Listen. It's iowa, so like... I was kinda fucking pissed they really had nothing except button downs and golf outfits and my people ain't about to go down in a golfing t shirt or a graphic tee that says "I'm awesome!" It's just not gonna happen. It was never cool to wear those and it still isn't. So I go in there on CHRISTMAS OF '19.... these men dug up the entire store and when all They found was a pair of new balances and a tie that was 100 dollars.... they were like look. We got way more shit online and I'll literally sit here and shop online for you. They had a deal going on recently 75% off CLEARANCE. I walk in w a wild hair up my ass and go straight back to that section. NOTHING WAS THERE. Dead. You just won't find shit there I promise you. But I'm telling you. These two men don't give a shit. They went back online and got me everything I wanted that was on the sale. Should of paid OVER 300 dollars. I paid 114 for a watch, 4 NICE ASS T SHIRTS, 2 POLO SWEATSHIRTS, AND A GOT DAMN WATCH. These men are magic. Spectacular. 12/10 if you will. They are, In fact pass the vibe check AND is invited to my wedding. Thank you.

He went to the counter and gave me a free garment bag!! No purchase, no haggle, simply heard a guest asking for something and provided it. WHO DOES THAT IN 2026?! I mentioned that that next time I was in the market for a suit I would be back - he smiled and said, "I don't think you're 'big enough' for our store." Finally, I went to my laundry basket and counted to makes sure I didn't miss anything. I have thirty-three pieces of Duluth clothing that I wear all the time! I have two types of T's. I have polos. I have two types of cargo shorts and dress shorts. I even have a bunch of Duluth underwear! The pic I posted is a simple Henley T that is about seven years old and has been washed a bazillion times and still going strong. I've never lost a button and it's never frayed or had a ripped seam. It's great for banging around town and running errands. Their stuff is solid beyond words albeit a little pricy, but the value is there. Duluth is primarily a catalog company that of course has an online presence and that's how I make my purchases. So, what about the store? I suspect a visitor unfamiliar with the product would give it four or even five stars. It's clean and beautifully merchandized. The customer service is just fine. There is easy access to the online catalog if you need it. For me, as I'm so comfortable with the product over so many years, the store doesn't add much. However, because the product is awesome and the store is picture perfect with great service, I'm going with five stars!
