I bought a $100K RV from them to get treated like garbage within 6 months of purchasing said RV. The entire staff is incompetent as well and shouldn't be trusted in anything they say. I wish I had gone with my instinct and walked away. Even the financial institution they used for our loan is having a hard time getting them to help them with my RV. So, we drove over 7 hours to the dealership expecting to not get our hopes up. Marlin Ingram completely renewed our faith in dealers! This family-owned business treats you like family and wants to make sure you are satisfied. Prior to driving to see the motorhome, we conversed with Joey, our salesman, via email. He was meticulous in providing as much information about the RV as possible. He also took pictures of any little scratch or ding on the motorhome. His honesty helped us to determine the RV was worth driving two states away to look at. When we first arrived, Joey gave us time to look over the motorhome on our own so we could have private discussions. The service department saw that my husband was wanting to crawl under the motorhome to inspect it and quickly provided him with material to crawl on so he wouldn't get dirty. There were a few issues that we had about the motorhome, and the service department and Joey helped us get answers to our concerns. The owner was up front with us in giving their bottom price and all employees were patient in answering all of the hundreds of questions we had about Tiffin motorhomes. Joey's mother gave us information about companies that offered the best deals on RV insurance. The buying process was painless and only took 20-30 minutes. In fact, I walked away worried and told my husband that the process seemed too easy to be true. We truly appreciated their dedication to making sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Since we were out-of-state buyers, they had us spend the first night in our motorhome on their property to ensure that everything worked properly and to see if we had any questions the next day before the walk-through. The people in the service department said they would be around if we had any questions about anything. On the way home in our RV, we had a few more questions. After our last buying experience, I expected the dealership to be finished with us; this was not the case. Joey answered all of our questions via email.
