There was a small lineup but I was served within a few minutes of arriving. After a bit of confusion regarding the size -- apparently if you ask for a "small," they'll attempt to upgrade you to a "large" -- I managed to place my order. I noticed the woman getting my chili just grabbed an already-packaged cup out of a bin, which definitely prompted some concern on my part. How long was it sitting in there, exactly? I was also given a half of a white roll, which was weird because usually you're given the choice between white and whole wheat (and maybe multigrain?) Although the "osmanthus jasmine" part was not particularly pronounced, I could definitely taste hints of it and the subtle floral notes complimented the coffee quite well. They do have methods of keeping costs down - the space is essentially a hole-in-the-wall type of place with zero seating and a single barista. Nevertheless, the staff was extremely nice and friendly (including kindly reminding me that the 1L latte contained 4 espresso shots to which I responded all good haha). My only wish is that they would offer a loyalty program as I foresee myself returning here excessively often - absolutely recommended and can't believe I'm only discovering it now!

The lemonade is a wonderful treat, and they are fantastic with children. The fact that they remember who you are after only a visit or two makes all the difference in the world.
