Food was absolutely delicious. We sat outside and it was great even though it was extremely hot outside the patio is covered and there is tons of shade to enjoy. The pizza was absolutely delicious and so was the cheesy bread. Great place to bring the kiddos and the service was extremely attentive outside.

beets, oranges, pistachios

I met a couple of friends here for a quick bite before an event here this week. I had the beets item, which was nice but I did think for $12 plus tax and tip it would be bigger. I had never had fried olives before so that was a new treat! My friends ordered pizza which looked yummy. The paying process was a bit confusing because even though you pay upfront it's like a bar situation so it wasn't clear you had to close out once you ordered if you weren't planning to order more. And then of course there is an expectation to tip so it's more important to close out. It was conveniently located for my two friends who were going to an event nearby and for me to join before another event I went to further away. The inside was open and easy to walk around around with a pick your own table process. Parking was a bit challenging as the lot nearby was full so I parked near the end of the complex area and walked over which wasn't too far.

Little Stinker

Pizza, pizza, pizza! This place is great. The crust is very thin so it does not make good reheated pizza. I nearly broke a tooth the day after. There's a great playground for kids outdoors. We had the Little Stinker and Uncle Frankie. I liked the Little Stinker better. Pro tip, add sausage to it! 8/10 pizzas

A stereotypical "millenial" pizza joint, Bambino's is somewhere in between a New York slice and your everyday one. To begin, parking around here can be very difficult if you don't know where to look as there are multiple lots to choose from, although the seemingly nearest is always taken up by cars. There was no wait on a Saturday afternoon. Once you're in, Bambino's is a calm and friendly environment to grab a bite at, featuring simple (and different) slices and sandwiches. You feel pretty welcome and at home in a nice layout with many tables and a bar top right across. The menu is diverse but one thing that sticks out right off the bat is the price. $4.50 for a plain slice? $22 for a footlong sub? Not to mention they tack on an automatic 20% service charge to every bill, which to their credit was mentioned about 3-4 times by the waitress. By the end of eating a $5 pepperoni slice we somehow paid nearly $7. Was it worth it? No. The pizza is decent, nowhere near worth the cost though. The dough is a bit too doughy and the cheese and sauce are alright. The slice is bigger than an average one so we can appreciate that. The best part was the pepperoni mixing in some nice little zip into the mix. For what it's worth, Bambino's is not bad, by any means of that word. However, for what they charge out of a slice in Austin, Texas of all places, you'd expect it to pack a lot more of a punch. Maybe the other food justifies the price, but after spending damn near $7 for one, we think it'll be a while before we give it another shot.

This is a nice spot that does pizza and sandwiches right. I love that they always use fresh ingredients and the food never tastes like it has been thrown into a microwave and like it has been sitting out a long time. There is something in that pizza sauce the sets it apart from others, I just wish I could figure out what it is. The flavor is a big ole "A" for me.

I have been here a couple of times after climbing. The pizza is consistently good: quality ingredients, well balanced sauces, great dough. Both times I was at the bar. The restaurant was not too crowded and had options for indoors and outdoors seating. You can just sit wherever and very friendly staff will come and find you. The 20% gratuity is automatically applied to all checks. One of the reasons I like to support this restaurant as well is because Adam and Fiore are lovely people with a warm hearts (and exceptional culinary talent) who have been supporting and advocating for local service industry.

Crazy good gluten free crust!! They make the sir own crust instead of using a cauliflower crust and it's amazing! We got the tracksuit pizza and it was great - Hot honey - pepp - ricotta! I also ordered the frozen blood orange Negroni and it was delicious. The happy hour is from 4-6 and 25% off pizzas! For 2 drinks, 2 apps, and one gf pizza, and 20% tip, the total came out to $90. We also tried the beet and Cesar salad - both incredible! I love beets and it was a perfect starter and you can't go wrong with a Cesar salad. Service is quick, food was out in less than 30 minutes for everything! Plenty of outdoor seating and area for kids to play. Dog friendly!! Very cute decor and plenty of parking.

