The pho broth was also flavorful and more on the sweet side. I split the pho with my mom and baby. (They don't eat much). I liked it cause the meat didn't include tripe or tendons like other places. It was so tender and flavorful, and the broth had the kind of flavor I've been looking for this entire time. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable, which makes the experience even better. Drinks are great. And maybe that's part of the problem. When you have high demand, obviously you'll be busy with many orders. They never have more than 2 people working in the whole store. Always have 6+ people in line waiting for the drinks (each with multiple orders) but they only have one person making them and the other trying to answer phone and take new orders in while assisting the person in the back. Sometimes there even only ONE person for the whole store. Maybe management should stop screwing their workers and hiring more help. It would be great for the customers and for their employees. I know we are in the pandemic and that's more of the reason for them to be more efficient and quick. We ordered ahead and was told 20 minutes. We gave them an extra 10 minutes (30 in total) and is STILL not even started on our order. Now we are waiting another 10 minutes. Hire more people. read more

However, the pickup system was a little annoying. Here's what happened: When an order is ready, the girl just shout out the name of the food or drink then number, her voice was super soft too. They don't call out the customer's name, or verify when someone pick up the order which leads to confusion if multiple people ordered the same item. In our case, someone mistakenly took our waffle , thinking it was theirs. There was no verification, no check-and-balance system, and the result was us having to go back to the counter, explain the situation, and wait for our order to be remade. To make things worse, the place wasn't even busy, so this mix-up shouldn't have happened. If they simply called out the customer's name or confirm order during pick up this could have been avoided. It's such a small change that would make a huge difference in the customer experience. I hope they address this order pick up issue.
