn was friendly and straight forward. My daughter saw some of these poor reviews and thought she would continue looking. But our talk with Korn really didn't align with the experiences of others getting tattoos. So she gave the piercing a go and she is so glad she did. Korn helped keep her calm by talking to her during the process and walking her through the care. I hate to hear the negative tattoo experiences, but I will recommend Korn and Ink Town as a piercing place. read more

I am on hospice care, at the end of my life after spending 6-plus years of fighting cancer. My brothers came into town (2 from NY, 2 from Sweden) to celebrate the youngest's wedding. On a whim, I made the crazy suggestion that we should get matching tattoos. In searching for a parlor that would be able to accommodate our timing, etc., I remembered meeting Mike, the owner, at my son's soccer game. He had said to call him if I ever needed anything. So, I did. Between Mike, Lonnie and the other guys, we had appointments for the exact time we needed, and the drawing they came up with was exactly what we wanted. The facility was clean, the shop was open and had plenty of room to move around, and the artists each took the time with the four of us to get our take on how we wanted our version of the same tattoo to look. Within 2-ish hours, my brothers and I all had matching tattoos, spectacularly done and something we will be proud to show off for the rest of our lives. The kindness and generosity of Mike and his guys is unsurpassed. This is clearly a family-orientated shop, and it shows in the artist's attitudes and work. I am really disappointed with Inktown Tattoo. This is actually the first time I had to write a review. I wanted to get my ear pierced so of course I went here. I wanted a conch piercing, the process was simple and easy and the people there are really nice too. The piercer had something going on with his eye so he got someone else to pierce my ear instead of him. In the end it looked great and I loved it. About 4 weeks later a bump came up on both sides of my ear, I waited a while thinking it might go down. A while went to 2 months and it was not getting better. I returned to ask their opinion and she said to use witch hazel and anti-bacterial soap to help heal it. Well, I went to another place the next day later, specifically for piercing and she looked at my ear saying that they pierced it wrong, that the back is too close to the rim of the ear and the ear will just keep getting bumps and take longer to heal. They offered a stud for a better healing process. The recommendation was to take out the earring and allow it two weeks to heal and have it re-pierced properly. I also reviewed with them the care that I was told from Inktown about using witch hazel and anti-bacterial soap, I'm so happy I did because they did not agree with the witch hazel, but did agree with using the anti-bacterial soap. In the end of all of this, I wasted money at this place. If you decide to go here make sure you get the actual piercer instead of him picking out someone to do it for him, because clearly the piercer who did my ear needs more experience or was having a bad day, either way, I will not return. read more

This is a great place. Both my husband & I have gotten tattoo's there. It is in a "rough" part of town, but the place is very clean & sterile. The staff there is great, & are helpful in your tattoo designs/decisions to tailor it for your body. They also get you seen pretty quickly. The prices there are very good. I now know it's because he cannot draw. Now getting up & out at 10:30am on your day off is hard enough but to get to your scheduled destination & find you were not scheduled! Bummer! i have never gotten a tattoo here but i got my septum pierced her in january and i don't recommend it AT ALL!!! the guy who pierced me pierced it super super low and through my cartilage which is not where your septum is supposed to be pierced. i've has it for 6 months and it's still not healed and it hurts every single time i change the jewelry. it also got infected after i got it pierced. super super disappointed. read more

I went to InkTown on September 26th 2015 around 9:30pm because the ball in my nose ring fell off. The man who helped me, unfortunately i forgot his name, was extremely inappropriate towards me. He heavily flirted with me, then proceed to grab my rear end and stomach when I tried to leave for the exit. I wish I remembered his name, but watch out ladies for creepers. read more

This freaking place should be out of business I got 3 piercings one that I had to have repiercied and the idiot used a huge 14 inc bar through my lip and I had very tiny 16 inch original which is the smallest you can get came back to get a new smaller jewelry and got herrassed to get a neck piercing thought ok it's a new person supposed to be a Master Piercer OKAY!!! So I said maybe he better than the last guy yea right this idiot took 10 minutes to pierce my neck I was screaming and I'm not the type to cry or scream when he was done tourting me he then ask for a tip three days later I scrached my neck and the piercing almost came completely out went back to have it removed because I was getting a kiloed and the jerk I said can you do this for free he said no I didn't scratch it he made me pay $20 dollars to cut it out my neck when I ask him was he cutting me he said uh yea how else was I so to get it out very disappointed I paid $100 just to have a killoed on the front of my neck read more

His name was Rob and he seemed as though he was not too comfortable in what he was telling me, which made me question as to get my tattoo done there. He seemed kind of clueless in what he's doing.
