I haven't been to this location a lot. Tonight as we were driving by we thought we would stop in. First thing we like is that this is one of the only coffee shops in the area that allow indoor seating. I got the Railroad Crossing (red raspberry mocha) 10/10 My wife got the iced Brown Sugar Cinnamon 7/10 If you want a nice, quiet coffee shop to come to, definitely check out this location. I came to this location by accident as I was supposed to meet my friend at the one in Jeff. Still, they've got their own parking lot which is a selling point. I can't recall if they have a drive thru, but the one in Jeff does. I ordered myself a hot medium roast coffee, which the barista recommended. There's something about the water in these parts on the U.S. it just tastes better! The coffee tasted light to me, but I'd come back and order it again! It was around 2:20 and there was a good handful of people in here. Lots of people reading, on computers, chatting. Maybe it's the more popular location because more people live around here! Anyway, I'd come back! I like that it's close to Meijer and Qdoba and such. You can do a whole lot in this area and grab coffee too! read more

Cute cafe with various seating inside and some outside seating also. i tried the honey latte and it was okay, not hot enough for my liking and seemed to be lacking in cappuccino (not enough coffee). They were out of some of the food by the time I arrived around 2pm so I had the croissant and it was a nice surprise. Very good. The service is good, I was waited on fairly quickly and she pronounced my name correctly (a plus). The barista said my name as a completely different name even tho it was spelled correctly on the cup. I asked if he meant my name to be sure I took the correct order, he was a bit offended and said it was spelled wrong on my order. I left it alone, I just wanted to grab my order and not someone else's. I might give it another try at some point but not sold on it just yet. read more

Super friendly staff. All locations have the cozy, make you want to hang for a while kind of vibe. The pastries and baked goods are also delicious! I'm a creature of habit and almost always order a caramel latte at coffee shops, but something about Coffee Crossing always has me wanting to try something new. One of my favorites here is the Moose latte, which is a milk chocolate and caramel latte. It's perfect for those days when you want something a little sweeter, but not over the top sweet. This is it, folks: the OG! Coffee Crossing has expanded a lot in recent years, and it all started at this humble strip mall in New Albany. It still -feels- like the flagship location and the years have been exceptionally kind to it. Whether you're a latte or black coffee drinker, you'll be in excellent hands - I'm not sure if any other local coffee can truly equal Coffee Crossing, with the possible exceptions of Ntaba and West Lou across the bridge. There are other fine options too, such as tea and pastries, and the cozy interior makes for a great relaxation or date spot. The location is more convenient than it seems at first; it's great for getting a caffeine boost before a movie at Regal, or if you'd like something to sip on while stocking up at Meijer. For my money, the best drink here right now is the Fero Sidama medium-light roast. It's a fairly recent addition and is even better than the Capitol dark roast that was my go-to for the better part of a decade. read more

They have super friendly staff, and to add on the toilet paper is extremely soft and welcoming. I was absolue amazed because I have never felt toilet paper as soft as theirs. Coffee Crossing is an excellent local coffee joint that I wish was closer to my house. They are located in a trip mall off of Charlestown Road, but still have a drive thru, interestingly enough. They have your run of the mill coffee shop stuff: brewed coffee, lattes, blended drinks, pastries and snacks. The thing I love the most is how many syrups they have- they have a TOOOON! I once asked the girl helping me if she could list off their syrups and she told me they had too many to list but if I could imagine it, they had it. Most recently, I opted for a Snowman (despite the fact that it is deep into the month of July). A Snowman is a white chocolate/amaretto latte and it is SOOOOO delicious! A medium was around $5, which is the same price as a coffee at Starbucks...but i would much rather spend that $5 at a local place like Coffee Crossing. If you live in the area (or even if you are a Louisvillian like myself and travel across the bridge to get to southern Indiana), I highly recommend Coffee Crossing. read more

This is my preferred coffee destination in the area so far. New ones open up all the time but so far nothing has beat my caramel macchiato with extra espresso shots. Coffee Crossing is my go to several mornings a week. Even when the drive thru line is long, it moves efficiently. The staff always greets my dog and gives him a treat. This new-ish location is a nice place to lounge in the outdoor seating by the fire pit. I bounce between the Moose and the Railroad (iced and hot - depending on the season). I have tried a few seasonal specials too such as the coconut white mocha or the banana mocha that were also gone. There is also a selection of various pastries and baked goods here. This coffee shop in New Albany has a nice ambiance and is fairly close and convenient to my new job. I stopped in this morning and got a dirty chai and a bacon Gouda quiche. It was good but not stand out good. I do need to say that I was impressed with the abundance of spices they had out to add to your drink. I also really liked the wide variety of coffee offerings I saw such as a banana nut coffee. Definitely unusual!! We also picked up a gift card to welcome our new staff member who starting next week. This place has neat coffee options, like Monkey Crossing (banana mocha) and the Miami Mocha (orange zest and mocha) and has a really nice interior. Lots of comfy places to sit. The prices are reasonable and you can get pretty much any drink either hot, iced, or blended. Prices are very similar to other local coffee shops in the New Albany area. Free and fast wifi is available for as long as you want. They have a lot of tea options, juice and Jones Soda drinks in addition to coffee. They don't have a lot of food options, which is the reason I don't study here in between school and work. I need a little more than good coffee to get me through the next stretch. This has been my favorite coffee house for at least 10 years. Their specialty drinks are all uniquely FANTASTIC (especially their moose crossing and school crossing), and they happen to be my favorite place to get a smoothie too (seriously, sooo much better than smoothie king)! Additionally, their iced confetti cookies (supplied by 410 bakery I believe) are to die for. I came here while visiting my mom, and I was blown away. I am a coffee shop expert :) and this is one of the best I have ever been to. There is a ton of seating and a fireplace, and the coffee is just wonderful. In the week that I was there, I had a the moose crossing, pumpkin crossing, and criss cross.
