Super cute tea place in Jeffersonville! I was passing through on my way to a concert and needed a pick me up. Stopped in for a boba tea and ordered a thai tea but think I got a chai tea instead. It was still really good and hit the spot. There is some seating inside and prices are reasonable compared to other similar establishments. The ladies working there were super friendly and prompt. I love the Big Four area so much, and a place like this really really hits the spot on a hot summer day. After miles and miles of walking and exploring the area I could not wait to get myself a treat here. There's tons of options to choose from here, from smoothies, to hot drinks, to a variety of teas. I have a strong affinity for taro milk tea with bubbles and I was so happy to indulge. They did have a lot of other really interesting and delicious sounding options, giving my usual taro a run for its money! My taro tea was great though, I'd love to come back and I'd recommend it to anyone. The locale is super cute and spacious, in the charming and pedestrian-traffic-heavy downtown Jeffersonville area. Well, what can I say about the Fresco. The good is that it's location is well situated by the bridge. It was quite blustry on the bridge with rain beginning. This place is the closest stop to get something warm to drink. And that's it. The barista was probably the most aloof I've come across. Never did she greet us, look up from her screen, make small talk or even that us for coming in. The building is 100+ years and smells like it. Quite musty. Honestly we only stayed inside because it was raining outside. As someone that worked in retail before, I can't say anything to great about this place. It's dry, and the tea is OK. At least my tea was hot. My partners was not. read more

This spot is so cute! It's great with a very small intimate group to catch up and chat. They even have little rooftop spot, I'd definitely revisit during better weather. As for the tea itself, it's really not great. Options were extremely limited as far flavor, sweetness levels, and toppings. If you're thinking authentic bubble tea, do not go here expecting that. You will be extremely disappointed. read more

I love boba tea, it's really that simple and for me finding a good place to enjoy some tasty boba tea, especially when in a somewhat small town, can be somewhat difficult to find. However, when it comes to Downtown Jeffersonville, Indiana, Fresco Tea Bar is, in my opinion, THE place to enjoy a very wide variety of boba tea. There are several options to choose from and you can make it the way you like it. Ordering is very simple as you use a self checkout style tablet to select your beverage and customize to whatever your taste buds desire. From Peaches & Cream, to Lavender Lemonade and many more you won't find yourself not having something that will quench not only your thirst but also bring a smile to your face as you enjoy Fresco's various menu items. The ambience is very nice and cozy with a small yet quaint first floor with a few places to sit but the second floor has more seating options and even an outdoor balcony that faces the Big Four Bridge for those that wish to enjoy their drink on a nice cool day. OMG this is the cutest place ever! From the outside it looks like a house and as soon as you walk in you get the homey feeling. There is plenty of seating and you can sit either on the first floor or second floor or outside. Each area has a different but cozy feel and the decor is just beautiful! There are a lot of options on the menu but I decided to go with the most popular drink which is the Strawberry Coconut Milk Boba Tea and it was delicious! I cannot wait to go back! read more

I took my niece to Fresco. She loves boba tea & had never been before. We popped in around 2:30pm on a Thursday. Happen to find parking in front of the store. My niece got the honeydew melon boba tea with brown sugar boba & she loved it! She said some places have brown sugar boba & it doesn't taste like anything. But she said her brown sugar boba was tasty! We sat inside since it was pretty hot outside. This place is brand spanking new! We came over the weekend of July 4th. We were running errands. Turns out there was a parade in downtown Jeff, so tons of people were at the park or eating around here. It was no issue finding parking. We parked near the walking bridge. There was a line in here. But it moved fast. We ordered the taro bubble tea and the ube bubble tea. They don't use tea, rather just water and the preferred milk. They have non dairy creamer, actual milk, oat, almond, etc. Staff was nice and friendly! They moved as quick as they could. After we got our drinks, we walked around the space. It's basically an old house. Some seating downstairs, but lots of seating upstairs and outside. There's a wraparound porch on the second floor. After taking a Sunday stroll on a hot Spring afternoon, we decided we needed something to cool us off. This had been the first time I'd seen Fresco pop up, which was conveniently right at the end of the bridge. It's located in a charming little house, and they have all kinds of fun flavors to try. Whether you're looking for a classic tea, lemonade or blended drink, they've got it. I tried the mermaid lemonade and loved it! It was very different, pretty and delish! This was a great stop. Ended up here by chance and stopped for something to drink. It took quite a few minutes, but that's because it's being made. My hibiscus/blueberry tea and it was great. I saw outside, upstairs and enjoyed the views. They have a great outdoor (first and second) area. I will definitely be back. I don't like boba tea, so I can't speak for that. Fresca has a relaxing vibe with soothing music and comfortable seating. Their lovely patios are great places to kick back and either people watch(front) or read (back). Fresco Tea Bar is located in a centuries old building at the foot of the Walking Bridge in downtown Jeffersonville, across the street from Parlour Pizza. They have done a good job of renovating the building, making it 21st Century friendly but maintaining the building's history. I have had their hot and cold teas and a hot latte -- Bananas Foster latte. All were excellent. The latte was sweet but very tasty and unique. I usually don't like when a food item is called "Bananas Foster" because it has bananas and cinnamon flavor. This is an exception. It was sweet and creamy enough to make me think of my favorite dessert. This is a great place to relax, enjoy a tasty beverage and get away from it all for a while. We had my daughter's birthday party here, and the staff went out of their way to make everything right. read more

