Good variety of drink choices and have enjoyed everything I've tried. Staff is typically friendly and speedy. Wish Coffee crossings were everywhere. read more

Cozy coffee shop in the heart of New Albany! View of the bridge and interesting indoor and outdoor seating. I could definitely make this a place to do work, read, or enjoy some coffee on a Saturday am. Service is quick and efficient. I was curious about their seasonal beverages but didn't have the time to try, will definitely pop back in for a banana mocha latte! I had an iced chai, and it was delightful! Balanced with a hint of cinnamon. If you're in the area, this place is definitely worth a try! read more

Coffee Crossing - Small cappuccino and a cream cheese danish - Coffee & Tea Near Me - New Albany, Indiana

Cheese Danish tasty when warmed. Two of us. We ordered two drinks. No announcement that order was ready. Only one drink, we asked again. Still nothing. Came back and asked AGAIN. Bluntly told to go order one. The girl staunchly argued we only ordered one drink. And for what did you expect a tip. First and last visit there. "Service" was horrible. read more

I haven't been to this location a lot. Tonight as we were driving by we thought we would stop in. First thing we like is that this is one of the only coffee shops in the area that allow indoor seating. I got the Railroad Crossing (red raspberry mocha) 10/10 My wife got the iced Brown Sugar Cinnamon 7/10 If you want a nice, quiet coffee shop to come to, definitely check out this location. Always clean. Very friendly staff as well! I have never tried their baked goods, but they look yummy! read more

I came to this location by accident as I was supposed to meet my friend at the one in Jeff. Still, they've got their own parking lot which is a selling point. I can't recall if they have a drive thru, but the one in Jeff does. I ordered myself a hot medium roast coffee, which the barista recommended. There's something about the water in these parts on the U.S. it just tastes better! The coffee tasted light to me, but I'd come back and order it again! It was around 2:20 and there was a good handful of people in here. Lots of people reading, on computers, chatting. Maybe it's the more popular location because more people live around here! Anyway, I'd come back! I like that it's close to Meijer and Qdoba and such. You can do a whole lot in this area and grab coffee too! read more

Coffee Crossing - Cute sleeve! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - New Albany, Indiana

The staff was friendly, I came in to work and use the WiFi. It was pleasant and just enough seating for the amount of patrons on a Tuesday afternoon. Drink was delicious and I will be going back often. read more

If you know me, you know that I love a good latte. Coffee Crossing is one of my favorite places to get one! I'm a creature of habit and almost always order a caramel latte at coffee shops, but something about Coffee Crossing always has me wanting to try something new. One of my favorites here is the Moose latte, which is a milk chocolate and caramel latte. It's perfect for those days when you want something a little sweeter, but not over the top sweet. My husband almost always gets the Polar Bear latte and it is super good as well! The baristas here are always very friendly, and give great suggestions if you're ever needing any help! read more

Cute cafe with various seating inside and some outside seating also. i tried the honey latte and it was okay, not hot enough for my liking and seemed to be lacking in cappuccino (not enough coffee). They were out of some of the food by the time I arrived around 2pm so I had the croissant and it was a nice surprise. Very good. The service is good, I was waited on fairly quickly and she pronounced my name correctly (a plus). The barista said my name as a completely different name even tho it was spelled correctly on the cup. I asked if he meant my name to be sure I took the correct order, he was a bit offended and said it was spelled wrong on my order. I left it alone, I just wanted to grab my order and not someone else's. I might give it another try at some point but not sold on it just yet. read more

Super friendly staff. All locations have the cozy, make you want to hang for a while kind of vibe. The pastries and baked goods are also delicious! My only complaint (if we're going to call it that) is that I feel like the menus on the walls need updated. They've been the same for what feels like forever and doesn't reflect everything the staff can create. read more

Absolutely my fav coffee place in southern indiana, all locations are great and welcoming!

This is it, folks: the OG! Coffee Crossing has expanded a lot in recent years, and it all started at this humble strip mall in New Albany. It still -feels- like the flagship location and the years have been exceptionally kind to it. Whether you're a latte or black coffee drinker, you'll be in excellent hands - I'm not sure if any other local coffee can truly equal Coffee Crossing, with the possible exceptions of Ntaba and West Lou across the bridge. There are other fine options too, such as tea and pastries, and the cozy interior makes for a great relaxation or date spot. The location is more convenient than it seems at first; it's great for getting a caffeine boost before a movie at Regal, or if you'd like something to sip on while stocking up at Meijer. For my money, the best drink here right now is the Fero Sidama medium-light roast. It's a fairly recent addition and is even better than the Capitol dark roast that was my go-to for the better part of a decade. read more

Always a good & accurate order. Like that there's several locales. Great mochas coffees. Limited food choices. Nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff. read more

Let me start by saying they have the BEST matcha I've ever had. No other coffee place compares! They also have a great breakfast sandwich! I love coming here before work. Even when the line is ridiculously long, I still get in it ready to be late for work, but I never am! They are so fast! When I go inside, I love the environment! They have multiple seating options, games to play etc! Highly highly recommend! read more

A cute little coffee shop in a nice location.

i absolutely love going to coffee crossing when I have time. There coffee is always so good, and they always get the orders right. They have super friendly staff, and to add on the toilet paper is extremely soft and welcoming. I was absolue amazed because I have never felt toilet paper as soft as theirs. Love the quiet warm environment. The store is clean and I love seeing all the hardworking people, whether behind the counter, or customers working on their work in the lobby. read more

It's a very nice and comfortable place to be inside of. And I enjoy everything I've gotten from them including the coffees and treats!

