Parking can also be a beast so it is best to find a spot in the adjacent strip mall near the UPS store. It is so worth it though.

There are 4 Paul's Markets in Louisville, and I am fortunate to live very close to the Middletown location, which opened in 1996. Every summer the outdoor area is chock full of beautiful flowering plants, both annual and perennial varieties. The plants today were lush, healthy, and absolutely stunning. They were priced in line with the local nursery that we most frequent, which is a bit higher than the big box stores. However, as with most things, you get what you pay for. The grocery has a wonderful deli that includes a hot bar and a wide variety of prepared sandwiches, pastas dishes, salads, and deserts. The salad selection was extensive. I opted for a cobb salad that included chicken, bacon, egg, tomatoes, lettuce, blue cheese crumbles and dressing! It was a steal for only $6.99 and absolutely delicious. I chose the honey mustard dressing and it was a chef's kiss! Throughout the grocery area one will find a lot of specialty items such as several types of gluten-free breads, seasonal fruits, regional candies, and much, much more. Paul's is a great place to grab a lunch that is far healthier than the plethora of fast-food options for just a couple more dollars!

Mom's meals seem to have corn or beans in almost every dish. Not conducive to our diet. THEN WE FOUND CLEANEATZ JTOWN. You can order online from the selections they offer, and then call them to add any selections you may want from the freezer case let me tell you... Big portions, delicious sides, with the protein either adorned with different sauces or just basic, and skinny with no sauce , which makes it perfect because then you could add your own. And the prices... The six we chose from online were $8.79 each... chicken, beef choices. The four salmon meals we added by calling the JTOWN location were $8.69 and $9.69... All salmon meals, very nice portions, one for example, had salmon, sweet potatoes, asparagus, and a little spinach. Please let me know if there is anybody that can beat these prices. And if they could, the personalized wonderful service you get from the owners.... we're sticking there. Because of medical procedure, she brought out to car for us. Others were leaving and speaking to her. Very happy customers. Now you can also order off of their café menu, lots of wraps, burgers, flatbreads, bowls, etc. and a little more pricey. It's a small dime in cafe also. On the go, I can see this cafe menu being a big hit. We however, are purchasing these to bring home and have for dinner at our house. Clean Eatz has been at this location in Jeffersontown for almost a year. I cannot believe I waited this long to find them. They also have a rewards program that come with coupons every so often! You can place your order online ahead of time so you can literally run in and out with your order.
