Stopped by for a quick snack and drink on the weekend. Had to wait 30 minutes to find parking while groups of customers loaded their dogs into their cars and turned on their GPS. Best to leave the car at home and walk here. Normally I frequent the many downtown Balzac's locations, the Guelph and Niagara-on-the-Lake locations. I was in a rush so I ordered my flat white and chive onion scone to go, grabbing a cappuccino and sweet potato Gruyère scone for my friend. It's really busy here on the weekend. I'd like to try the diverse options the neighbourhood has to offer! Next time I will try going next door to : Caffe al Volo, Local Cafe, or Cookie Crumble Cafe across the street.

https://youtu.be/Cyih7q9_kYU Today I visited Balzac Coffee ROASTERS in KLIEINBURG in VAUGHAN, ON. This place is situated in Village of KLIEINBURG. It's a very beautiful spot. Very busy place. There is not much space to park thr car. Enjoyable place in Summers, Spring and Fall time. Nice place to sit, relax, chat over coffee. https://youtu.be/Cyih7q9_kYU They have their own coffee blend and all of the coffee is locally produced and roasted. This place have inside sitting options too They are busy so expect a bit for your coffee. Coffee is good. Food is OK. Food and coffee is very much catered towards Italian cuisine. So where coffee is good.but food is very mild on spices and flavors. I gave food, customer service all together 7 out of 10. #canadavlogs #canadianvlogger #foodvlog #foodblogger #canadafood #canadianfood #kleinburg #vaughan #coffee #food #foodie #foodlover #foodporn #foodies #latte #croissant

Kleinburg's staple coffee shop. I enjoy the coffee here and the nibbles are good too. Service is always friendly. Limited seating but every time I've gone in there's always been a couple small tables available :)

Friendly staff who were able to show me their dairy free options! Very clean location! Parking is available 20 minutes free on the road or 1.25 every 20 minutes (just double check the time and days if the week in case it changes) Dessert was very fresh and served in sustainable packaging! Drink was also a delight with almond milk. Dessert with 2 12 oz drinks cost $20 but it's a more premium brand which shows with its taste (just maybe Not an everyday treat for the wallet)

Great Vibe, Disappointing Espresso (from an ex-Barista)…read moreStepped into this spot looking to grab some genuinely good coffee. As an ex-barista, I'm fussy--I hate spending money and not getting a quality product. Unfortunately, the coffee was a swing and a miss. I ordered one iced latte and one hot latte. In both drinks, the espresso was burnt. I actually watched the barista pulling the shots, and I could tell immediately. To make matters worse, the hot drink was barely a latte; it was essentially a cappuccino based on the absurd amount of foam on top. Plus, the milk itself was ruined. There's a certain temperature and texture for steaming milk, and this was clearly burnt milk that had been frothed way too aggressively. Aesthetically, the café is lovely--it's cute and a great spot to work from home. My recommendation? Skip the espresso drinks. Maybe try the matcha or a pastry instead. I definitely won't be back for the coffee.

It was quick! 1 person ahead of me ordering :) So happy I got to try this place as it's been on my list for quite some time. 5/5 as soon as I took my first bite. Ordered the tiramisu, chocolate/hazelnut croissant and a Spanish coffee. All were excellent. I enjoyed the various flavours that were light yet not too sweet or overpowering. Flaky pastry, and so so fresh. The mortadella & pistachio. Focaccia was fresh and fillings were generous. I would highly recommend. Amazing bakery, if you're in the area, highly recommend checking it out.

First thing I noticed was their display of focaccia sandwiches. They had 4 kinds. I wish I didn't already have lunch plans. I love focaccia! The fillings offered were interesting like, mortadella x pistachios or prosciutto x truffle! I will have to return. I came here for the pastry. They had at least 16 different kinds of croissants and danishes. Not including cookies, whole pies and they also serve coffee and loaves of bread. Tiramisu danish was one of their popular items so I got that plus a plain croissant. Wow, the tiramisu was a 10/10! I mean, there was even a piece of ladyfinger soaked in coffee inside the danish! It was unbelievable. It was such a delightful dessert. As for the plain croissant, it was sadly average. It didn't have that crispy, flaky bite I enjoy. Note there is no seating area but there is a counter with a view of the parking lot.
