They sold a variety of other things and something that especially caught my eye was the Vietnamese sausages so I will definitely be coming back to try! This was my third time at Tiger Sugar, granted I had only been to two of their locations in two other states. My friend and I came in on a warm ish Sunday afternoon before walking to Cherokee Park. I'm not the biggest fan of their brown sugar milk tea since they are too sweet for me, so I stuck with the lychee fruit tea. It was delicious and refreshing but at 50% sweetness, it was still too sweet for me. Dang! Guess I'll go with 25% next time! They were doing large boba that day. Seriously large! The clerk was friendly and pointed to some favorites from the menu. I went with Tiger Sugar's signature, Black Sugar Boba + Pearl Boba. This was perfectly sweet and was made with mini boba. It provided that afternoon kick I needed. I noticed that Tiger Sugar doesn't offer sweetness, ice and topping modifications on their menu, though you may be able to ask for these when you order. Wow! I came on a Sunday and as soon as I walked in I knew I was in for a treat. I mean there were plush tigers on the counter which were so cute! I definitely recommend this Boba shop. I love Tiger sugar as a corporation. I love all of the hello Kitty designs and this location is really good across the board. Every time I come, my drink is just as good as the last time and I love that they have multiple options of Boba types that you can add. I have two different drinks that I recommend one is just the black brown sugar Boba, which is like the most popular drink or I get a number five which has crème brûlée pudding in it that's really good and I get it with the mini Boba pearls instead of the big ones And I do recommend getting light ice if you get the crème brûlée pudding because it takes up a lot of the cup. Every time I've came here they have been really quick with making the drinks and the owners are very nice and their daughter is adorable. My 9 yo wanted to try this place since on way home after school. Parking a bit challenging but a short walk no problem. Place looked new concept from Taiwan. He asked for "Light Ice." Some places state they give less tea if not enough ice. NO such policy here. The selections were displaced on counter and ample. my son chose a Tea with Boba. I tasted it too and lime flavor. Price reasonable at $5.75 and freshly made. Taste very good. My son rated it a 7.5 out of 10. Will come back if in area. Service very good and polite. The family got to try the new boba tea shop, Tiger Sugar tonight. Street parking is available around the shop. It's located at the corner of Eastern Parkway and Bardstown Road. It's clean and bright inside with a few 2-seat tables around the perimeter. We were greeted and shown the menu, which is on the counter. Most of the boba tea was more traditional with some sugary add-ons. We tried the signature boba, boba with chocolate chips and strawberry with mochi. Most of the drinks are available in medium and large and range from $5.60-$7+. While we waited for our drinks we watched a rolling video on how to shake your boba tea. It only took about 5 minutes for our drinks to be made. We really enjoyed the boba - very creamy and decadent. I wish they had more flavor options like Thai, but overall it hit the spot. read more