Great pizza and amazing bread/dough. The staff here are all really great. You can pretty much seat yourself and they will find you. Nice outdoor and indoor seating. I really like the bar area, has a good amount of space if you really choose to chow down.

Mi Scuzi

Cute pizza place! We got the Mi Scuzi, which had scamorza cheese that was really tasty and unique. The dough is excellent, really chewy but thin. It was happy hour so it was I think 10% off. Our only complaint was that because we were sitting outside it seemed like the staff struggled a bit to bring us water and condiments. Otherwise, I'd liked that there was plenty of outdoor seating and there's also a little playground for kids.

Stinky mushroom pizza

The vibe at this place was great, outdoor seating is spacious. We should have known when ordering a pizza called Little Stinker but it was really stinky with all kinds of mushroom toppings. The crust was fluffy and light. Servers are okish, they have some sort of attitude and are slow to attend or get you seated, probably because they know that customers have to pay a mandatory 20% service fee regardless of their behavior.

My boyfriend and I were craving some pizza and decided to check out Bambino. We've been meaning to do so for months - my boyfriend goes to ABP and always raved about how good Bambino smelled, since they're right next door. We ordered the Frankie pizza and the cheesy garlic bread, both to-go. Both were tasty, although the pizza was pretty burnt on one half of it. Nevertheless, the taste was good. I ended up drizzling some honey on it at home, which was a great choice! With tip, these 2 items came out to $37, so it's definitely a pricey spot. Not sure if/when we will be back here, simply because there are cheaper and equally tasty options elsewhere in town.

Love Bambino!! My husband and I went to Stargazer for a comedy show and ordered a pizza at Bambino. We ordered the Frankie pizza with ranch and it was delicious! I loved all of the pepper, onion and sausage flavors. The crust is nice and cripsy, without being too bready. The ranch also had more of a cheesy, dill taste, which I loved. It took about 30 minutes ordering for pick up on a Saturday night. Feel free to eat it at Bambino or bring it next door to Stargazer for more beers and cocktails.

Pepperoni slice

What a solid slice! I was super impressed with the quick service and delicious pizza! We went to this plaza for a quick game of pickleball and dinner. You can choose between indoor or outside seating. Bambino's was the perfect dinner spot! They do include a 20% gratitude in their pricing, but our server was very transparent about that!

The chicken thighs and broccolini were grilled to perfection. My wife's hamburger was juicy and delicious with tasty homemade pickles. The french fries were divine. And, to top it all off, the very unique carrot cake with toasted, honey ice cream was the best I've ever tasted Our server, John, was fabulous. He really made us feel welcome and provided us with many tips about what to do and where to eat in Austin. I especially appreciate his sharing how orange wine is made. When we come back to Austin, we will definitely go to Launderette for a meal and we hope to have John server

Although I've enjoyed other visits to Launderette, the food this time was a miss. Staff was great…read more(seated quickly with options, bartender handling the bartop was attentive and friendly) so don't want to take anything away from them. The striped bass crudo could use a menu update. The peppers being used (I forget what the bartender said it was specifically) added a solid building heat to the dish. While I am a spice fan (hence the chicken thigh order with the scotch bonnet aioli) for any guests who don't like spice this would be an unwelcome surprise. On that note - the usage of the peppers should probably be dialed back. From the first bite, the peppers completely overwhelmed the other ingredient notes and instead of an expected umami and citrus bite it's just pepper heat. The avocado does nothing to balance that out so you sadly lose everything the menu says you'll get, and instead get a primary ingredient not listed. The chicken thighs did have a nicely rendered and crisped skin, good cook temp/texture esp with it being on bone. Unfortunately, the dish just tasted flat. I didn't get any of the expected savory and richness from the tomato/cacciatore preparation and there was zero heat in the dish or even the aioli tasted by itself.
