With this option you choose your base (baked potato, fries, tortilla chips, lettuce, or flatbread), then your protein (I chose grilled chicken), and however many toppings you want (some come at an extra charge), and your sauce. Again, one ends up with a very large portion of food. Next time I visit I will try some different options. My chicken was a bit rubbery and the lettuce had a lot of very tough pieces. The fajita veggies and the pico de gallo were great! I tasted my husband's macaroni and it was flavorless. The cheesesteak sizzle looked really good. The dining room has plenty of tables and a small area off to one side that would good to work on a computer. There is a small bar for alcoholic beverages in addition to a regular beverage station.