Coffee Crossing is an excellent local coffee joint that I wish was closer to my house. They are located in a trip mall off of Charlestown Road, but still have a drive thru, interestingly enough. They have your run of the mill coffee shop stuff: brewed coffee, lattes, blended drinks, pastries and snacks. The thing I love the most is how many syrups they have- they have a TOOOON! I once asked the girl helping me if she could list off their syrups and she told me they had too many to list but if I could imagine it, they had it. Most recently, I opted for a Snowman (despite the fact that it is deep into the month of July). A Snowman is a white chocolate/amaretto latte and it is SOOOOO delicious! A medium was around $5, which is the same price as a coffee at Starbucks...but i would much rather spend that $5 at a local place like Coffee Crossing. If you live in the area (or even if you are a Louisvillian like myself and travel across the bridge to get to southern Indiana), I highly recommend Coffee Crossing. read more

The Railroad Mocha was delicious, it's a mix of raspberry and chocolate. I also got a sausage and pepper jack quiche as well as a blueberry muffin which were both out of this world as well. read more

This place is a hidden gem. Food is amazing, coffee is amazing. Definitely my new breakfast spot when I'm working over in Indiana.

Always stop here when visiting family. I really like their lattes. Only reason for not giving a five star review is simply because they seem high on their prices. Doesn't stop me from coming back, just a bit high. read more

This is my preferred coffee destination in the area so far. New ones open up all the time but so far nothing has beat my caramel macchiato with extra espresso shots. They also have little pastries stuffed with eggs and cheese for breakfast that are delicious. Their staff are always very kind and good at their job. read more

Okay - so this little magical place is tucked away behind the McD's off Grant Line Road - and let me tell you now - IT IS WORTH FINDING. Best staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The coffee is strong but not burnt and bitter tasting which is great! read more

Never had a bad cup of coffee from Coffee Crossing, even when I accidentally got someone else's order! Occasionally I want the coffee to be a little hotter, but that's as close to a complaint as I can get. Much better than any national chain. read more

Always good friendly service!! Quick efficient clean. Multiple locations in the area!

Coffee Crossing is my go to several mornings a week. Even when the drive thru line is long, it moves efficiently. The staff always greets my dog and gives him a treat. This new-ish location is a nice place to lounge in the outdoor seating by the fire pit. I bounce between the Moose and the Railroad (iced and hot - depending on the season). I have tried a few seasonal specials too such as the coconut white mocha or the banana mocha that were also gone. There is also a selection of various pastries and baked goods here. The muffins are always yummy! I choose Coffee Crossing over Starbucks anyday! read more

Very good service by dedicated employees selling terrific food and beverages.... Wonderful... I'm hooked

I love that the place has a drive through. The staff member was friendly and answered all my questions. They have non dairy milk if you are looking for those options like me. I had a delicious bagel from here too. I will definitely come here again! read more

This coffee shop in New Albany has a nice ambiance and is fairly close and convenient to my new job. I stopped in this morning and got a dirty chai and a bacon Gouda quiche. It was good but not stand out good. I do need to say that I was impressed with the abundance of spices they had out to add to your drink. I also really liked the wide variety of coffee offerings I saw such as a banana nut coffee. Definitely unusual!! We also picked up a gift card to welcome our new staff member who starting next week. I'll definitely be back. read more

Great service, welcoming atmosphere and good beverages!

I came here while visiting my mom, and I was blown away. I am a coffee shop expert :) and this is one of the best I have ever been to. There is a ton of seating and a fireplace, and the coffee is just wonderful. In the week that I was there, I had a the moose crossing, pumpkin crossing, and criss cross. All of them were sweet and creamy deliciousness. Between the warm and inviting atmosphere and the wonderful drinks, this place is tough to beat. read more

This place has neat coffee options, like Monkey Crossing (banana mocha) and the Miami Mocha (orange zest and mocha) and has a really nice interior. Lots of comfy places to sit. The prices are reasonable and you can get pretty much any drink either hot, iced, or blended. Prices are very similar to other local coffee shops in the New Albany area. Free and fast wifi is available for as long as you want. They have a lot of tea options, juice and Jones Soda drinks in addition to coffee. They don't have a lot of food options, which is the reason I don't study here in between school and work. I need a little more than good coffee to get me through the next stretch. I like this place though. read more

It's coffee. I can't say that it is amazing coffee and I can't say that it is terrible coffee. The service was friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming. read more

Good coffee, I think. I am not a big coffee connoisseur; however, I do know that this place is a great place to meet up with friends, and hang out. Better for the younger crowd though, and not always the quietest of places. This is where the high schoolers "chill" after they finish a movie at the theater and are waiting for their parents to come pick them up. But don't let that deter you from going. They have great hot chocolate and plenty of other options for non-coffee drinkers. I enjoy their school crossing. MMMM tasty! read more

This has been my favorite coffee house for at least 10 years. Their specialty drinks are all uniquely FANTASTIC (especially their moose crossing and school crossing), and they happen to be my favorite place to get a smoothie too (seriously, sooo much better than smoothie king)! Additionally, their iced confetti cookies (supplied by 410 bakery I believe) are to die for. Overall 10/10 if you're looking for a great local coffee shop with coffee that tastes phenomenal (never bitter like some places), I would highly recommend coffee crossing! read more