Super cute cafe. So many unique places to sit and read or work on your computer. The upstairs is so pleasant. I had the BEC bagel and it was tastey. This tea shop is located in the heart of downtown Jeffersonville in a cute little building, which I believe used to be a house. Either way, super cute! The interior is cute as well and seems like it has plenty of seating. We got our drinks to go, but it looked like there was seating on a patio out back and possibly upstairs. I had one of the milk bubble teas made with oolong tea, and it was super yummy. Definitely no complaints with the drinks! I only take off one star because the employees didn't seem very friendly and when asked a question about one of the ingredients in a drink, the cashier was unable to answer as well as the worker that she called over to help. read more

Decided to cross the Big Four Bridge one day and try out Fresco Tea Bar. And I had seen this cute little location every time I had gone across the bridge but unfortunately I was too late on those days to check out this new spot. I met up with a friend and we were able to explore the cute little shop and have a snack. She got a tea that she really enjoyed. We both got the veggie dill & caper bagel sandwich which was a lot of food all things considered for the price. She got it on the everything bagel I got it on the plain bagel but it was very tasty. I got the gingerbread latte which was OK I had decided to go for something seasonal given the timeframe. I think next time I I go I'd like to go in the afternoon and get some Boba particularly because they have a chai Boba available or a Thai tea boba available. This is a nice spot to relax and I look forward to warmer weather to explore this spot further. read more

Good addition to downtown Jeff. Glad to see this interesting space ended up as Fresco Tea Bar and not a police substation as was originally the plan with the redevelopment of the "walking bridge" area. Pretty much your standard fare, modern "bubble tea" type place & all the things that come along with that. Because its an old building, the layout its a little weird but really, really cool. Large upstairs area that leads to an outdoor space. Nooks everywhere to read, work, visit, etc. Borderline coffee house vibe. Lots of room to spread out with the outdoor spaces. Only have been a few times since moving near Jeff! Definitely takes me back to when I stayed in Florida, I enjoyed the scenery and decor in their shop. I just love walking the BIg Four bridge and ending up in Jeffersonville to experience all it has to offer. This time we went specifically to have tea the the new Fresco Tea Bar that sits at the base of the bridge. Directly to your right as you get to the street. It is housed in an old remodeled two story home. I am new to Tea bars so I was excited to try something new and boy was it a new experience. I ordered a pink bubble milk tea with flavor busts in the mix. I had no idea what I would be getting. But oh my was it delicious. It obviously had a milk base and was a milking pink color and floating in it were what I would describe as super soft gummies that packed a burst of tropical flavors when you bit into them. It was also super sweet and super cold which suits me to a tee (TEA). HAHa. The girls at the counter were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with my order. There is a front porch with a few tables and we took the tea to drink outside since it was such a pretty day and watch people in downtown Jeff. After we were done with the tea we headed back inside to explore the rest of the house which is open to the public. There are sitting areas downstairs as well as up. A dinning room area upstairs with a swing and a huge dining room table with I assume they rent out. Then there is a deck area upstairs with seating that overlooks the bridge and the downstairs outdoors area with more seating. SO GO, grab a drink, explore the space and put it on your list to return. After a walk across the bridge on a hot day we needed something refreshing to drink. We noticed this adorable outdoor space from a distance and walked toward it to see what it was. Happened to be this new tea bar! The menu has Boba and refreshers among other options. My wife got a blueberry lemonade refresher. She says it was less tea and sweet but was super refreshing on a hot day. She enjoyed the blueberries in the bottom of the drink. I got a cantaloupe boba. It was subtle and I liked it a lot. I appreciated the size of the menu. Many boba places give so many options that it is hard to know how to order. This menu had great options but was not intimidating. The real winner for this place is the outdoor seating. I felt like I was in Charleston sitting on the second floor balcony under a fan. On a relaxing day there is probably no better place in the area to sit a long while. The inside is also very pretty. Especially the rentable space upstairs. read more

(I wanted to order the biscuits and gravy weekend feature but they were already sold out.) The girl at the register was polite but very soft spoken so we had trouble hearing what she said. The coffee was the perfect temperature for drinking immediately without scalding yourself, and the different flavorings and types of milk/cream to choose from was a major plus! There were no complaints about any of our food except the steak was a bit under seasoned. I had the french toast, and, in my opinion, is enough for 2 people. There was a bit too much whipped buttercream for me but I was able to rake off majority, and the fruit that came on top was so fresh! The bacon was thick sliced and 3 of my 4 pieces were cooked perfectly to my liking - not too crispy, not too soft! We all were part of the clean plate club after eating because the food was that good! I wished now we would have taken pics of our food before eating! It's a shame it came up as #16 on my Yelp search because it wasn't even the least bit on my radar for our breakfast spot. Paul answered the phone, and it turned out he is the executive chef. From that very first conversation, he was incredibly welcoming, confident, and accommodating, assuring me it would be no problem. When we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly hostess and Paul himself, which immediately made us feel welcome. Our waitress, Jessica, was truly exceptional. She was organized, attentive, and handled our large group effortlessly. Jessica kept everything running smoothly, checked on us often, and made sure every order was correct and timely -- all with a great attitude and a smile. Her service made a huge difference in our experience. The food and drinks came out promptly, everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. The blueberry muffins were amazing! Service was attentive and friendly. Restaurant was uncomfortably cold and drafty (air conditioning) on a mid 60's temp day. We arrived past lunch rush, so crowds thinned and noise level was mild. We all plan to return in the future and felt our experience reflected great value and quality.

If you want a salad with a variety of colors and flavors and textures, this is the salad to get. I was here for dinner, and the ambiance was nice and mellow, with soft lights and comfortable seats at the tables. This was a nice little restaurant to grab a salad and a drink.

They've been open for less than a year and already surpassed $100k in donations. The owner, Adam, is wonderful. Kyera was our server and she was great too.
