We enjoyed the food. The dining room was clean and the cook came out to check on how we liked everything. He offered to make another dish made to order to help us with a very picky eater who is very particular about textures and burnt edges. Me and my girl just came here for the first time and tried to double smash burger, the food came out quick, it was fresh and hot, not to mention it was flavorful! The melted cheese and caramelized onions meshed so well with one another. Even the fries were outstanding and we're not even fry people. Overall my burger taste like it was made a half hour before I got it, food should be hot and fresh. No ice In ice machine No condiments like hot sauce or ketchup. The double-decker was supposed to have American cheese, caramelized onions and bamsauce. When it got delivered, there was NO American cheese, unless it was that barely -visible yellow stuff that had not taste to it whatsoever. There were NO caramelized onions, at least none detectable by the human eye and tongue. There WAS bamsauce (I assume that is what it was), but thin and barely enough to cover the bun, and mostly tasteless (thank goodness!). The burger was not even put together with any care, meat mostly not between the buns. If you like smashburgers, you can do a lot better for 10 dollars. In fairness, 2 stars for the fries. read more

Bamburger is "OK." It's not a warm or inviting interior unless you like clinical bright white walls all around and a cold blemished concrete floor. The 2 clunky ordering kiosks are OK if you like the total absence of a human being to converse with - needs an advisory sign to say "Come up to the front counter if you have questions or need help." Except, there's no one at the front counter. The lack of a large menu with colorful pictures is also strange. One "OK" hamburger took 14 minutes and there was hardly anyone there. Bamburger needs an interior upgrade and personal presence at the counter to be more welcoming and cheerful. read more

First time coming was very excited. I love smash burgers. I got the regular double burger and my husband got the spicy burger. We put no onions, came with onions. Both burgers lacked taste. The spicy burger wasn't even spicy. The jalapeños didn't taste like anything, more pickled than anything. The buns kept sliding off because the burgers were too wet it just turned into mush. The concept of a simple burger joint doing things like cooking fries in beef tallow rather than some crankcase oil that usually goes into a Caterpiller D-9 Dozer is the first thing. It he second the menu is simple but the burgers are excellent!!!! The lady that was out front was super sweet but really is invested in the concept of serving people. This is a lost art in this day and time. The last thing is the old school vibe of a past time burger joint. This is now my go to place for a burger!!!! First of all the service here was amazing, they wasted no time in getting us our cups as soon as we payed. When we got our food, the waiter came in about 10 minutes or 5 minutes later and asked us how it was! The workers here were super nice and interactive and the food was amazing!
