I love Bambu! I hadn't been to this location yet but my sister and friends had been when they first opened. I was craving milk tea and decided to stop by. It was around noon ish so they weren't busy. I ordered a pandan waffle and a lychee milk tea. I waited a few minutes since they had to make the waffle. Delicious! Great service! Nice staff. They offered to get me a bag for everything but I declined. I'm sure I'll be back! Easy parking on this side. So many spots since it shares a lot with other stores.

I ran across this place while waiting on my pizza hut order. I tried the honeydew smoothie with strawberry Boba. The smoothie was very refreshing. I will be back to try additional flavors.

I've been to many Bambu but this place is the best. The owner is very kind and welcoming. The Che shop is so clean and well decorated. My go to orders at Bambu are the smashed avocado, durian smoothie and Bambu favourite ( che suong sa hot luu). They used fresh avocado instead of the frozen one to make smashed avocado with condensed milk. Everything was delicious. I visited this Bambu 2 days in a row. I'm a big advocate for local women owned business. Highly recommend!

Tried the Summer Delight and Longgan Sunrise from Bambu in Louisville, KY after seeing all the great reviews. Sadly, they didn't live up to the hype for me. Maybe I was just expecting too much. I was hoping for something special in flavor, especially for the price, but both drinks tasted pretty average.

I have been here twice, and I am addicted. This place offers a variety of vietnamese dessert called l, "Che" which is a mix of jellies, fruits and ice. This is very similar to the Filipino halo halo which they also have on the menu with mango or ube flavor. I love the variety of sweets you can get here, including the mochi waffle. My favorite is the Pandan with strawberry because it is fragrant and not too sweet. I love that their halo halo uses coconut milk which elevates the flavor. Moreover, the owner is very sweet. I came here with the nephew and the owner greeted so kind and warmly. The place also has a some really good kpop music for the vibe.

Awesome tasting bubble waffle, but the wait for it was quite long. Staff seemed confused. Will return here again!

Pho - we get the classic beef pho and it hits the spot. Very refreshing and filling. Ca Kho To (Catfish entree) - this is delicious and I highly recommend. It's a sweet entree. Fish Sauce Fried Chicken Wings - delicious, anyone would like these.

Omg - the food here is AMAZING! I would totally be back…read more I ordered delivery last night and ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls and the bahn mi. I noticed my bag was VERY heavy, and upon opening discovered a note! They were out of bread, so no bahn mi. They replaced my sandwich with pho instead. It was a hot day, I've had pho often and am kinda picky, so I intentionally picked the sandwich as a colder meal. So I was kinda disappointed to have a boiling hot soup for dinner. This sentiment went away as soon as I tasted their pho. Oh. My. Gosh. This might be the best pho I have ever had. I travel often - Chicago, Charlotte, Atlanta, NYC, Denver, Philly, Boston, LA - you name it I'm out often and have tried some very well rated pho shops around the country. This pho is seriously incredible. I'm not sure what they do with their broth but it is perfect for me. I am sad to leave Louisville as I think I have found my all time favorite bowl of pho. The broth was rich and strong and the noodles were packed separately. Also separate was their bean sprouts, mint leaves, lime, jalapeño slices and raw slices of tender beef. The raw meat in delivery was a smart choice. Many places will send it pre cooked and when it arrives it is tough. The soup was boiling hot and cooked the beef once mixed. The pho was incredibly fresh and I loved it. 10/10! The shrimp and pork spring rolls were similarly delicious. I also got a limeade on the side and it was very good. You can't miss with the food here. Totally fabulous spot. All the bad reviews seem to be for the service, so if you can prep for that or just get takeout/deliver you will not be sorry!

First impressions: very clean facility, very warm and welcoming owner (Trieck was his name) and his adorable daughter doing homework by the cash register. He very kindly explained how he understands that vegetarian pho does not have meat And that he has the Buddhist version of the pho that his mom eats. I ordered to go because I wanted to run next door to their grocery section. I love me a good Vietnamese grocery store and products from all over the world. Pho is typically eaten at the establishment to make sure that the fix-ins and the method of consumption is 10 on 10 aka it does not hold very well when transported. I was happy to find that they had done such a great job packaging all the fixings and the soup. Very generous portions. I proceeded with the taste test. I have learned from my Vietnamese friends that you never add condiments to your soup right off the bat. You must savor the soup the way it is the first couple times to truly get all the flavors in before you start adding stuff . This was excellently seasoned broth base. The base was just perfect to me. After creating the whole experience at home, I can say I truly did enjoy eating pho from here. Good vegetarian phos are hard to come by and I will definitely return to try their other delicacies. If I had a couple words of wisdom, I think the soup could use a few more pieces of vegetables and tofu. But overall, I throughly enjoyed my meal and will return.

It was busy at lunchtime on a Friday. The cafe is so cute! Charmingly decorated. We ordered at the counter, took a table number and found our seats. One note about that: being a large person, the seats made me a little nervous. Next time i would opt for booth seating which looked a bit more substantial. Our entrees were brought out before our appetizers, but they looked so good I didn't even care. Couldn't wait to dig in. I had Pho Ga chicken noodle soup. It was served nice and hot with a bowl of raw herbs and add ins. Sprouts, fresh jalapeño slices, a lemon wedge etc. it was so delicious with complex flavors. I finished every drop. Appetizer was pork on a stick. Tender inside, crisp and sweet outside. Two skewers was plenty for us. My daughter had the lemon grass chicken with a fried egg. It looked great, she said it was very good. Our food was appealingly presented, and service was good. We each drank water and our bill was over $36. Not cheap for lunch but not outrageous and quality and portion sizes justified the cost. We will definitely return to try more menu items.

I tried their pork chop rice plate (com dac biet). It was very yummy. I really don't have any complaints about it. I also ordered a side of soup with mine, which was an additional $2. Their soup had a very nice flavor so I know I would've liked their pho had I had gotten it. The rice plate came with an egg, which was cooked perfectly. It was a nice crisp on the bottom and slightly runny on the top. The egg meatloaf was also pretty good. In all, I didn't have a bad experience. I would probably come back here again if I were in the area.

The grilled pork was good, but it needd a bit more seasonings (fish sauce, lemongrass). This dish needs to have lettuce and tomatoes as well. This was decent, but the price was a few dollars too high. I ordered the Bún bò Huế to go. This was decent as well. However, the both needs more seansonings (lemongrass, fish sauce, salt, sugar, hot pepper, shrimp paste). The broth was a bit bland to me. It's missing the pork hock. The beef, and the Chả lụa in the soup were perfect. Bún bò Huế is supposed to be spicy, and this one is not spicy at all. The price was a few dollars too high a well.
