What I appreciate most is that they take the time to understand my specific focus areas and adjust the massage based on what my body needs that day. They really listen and tailor the session to what works best for me, whether it's deep tissue focus, recovery, or overall relaxation. And then they always take time to make me feel comfortable. Another thing that stands out is their flexibility and customer service. Many times I've reached out last minute because I happened to be nearby or wanted to book same day, and they've often been able to accommodate me with therapists ready to go. Consistently professional, clean, reliable, and high quality service. Highly recommend.

The pressure was very light, and even after I asked for more pressure, it didn't really get any stronger. I was also surprised that the massage was done through a towel, with a towel between my bare skin and the therapist's hands. I asked my husband how his experience was, and he said it was average. The place itself is really nice and clean, but we were hoping for a good massage that would help relieve our aches and tension. Sadly, it just wasn't what we expected. Wouldn't come back, especially if you're looking for a stronger massage to help with sore muscles.

They have water bottles and hot tea for you while you wait or for after your session. I checked in at the front and was immediately taken back to a massage room. The room is very nice and clean with relaxing music playing in the background as well as nature sounds of water. The lights are dim to your level of comfort. You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services. The staff here are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend coming here.

Parking is fine with three spots in front of the business and more areas to park on the sides. It did not seem like a busy area and parking does not seem to be an issue here. Amanda asked me if there were any areas she should focus on and also let me know I could let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure. I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations. The room was calming with low, warm lighting while we undressed. It was mostly shut off during our massage. The music was also playing low. Very easy to let yourself relax here. I pointed to the service I wanted, and he brought me back right away. I got the 60-minute full-body massage, which was only $65! I paid at the front before my massage. I was put into a private room and was told to change out of my clothes. I went onto the bed under a sheet, and they started the massage right away. I was a little hesitant, but the man was very nice and polite, asking if the pressure was okay and if I was doing okay throughout the massage. He really put pressure on getting my knots out. It really hurt in a good way. He went over tight areas multiple times and somehow always knew when to stop when it was getting a bit too painful. (You can always ask him to go softer, but my neck really hurt and I could feel the knots as he was working on it, so I just took it like a champ). If you're looking to be pampered like you're in a Beverly Hills-style spa, this is not it. But if you're feeling tired from a rough time at work, like I was, and need to get rid of some body tension and relax at a lower price, this is perfect. I did note that the bed had a little bit of an older smell (reminded me of my grandpa), but I did not mind. At the end of my massage, I came out to the front, and he gave me his business card with his name on it. Andy was very skilled and professional. Def recommend!

Zero wait. Paid $45 up front, was lead to a private room, instructed to remove my clothes, and left to prepare before the therapist arrived. I didn't expect that (thought I'd be in the group room), but proceeded to undress, crossing fingers I would be assigned a female massage therapist, as I wasn't quite asked about gender preference. Lying face down, another gentleman entered the room, and began tending to my knots. I kinda panicked in my mind at first but gave it some time. Luckily, he was very skilled, seemingly dedicating every ounce of energy he had in breaking through all these bricks in my back. I was amazed he could make half an hour feel complete in the way that is experienced in a full hour massage. He checked in periodically, asking if the pressure was ok. I said yes -- though it actually hurt like hell -- because I really needed a deep, deep tissue massage. Whew, progress was made. He later met me at the front door, asking if I was okay. I thanked him, tipped $15 cash, and learned his name: ANDY. The name of my late grandfather who I've been seeing in my dreams recently... wild, right?! Anyway, many foot spas are hit and miss. This one's pretty legit so far! As a note, while the music and lighting was pleasant, a soft, sweet aroma would be nice (the bed had a bit of an older smell, that's all).

And we were demanded to tip even though we ended it early and paid full price for the whole massage and it was bad. I won't recommend.

AJ's skill is extremely unique and my entire body feels better after his magic. Before an appointment one time my shoulders and neck were quite stiff and after the appointment I immediately felt it was easier to turn my head to check my blindspots while driving home. His ear massages put me to sleep almost immediately in the best way possible. To me, his massages can feel more effective than full body hands-on massages as it truly feels like energy can be released through the specific points he works on and he seems to be very in-tune with what the body needs. My mood is always elevated after an appointment, the worst part is when the appointment is over and my body is wanting more. I discovered him through a former reflexology practitioner in the area who moved away years ago and I am SO glad AJ is available! His style of massage is very hard to find. While traveling in other states I haven't been able to find anyone who matches his skill level in truly understanding how effective reflexology is and how healing it can be. In a private room, the massage is a set routine with no room for personalization. With English at a minimum, there is no way to explain to work on troubled areas. Lighting is very dim and music is soft. In the same room, the facial takes place with the same person, I think. It's difficult to tell with the dim lighting. During the facial one of the products they used was very oily and it got into my eyes. Additionally, the mask product was still stuck to the sides of my face and nose. When I arrived home, I had to get a warm towel to try to extract the oil from my eyes and scrub the mask from my face. Whatever they use, it's tenacious as it took some scrubbing to remove. While the massage is a standard non-personalized routine, I would return for the massage as the prices are attractive. However, I am unable to recommend the facial due to the application and products that are used. With cash, there is a small discount.
