These guys and gals here are the best. Couldn't ask for a better salesman than George. Go and see for yourself.

I would think carefully about whether to do business with this outfit. I purchased a used RV from…read morethem in February and had almost $5,000 worth of service done (engine service, replace all 6 tires, etc.). The sales guy (Cory) was great but their business guy was terrible to work with and their receptionist became unhinged when I complained about the poor service. Not a good buying experience but it has gotten worse. On my very first trip after I bought the RV a cover came off one of the wheels. It was pretty obvious it had not been tightened properly as the bracket that held it was still there and in perfect condition. When I contacted them they initially said it was covered by warranty. Then they later said I had to pay for a replacement and when I questioned them why the service people simply stopped responding to my calls, emails and text messages. I have reached out to their corporate owners but have not heard back as yet. EDIT: I reached out to Cory to see if I could get the name of the company that did the tire work and he responded back that they have ordered the part and are sending it to me. So I changed my review from one to three stars and would give Cory five stars.

Wish we got the Marlin Ingram service A team when we purchased our RV. We got the D team on ourRV…read moreservice . The Salesman Cory was excellent, reason for 2 stars. By himself he would get 5 stars. Per contract the RV was delivered, but we had to wait 30 days after close of sale and funds received, given this I included 2 weeks shop time and one crew became sick with COVID. The chassis AC was not fixed and remains a problem and generator was serviced. Problem generator leaked oil due to plug not being seated properly. We paid for a reputable mechanic to find the problem. Bottom line negotiate out repairs and go somewhere else for your service.

Big shout out to Dana and her service crew at Great American RV in Calera. She handled a very…read morecomplex and complicated maintenance issue for us in a very professional manner. We can't say enough about the service department at the Calera location. The maintenance technicians took time to explain what needed to be done, showed us how they would repair our issue and have provided updates and information well beyond what we expected. Great American RV corporate needs to use this service department as a template for how to address issues and work with customers. Jeff Peggler...you need pay Dana more she singlehandedly saves your dealership.

Well it all started out good. Ben was the sales guy helping us. he was great at first. he promised…read morethis and that and then when it came down to numbers he was awful and asked where we got our numbers from. Hello we got our numbers from other rv dealerships with way lower prices. Ben thought he was doing us a favor but in the end we would have actually over paid for the stuff that was going to be added. where were you getting your numbers from Ben? we were told $6500 to add a solar panel to the roof to a camper that was already solar prepped and just needed a solar panel. then it was $4500. Make up your mind Ben. We wanted an oven installed and we were going to be paying for that but Ben was acting like he was doing us a favor by adding it in. Then when we saw it comes with a tracking device we said we didn't want that and we would not pay for it but he said it was something that had to be paid for, no Ben if a customer doesn't want it then you have to remove it or don't force them to pay for something they don't want. He ended up being a very pushy car salesman that left a bad feeling with us. We went to another dealership and bout the same camper with them adding the same exact stuff we wanted on it for about $5000 cheaper than what Ben was offering us. The camper was actually $3000 cheaper at the other place. it was a much better experience than we got with Ben at this so called great American rv because there was nothing great about it or the experience at all. I will never step foot on this lot ever again unless it is to just waste their time. I have a big following on YouTube and I will make sure to warn people to stay away from this dealership after the pushy way Ben tried to push on us. Stay away from pushy salesmen and know when to walk away from any deal due to the salesman. It wasn't a deal so we walked away and I thank God we did and got a much better deal and experience at the other place and in the end they even threw in all the extras we needed to go camping right away for free And it was offered to us after we signed all paperwork and paid for the camper. That is what I call wanting to make sure the customer is heard and appreciated. We don't mind driving a little further for all of our camper needs to be met since we plane to camp in that area anyways as well as travel the states to visit all the National Parks we can! Our son is autistic and it is his dream to do that and make camping videos and now he is going to get that chance to do so thanks to Ben being an absolute nightmare to deal with and for pushing us out the door to the other dealership and getting the camper we wanted at a steal of a deal! Don't buy from this place especially if they want to force you to buy a tracking device that you don't want or need. That alone is bad business and illegal.
